I can’t think of a better review than the one I’m about to write for Kettyle Cars Used Auto Parts in Gainesville GA. I had a bad experience but the owner made it right went above and beyond to make my issue nonexistent. Gregg the owner, treated my issue with respect, integrity and professionalism. I would highly recommend everyone to look no further than Kettyle Cars for your Used Car parts. Gregg and his team are amazing!! Thank you Gregg Kettyle, you’ve gained a customer for life. You’re generosity and professionalism has left a wonderful impression on me and I just can’t thank you enough.

I normally don't write reviews unless my experience was really good or really bad. Anyway, my dad's car was totaled and ended up at a towing facility. I decided to sell the car for parts and reached out to Kettyle, who made me an offer. They assured me they would handle contacting the towing company to determine the fees for keeping the car there and deduct that amount from their offer.
However, after a day or two, I didn’t hear anything back. It's okay...perhaps they're busy? I don't mind if the reply is a little slow since I know people are busy, but since we were being charged a lot of money each day we leave the car there... time was a little sensitive and they knew that. When I followed up with Kettyle for an update, I received no response until much later saying they'll handle it. Another day or two goes by and no response again. Frustrated, I contacted the tow yard directly and was told no one from Kettyle had reached out to them at all.
As a result, we ended up with a much higher bill because we trusted Kettyle to handle the situation as they said they would. If we had known they wouldn’t follow through, we would have handled it ourselves much sooner. Ultimately, we didn’t sell the car to Kettyle and ended up paying a lot in unnecessary fees to the tow yard.
I’m sure not everyone had a bad experience with Kettyle, but for me, their lack of follow-through was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend them.Jul 03, 2025 -
We needed a replacement wheel for a 2014 Ford Edge. We had tried other salvage yards to find the wheel but Kettyle was the only place that took the time to locate the correct replacement wheel and gave me the part so the car could be put on the road the same day. Great customer service by everyone and an excellent price too! I will recommend the place to anyone seeking parts quickly at a great price.

Extremely poor communication. I called ahead to confirm they had the parts I needed and was assured everything was in stock and in good condition. After traveling over an hour, I arrived and waited nearly 15 minutes for assistance. I was then told to wait outside in the blazing sun for another 10 minutes. When someone finally came to help, they lifted the car only to discover that all the parts I needed were actually damaged. Despite clearly stating over the phone that everything was available and in good condition, this turned out to be completely false. It was a total waste of my time, and instead of offering any form of compensation, all they said was “sorry.” Very unprofessional and misleading. Never again!

If you been there, you need to go. I ain’t never seen nothing like it. Riding around the yard with one of the parts pullers was as much fun as I have had in years. They should charge admission.

It's little far from where we work and still ordering , multiple orders for last 2 years and never dissapointed me. Pricing and inventory is one of the best.

Drove 5 1/2 hours to pickup a tailgate to replace the damaged one on my Santa Cruz. They had a color matching one in stock with zero damage. They swapped them for me on the spot and verified everything worked before I left. Great people and price was worth the drive. I really appreciate honest people like them. Would recommend to anyone needing salvage parts.

This place is as sorry as it gets when it comes to customer service. Called and inquired about a wheel for a truck. Received the runaround all day Saturday so offered to contact the lady back Monday morning. Followed up Monday waiting around after contacting them several times throughout the day. My wife ended up getting the truth behind it all. One of their local buddies decided he wanted all 4 wheels on the truck so they decided to sell them to him instead after I called days before trying to purchase these wheels. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Gave the wrong part and when we took it back because of their mess up was charged a restock fee then had to pay $8 to their bank to cash the check. We'll not ever go back to them. They need people working there that knows automobiles. And had been trying to get the right part for 4 days and kept being told they would call and let me know something and never did I finally just had to drive there and talk to them in person. Now I'm out gas money and all together out $60 for gas and their stupid restocking fee for their mess up not mine. I would strongly encourage people not to use them.

Might be one of the worst customer service experiences i’ve ever experienced. I ordered a part earlier this year, waiting about a month with hearing nothing and decided to call, they then explained a situation where the post office got shut down and had to resend packages, which is an understandable situation, i would’ve liked an update though. then i waited 3 more weeks, no update, finally called the girl i ordered the part from, Andrea, and she told me they lost the package and was gonna give me a refund. that was a month ago, i have left several voicemails, no answer, and no refund. Horrendous communication. Do not order from them and if you do, pray to god you don’t have to speak to Andrea.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!
live in Florida and was having an impossible time finding a front passenger door and fender for my jeep. I was lucky to locate the exact color and parts for my vehicle with Kettyle cars. With Shawn and Brent’s extreme level of knowledge and amazing customer service skill's, I gladly decided to make the 16 hour round trip drive to pick up my parts… the drive was long but absolutely worth it.
Such a wonderful team and I will definitely be returning in the future for any of my vehicles.

I have been here several times and has always been a great experience. Everyone is always down to earth, knowledgeable and very helpful. They have always have whatever I need and take time to make sure to show me my options before pulling something for me. Im always treated the same regardless how big or small the part I need is. Prices seem very fair as well! I pretty much refuse to go anywhere else. Great place to check out if you haven’t been there!

Hurry up and wait, wait, wait situation... Simply asked guy working desk to step out and take a quick look at the damaged area of rear door for quick confirmation of what Kettyle Card included in their "rear passenger door & assembly" package for $575. I wanted to make sure we'd have all parts required, nothing missing, ready to go and hand off to for body shop all at once... Especially since it's our daily driver... But he never took time to come outside so we left and took my money for the 4 parts needed to cosmetically enhance really solid SUV going on market ASAP which has a super strong motor, but some minor imperfections which if fixed correctly and affordably would increase asking price 2x. Cash in hand too

Greg and his team was an answer to prayer. I bought a SUV from out of state. It needed more work than I was told. My mechanic and good friend recommended Kettyle Cars. I am so glad he did. They made all of the necessary repairs. It passed inspection. It is now registered with the state of Georgia. I am so grateful to be riding in time for Christmas.

BAD ENERGY IN THIS PLACE!!!!!!I am a shop that believes that time is money!I looked up there inventory before calling and it said the part was available.gave the stock number and was told,yes we have it. I asked to confirm and call me back.i waited a hour and called back.i got a different person that was disrespectful and confirmed that he didn't have the part.when was the lady going to ever call me back and say we don't have it.instead,I guess supposed to drive there and be disappointed,and disrespected in person,like all the other people in these reviews.worse customer service ever!!!!

Drove 2 hours to get a product, which was showing they had 18 in stock online… 18…. When I arrived and they were very rude, didn’t greet me when walking in the door, and allowed me to stand waiting to be served while they had personal conversations until I decided to walk up to the counter to interrupt them. Then I was told that there was only one of the product. Your website needs to be updated if you only have 1 of something that’s showing 18 in stock!!! Definitely will not ever return or recommend this place to anyone!

I called the day before asking if they had in stock and transmission that was stated online they had. I asked them if they could confirm it because I had to drive 3 hours to come get it. They said it was. So I left the next day. Once getting there, the front desk calls down to get the transmission, and the employee says it's the wrong one. They tell me to go down because he is probably wrong. I drove down the hill, and sure enough, it was the wrong transmission. Wasted a whole day from their mistake. Guess I will just have to stick to online sales to get what I need.

You just have to trust me on this one.There are no words that can express my gratitude toward Mr.Greg. My Honda transmission went haywire and I needed a few parts at the last min I contacted his business because everyone else was closed or prices were way to high, not knowing that the person who was helping me fix my car new Mr.Kettyle. Mr.kettyle aloud me and his friend get a few parts for my Honda after everyone left for the weekend.he stayed just a little bit longer to so that we could get the parts needed. This is what I call true customer friendly service. Thank you so much I look forward in doing business with you again!

I showed up at the tail end of some drama, but was still treated with kindness and respect. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I recommend using this facility.

I was in there today when this woman came in flipping out. She was cussing and yelling at the employees because her part wasn't waiting for her at the door even though she had been told already that they don't pull the parts until they are paid for. She was very rude and so was her boyfriend. I thought the employees and managers handled it very well. They just kept on With business as usual even after she was cussing out other customers and blocking the entrance. I would recommend this place 100%. They are very helpful, down to earth people there.

I went here today to pick up a part that I had placed an order for, the woman in the front office along with the owner were very unprofessional and very rude zero customer service. Not to mention the whole office smells like chicken eggs and it’s very dirty. All of the cars are on organized and they’re everywhere there’s no room for parking.

Thanks to Kettyle cars, and crew for getting me back on the road with the parts I needed. Search all on line no place had what I needed came across them called spoke with Shawn and was on my way there. An hour and half drive. No bait and switch. The place is huge the crew was great. Large yard with a good variety of parts. I called ahead and they were happy to confirm the part I needed was on the yard before I drove over. The parts puller did a great job of removing it with care and the price was just right. I'll be back for more parts as needed.

Huge inventory. Very well organized and clean. So happy to help. They had exactly what I needed. Yes, they are about an hour and 20 minutes away from me, but it's worth it for sure because I know when i get there, kettle car's will have it.
