I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company, specifically with one of their representatives, Kevin. I was instructed to call back after three days regarding an issue with a part, which I did as requested. However, the representative I spoke with was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concern, he shouted at me over the phone, making the interaction hostile and uncomfortable. This level of poor customer service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this company to anyone based on this frustrating experience.
We needed a rim for a 2014 Ford Edge. The owner and the parts manager and the technician put forth lots of effort finding the part. They had an excellent price and we were able to get immediate purchase of the rim. Thanks so much for your great customer service.
kevin is extremely rude and hostile. he made a comment under his breath saying "this new generation"... never again will I attempt to order from these folks
Confirmed the part over the phone, stopped by within the hour, someone pulled it from the donor in the yard, everything checked out. Good price on a good part, exactly what i needed.
Had a good conversation while waiting for the part to be pulled. Can see why some people comment about attitude and whatever, but didn't mind it much. Good hard working people here, probably dealing with the surge of YouTube mechanics asking dumb questions nowadays (like myself)
Returned a fuel tank because they gave me the wrong one and when they finally got the right one i asked if he had another one because the one they were trying to give me was a bad part. He got an attitude and said he was just going to refund my money. After spending half a day messing with these people trying to get my part he still has the nerve to get an attitude. Dont waste your time with these guys, they couldn't careless about customer service.
I came in today 01/13/2025 spoke with who said was the owner gave us a bad attitude and had very poor customer service towards just because we were asking a few questions that apparently bothered him, maybe he treated us like that because we are hispanic but the questions we were asking were questions that we had to ask about what we were looking at. If I could I wouldn’t even give them one 1 star!
He was disrespectfull when i called so like i told you buddy call me when your wife or sister will be available before you sell me a part i will spend some good time
Great experience getting an axle for my classic Trans Am. Kevin was fast to respond to my questions and the part was ready when he said it would be. Full parts list online is super helpful. A+
They are the BEST!! Kevin really went above & beyond for us. We priced engines & they were 3x’s more expensive than Hulseys. At first, I was skeptical because I just couldn’t believe the price difference but they’re 100% honest folks! Definitely will be back!!
PS- these bad reviews about this business are BS! They are honest & very reputable!
As long you can see past your nose you WILL get the best service you could ever expect. Kevin and his crew know how to do it right. We drove 1.5 hrs from Young Harris. Would not consider any other source for auto parts. Thanks again to you guys

Drove 3 hour to pick a part up that they said they had and when I got there they had one off a totally different year model. Guy in the office is a rude air head I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
This company is a joke. The guy in the office did not want to be bothered with anything that had to do with doing his job and he had a snotty attitude with me the whole time for no reason. You’re better off doing business elsewhere
The place is a crooked as it looks do not buy parts if you’re professional about your job because they won’t be. Little boy/man behind the desk needs to talk more about work and not about how wet his underwear was over the weekend to the UPS guy idk what he was talking about I was just trying to ask him something about a part but when I got his attention he got an attitude because I interrupted his conversation with his boyfriend.
Called for a used rim , asked if could hold till tomorrow said had alot to do and $ 50 was not enough basically to deal with if he had a tire he would get a guy to put it on if not then I would just get the rim. I was very disappointed that I was then hung up on very bad customer service.
No nonsense used auto parts junkyard that had the tire rims I needed at half the price of what I found online. Helpful, fast, and organized. Thank you for your help and great service.
Parts seemed to be reasonably priced. I actually took my 16 year old in here. Who needed truck parts & he didn't have all the money. The clerk was upselling b/c he needed to make room for new inventory. My son asked him to take less & he days no he'll crush it himself before he takes less. Parts again were priced to sell, just the message it sent to a 16 year old, working hard, trying to fix up his used clunker, was disappointing! Just a little lesson to be learned in the selling methods all around. But if your looking for used, reasonably priced, auto parts, certainly worth checking out!
I won't do business here ever again. I understand they can't put a tire on the rim. HOWEVER-they sold me a rim that didn't fit. I paid for the rim, for another business to put the tire on the rim. Now this guy Kevin tells me he can't take the tire back off so I can exchange it, because HE SOLD me a rim that don't fit. Real business like!!
Lesson learned if I want something right don't go to Hulsey's auto parts!
Just left this place. They had my part ok. Ive had one of the worst experiences with a business today. I asked a simple question n Kevin who was upfront answered me he doesn't answer dumb questions like mine, and if I read English I can read the policy on the reciept. I was really shocked n dumbfounded a business can talk like this to a new customer. Probably because I talked with an accent he felt ok to treat me like this. I will definitely take my business somewhere else. They don't deserve even 1 star. There's no place anymore for this kind of attitude in the world we live in!!
I purchased a 350 motor from them, they had the best prices around. Iwill definitely be using them again, very personable and helpful. Best auto parts ace I have ever used. Very personable and professional. Thanks for all of the help.
