Website was great easy to navigate got the information I needed and also someone called right away to make sure that I was happy with what I needed. Process starts out ok, then once you accept offer, they say someone will pick up your car within a few hours or next day, but they will contact you and get scheduled. No one ever called me. I called number no answer, called again next day, guy answered acts like he had no idea what I’m talking about and then said he won’t pay what they offered and he is the buyer. Told him not to waste my time if can’t honor the offer. He said he would check it out but was backed up could come on 3 days. Called day of pick up and he said can’t come but will definitely come next day, never showed up. Won’t answer calls. Called back the 855 number ask for different carrier to get car. Rep says he can’t change anything, told them to cancel my offer, said he can’t do anything. Complete waste of time wouldn’t recommend
Travis was very helpful and professional. Whole process was quick and streamline. Tow truck driver was efficient and friendly. From time of offer to time of vehicle pickup and receiving check was about 72 hours. Very pleased with the service.

Took my 2008 Tacoma in for service. Shop said motor was shot and $12,500 for a new motor. Went on line and got a quick quote to pick it up and give me a check for over $3500. They made arrangements to pick it up at shop and give me a check. Transaction was complete in a couple days. While I hate to recommend junking a vehicle they made an unpleasant time positive. Cash in hand now I have down payment for something that isn’t over 14 years old with 235,000 miles.

I am actually going to go out of my way to make sure people know not to use this company. I am a patient man, but these guys know how to try it. For 2 weeks I have called everyday to get them to come pick up my car. Every single day, the lady on the phone would tell me, “oh your on schedule for today/tomorrow, dispatch will give you a call within an hour or so”. Not only have I never heard from dispatch once, when I would call back they would just string me along reassuring me that I was on schedule. Another side note, the lady’s on the phone make you feel like they are trying to get off the phone with you as fast as possible. The professionalism, or lack thereof, and the disorganization will be detrimental to this company. Absolutely awful experience, wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

My now former vehicle wasn't fulfilling our needs anymore and trading it in wasn't an option. I had a pretty smooth experience with Copart. I called they gave me they price they’d pay for my car, they set up a time for the pick up. When they got here it was as simple as taking the car and writing the check. I would use them again. Hopefully I won’t have to… but I would.

This place is a joke. They offered me things I didn't want nor need. It says cash for cars but no cash was offered. Yes my vehicle is a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo but to not be offered cash like the website and name suggests is wrong. I also have a free and clear title for it. Waste of time
