Quick to take the cash for a loaner tool but never have enough cash to refund in there cash register like the 4th time with this location from returning loaner tools to parts that's not needed they tell you to go to another location pour service all over

Five stars for Randy! I stopped in for wipers during a cold rainstorm, and he immediately offered to install them for me. He was fast, professional, and didn't hesitate to jump out into the rain to help. You don’t find proactive service like this much anymore. Highly recommend the spout Springs Flowery Branch location

I had a headlamp that had burned out on my way home. Stopped at Auto Zone to get bulb and replace burned out bulb. After purchasing the bulb, the cashier came out and helped me to install the bulb without me asking!!! I was on my way in only 5 minutes!!! Thanks!!!

I give it 6 stars, I feel very satisfactorily flattered by your Store Manager Gordalia at store 03452. She is a very professional, very patient person who knows everything about car problems. She has always solved my battery, engine, and brake problems, etc. Thank you for having her and keep in mind that she is a good employee and needs good motivation in her salary. Thank you for having such professional people like her.

Early in the morning after pumping gas at Kroger’s gas station, my vehicle wouldn’t start. A few men tried to jump start my car, it didn’t work. At 7:25 Am I called Auto zone Nextdoor to see if they would come by and check my battery. Randy came over to my pump, check the battery and it failed. He ran back to get a new battery and had me up and running within 10 minutes. Randy is awesome, highly recommend him and this Autozone!!

Leo was such a life saver. Literally the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He took his time and researched videos to help me with my headlights that were out. He held the door open like a gentleman and tested products out before I bought them so I wouldn’t waste money. This is something a customer will never forget. It built automatic trust and I will always shop here for my car needs. I hope everyone has the same experience as me. A new forever customer.

Just shopped here and Adi , young man helped me purchase oil for my mini cooper clubman . He looked up the brand of oil I needed for my car. His customer service was excellent !! . Adi was helpful and mannerly.He actually came outside and showed me what to do whilst he poured my oil . I came away extremely happy with his excellent service and kindness .

I picked up an order on Saturday, and the guy who helped me had a bad attitude. Then, when I called later that day to get a part ordered for pickup the next day, some incompetent lady never placed the order. This place is staffed by the most ignorant people I’ve ever dealt with.

My son and I popped in yesterday afternoon to buy a bulb for my car. He went in before me, and I went in to pay. As we were leaving, the sensor went off. My son stopped, turned around, and came back and handed the guy the bulb to remove the sensor. Before the salesperson said I'm sorry about that," he said instead I'm glad I didn't have to call the cops." He was wrong, yet he felt comfortable saying that to my 6ft /250lbs black man. Why? Do you know the fear and anxiety those words caused a black person. This was without warning or provocation. I think white people who are prejudiced or uncomfortable serving us (black people) should be allowed to post "whites only" signs again so we can know where it's safe to shop. That experience was scary!

Recently, I bought a cooling system pressure test kit on a loan basis to check one of my vehicles. Upon returning the kit, I discovered that I did not have my original receipt and the store system could not refund my card without it. The clerk said that all he could do was issue a store credit, which I really didn't want, but that if I would bring it back on the weekend, the manager would be able to help me. I returned on Saturday, not really that hopeful of getting a refund on my card, and I spoke to the manager and explained everything, and after a few minutes of searching she found my original receipt in the system and refunded my card. When I was leaving, one of the staff members thanked me for being patient, but actually I want to thank them for taking a few minutes to help me out. the long and the short of all this is that I will make a point of doing more business with them. The one on Spout Springs Road, the employees are friendly and were very helpful when I had to get a new battery. I'm glad that there are stores like this that will install for instance: battery. Will continue to purchase from this location.

A guy named Kyle was very nice and helpful! He helped me replaced both of my low beams without hesitate! He introduced and guided myriad things/parts about my car that I’ve never known before. I felt extremely thankful! Thank you very much for helping me, Kyle! Highly recommended this store

I went today, it is Easter, because I needed a front bulb for my Corolla, I was treated very kindly by Kyle, he replaced it by a new one that I got in the store. He has been a very helpful person. Good service and attention. Recommending this store in Flowery Branch, GA

My daughter purchased a pickup truck bed cover online. She entered the truck make & model and was told which size to get, and that's the one she ordered. Unfortunately, when it arrived she found that the cover was too long, so she brought it to this store to return it. Online it says that purchases can be returned at any store. The "gentleman" who "waited on her" was extremely rude to her, and refused to take it back, essentially because he didn't want to deal with it, saying it was "too much work". Ridiculous!!!!! He then craned his head around to see the person in line behind her and said "can I help you?" and began waiting on that person. Thankfully, another employee who was helpful and friendly took the return without a problem. The 1st guy then came up to her and said "sorry you got stuck dealing with that!". She replied that it wasn't my daughter's fault that they have a process to return something online (which involved them calling for an order number... so difficult!). I would have left less than 0 stars for the "gentleman" but the kind woman who helped my daughter counteracted his rudeness and refusal to help. I hope management sees this and will explain to that person how to properly interact with customers and provide appropriate service.

Kyle S is an amazing person! I came in looking for a clip to reattach my jeep fender flare, he took a look then got a tool from inside then proceeded to solve my problem using the clips I had. He said he would really like to sell me something that day but I just didn’t need to spend money on this one. He took literally five minutes and was so genuinely happy to do it. He saved me from a potentially dangerous situation if that flare would have flown off while driving. Thank you Kyle for your kindness and Auto zone for fostering a culture of empowering your employees to do such great things! Customer for life!

Wish I could recall the name of the complete gentleman who helped me. He was an older white guy if that helps. Anyway, he was very polite and extremely helpful. Perhaps he did little more than his job. Still, he did it in a way that made me feel that he really cared about my windshield wipers. -Grey customer care!
