They were out of stock of the parts I was wanting.

Needed a battery urgently, rolled in 10 minutes after 8 and Nathan jumped to, got me the battery I needed, installed it and tested my alternator and starter in less than 20 minutes. Excellent service and pleasant conversation.

Top tier customer experience today at this location. I needed a new battery and employees there went out of their way to test everything to make sure there were no other concerns with the start up of the vehicle.

Visited this location for a specific party and the two gentlemen that assisted me were very professional. I didn't get their names but the older gentlemen was such a gentlemen and very pleasant. The other employee with glasses was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service and helpful.

These guys are the best I went to three different auto part dealers who told me they had what I needed and when I got there their stock in the computer was different than what was on the shelf,I had to travel about 20 mi to reach the advance Auto parts on spout springs road but well worth it they knew exactly what I needed (cabin air filter)and they had exactly what I needed bravo

Every time I am here they are so helpful and listen. I am ignorant to a lot of car issues and they spend time explaining. A great place with great employees

I have bought quite a few things from this location, including batteries, and the staff has always been polite and super helpful! I actually went to another auto parts store when I first moved here and immediately left bc the staff treated me like I was stupid. I drove half a mile down the street to Advanced, spent the same money on the same battery, all because Advanced was respectful :-) I have been a loyal customer, and after being saved tonight with a VERY unexpected battery issue, I will REMAIN loyal. Thanks, guys, for helping out a distressed chickadee! :-)

Long lines amd rude employees. I'll probably just keep going to autozone in flowery branch. I was excited for this place being closer. Not worth the headache. There was a cool young guy working one night. He helped my son ALOT. All I remember was him mentioning he drove a crown Vic. Didn't catch him name. But other 4 times going was a headache

I visited this store today. I needed help with a tail light. I didn't know what type of bulb I needed, nor did I know how to access the bulb to change it. Kyle at Advance Auto Parts helped me. He was incredibly helpful, polite and professional. He not only identified the light that was out, but also correctly identified the type of bulb needed and then changed the bulb for me., which involved removing a panel in the trunk area of the car. As a senior woman with little automotive experience, Kyle was incredibly helpful, and I really appreciated his start-to-finish help. I would definitely return to this store and ask for Kyle. He's a great asset to Advance Auto Parts. Thank you, Kyle!

Bought the battery for my van there today and thr guys there helped with the battery replacement, but unfortunately, due to worn nuts, they referred to the neighbor, BlueSky Auto (awesome place by the way!) The guys here at Advance Auto is super friendly/helpful wirh their attempts!! Appreciated y'all!!

Employees are friendly and helped me finding the right parts. If its a simple part, They will even come out to look at the car to make sure you are putting in the right way if you are unsure.

Lupe was amazing at getting my battery tested and replaced quickly and easily. Also helped find a coupon for me to save even more. Autozone was scared of liability for a little plastic clip holding a duct over the battery so they wouldn't even replace it. Lupe did it in 5 minutes.

This store which is about less then a mile from us, has clean shelves stocked well organized they greet you when entering. The staff personal are well educated in auto parts. They are clean and happy I am impressed and will come bk.

I can't speak for everyone in the store but a red headed older gentleman was short and condescending. I asked for assistance to install a license plate cover because the old one fell off on the way from Ohio and he said all you have to do is follow the instructions (this was not the same cover). He was reluctant to check me out in the first place but the younger gentleman was helping someone on the phone so he had to. I have never received such poor treatment from a car parts store, especially not Advanced. I go out of my way to skip over autozone because the customer service is generally better at Advanced. I guess I was mistaken. Perhaps it's a southern thing, regardless, I was not impressed. I was so taken aback I am entering this review as I am leaving the store. Two stars and not one because I think the other guy did not share his sentiment.

Trouble service form the new guy Rob. I went in today wanting to get my battery checked and charged They immediately told the battery was no good because it was from 2017 they didnt even try testthe battery. Then both rob and his manager laughed an ask if there was anything else could do for me. They took my battery and said they needed for the core.

I am not accustomed to walking into an auto parts store and being greeted immediately by friendly and helpful staff until today when I visited this AAP to buy wiper blades. Chris quickly found the blades I needed and while Nate rang me up, Chris was installing them. I was literally in and out in less than 10 minutes. I will gladly drive the 12 miles past 3 other auto parts stores to shop here in the future.

Today had the unfortunate auto problem, battery not turning over, but was fortunate to meet Atum, he was so helpful and informative answered all my questions. I was quickly on my way with a new battery. Very happy to have gone to this store. Will return again. Thank you Atum.

I cannot say enough good things about this store, the staff, or honestly about Advance Auto as a whole. They simply put their competition up the street to shame. Dan, the store manager, is super knowledgeable and has a very welcoming attitude (and he drives a sick Nova! ?) I don't enjoy spending my money on car stuff most of the time but whenever I have an issue with any of my vehicles I know the parts guys up there Chris, Dan, and Kyle will either take care of it on the spot or find me the parts I actually need so I can get it knocked out. TL;DR - Top tier service from knowledgeable dudes, good parts, fair prices

Very helpful group of guys. Ran diagnostics on my car and was able to provide suggestions. Only thing it is very expensive for my ignition coil. Like almost double the amount everywhere else online. They need cheaper ignition coil options.

Great store and friendly staff. Everyone was very helpful and willing. I would recommend going to this store for any and all of your automotive needs. The store was also very clean and organized. Get what you need and get out as soon as you can is very possible with this clean abd efficient store.

The low-quality wiper blades I purchased broke, and flew off my car during their first attempt at rain. When I went back to the store they replaced the blades with the highest quality Rainx brand, and installed them--all at no charge! Very impressed by the quality of service!

Didnt have the windshield wiper I was looking for because they ran out of stock and one man seemed very judgemental over the fact that I knew what sizes I needed. Anyways, they had everything else in stock and the store looked neat so I would say it's fine to go there, but don't expect much respect from some employees

This store should be nominated for Store of the Century!!! They went above and beyond to help my husband and I get back on the road when we were stranded by our starter going out. We were out of town and they made us feel like we were regular customers that they had known their entire lives! Dan is an amazing manager and he has instilled in all of his employees the importance of treating customers like family! I wish all stores were like this one!!!

Went in for a clip to hold my car hood up. They didn't have it in stock. Suggested new struts. Immediately found in stick the ones I needed and gave me the price (which was much less than I imagined). Also received a $10 rebate on the parts. Installed them in less than 5 minutes for me. All this took place on my lunch break. This was a great experience.

Great staff. Helped me troubleshoot which fuse was bad in my car and went to my car and changed it. Also didn't hurt that the staff changing my fuse out was super hot (eye candy) and smelled fantastic. I'll definitely be going back for my automotive needs and to check out the got staff member again.
