Bought a 2020 F-350 with landscaping body with "125 point" inspection only to have a leaking gas filler line the moment I went to fill it up the first time. Contacted sales rep Ladd and they didn't seem to want to help me even though I purchased a warranty. Nice truck but its the principal of doing solid business. As soon as you sign the paperwork its your problem. My lesson was to not trust salesmen word and to get all vehicles pre inspected before buying.
I bought my dodge ram 2500 here. We worked out a deal I liked and paid cash for it. The truck had an issue recently and Bret, the service manager, fixed the issue, had it back to me as quick as possible but what I like the most is how he kept communication with me 24/7 regarding the truck throughout the entire time my truck was being worked on, I never felt left behind, I was always aware of everything. Bret is the person I go to for everything although he is the service manager only but I feel only comfortable talking to him because he is a man of his word and does what he says he’s going to do & I respect the hell out of that. Every time I had any kind of issue whether it be small or big he’s always fixed it quick and at 100%. Bret is the reason why I am satisfied with my purchase at JW TRUCKS. Thank you my friend.

((BUYER BEWARE- TAKE A MECHANIC WITH YOU))
Our company purchased a Straight Truck from JW Truck Sales this time last year. Less than 60 days after purchase; we began experiencing major mechanical issues. Their sales person provided a CARFAX and multi-point inspection upon request. The CARFAX did not show any work preformed and the multi-point inspection showed everything good however, our mechanic told us a total different story. #1 Mechanic observed main air break line was leaking ( after several attempts, we managed to get JW Truck Sales service department to replace the air break line because it was an item they should have noticed within the multi-point inspection before selling the vehicle). Short while later we noticed that four of the air break connectors were leaking and needed replacing (we did those ourselves)
#2 front/upper radiator hose leak as well as O-ring leak near the heater coil was leaking 3# One of the rear tires blew. Mechanic observed that rear tires were old rotted retread and beyond their expiration according to the date on sidewall of tire. 4# Mechanic observed Number 3 exhaust rocker arm completely loose. Possibly caused internal issues. Mechanic stated that the valves, valve cover and valve gasket had all been replaced. (CARFAX did not report this type of work preformed).
5# Mechanic observed both rear wheel seal gasket leak. Mechanic had to repair and replace gaskets, shoes and drums. (Defect should have been noticed in the multi-point inspection by JW Truck Sales).
6# Transmission wiring harness repair. Transmission harness was loop over front axle shaft, causing the shaft to wear through transmission wiring harness. (Issue should have been observed and corrected in multi-point inspection by JW Truck Sales).
All these issues occurred less than a year of purchasing this vehicle in December 2024; totaling close to $5000 in repairs that could have been avoided. We have the receipts for all repairs preformed, if you would like to see them.
I bought my box truck from Ladd, and the entire experience was amazing. He was extremely respectful, patient, and made the whole process simple from start to finish. It took me 10 months to finally get everything together, and Ladd never rushed me or made me feel pressured. He stayed helpful the entire time and made sure I got exactly what I needed.

JW Truck Sales and their sales guy Lad made my experience easy with no pressure and no baloney. I'd been shopping a wide radius and reached out to them about a black transit van. I was considering flying in to buy it but black paint is a challenge; looks great in photos but is often trashed when you see it in person. Lad was awesome because he understood what I going for and took the time to create a long video to really show the paint in all angles and light. He then arranged to pick me up at the airport as I flew in from out state. When we got to the dealer to drop Lad off it took ~12 minutes to sign papers and be done. No games, no gimmicks. Thanks
