Its use to be U- Wrench it now its GO PULL IT!! Where do I start….The prices are terrible for start. A good used tire is $45 dollars and the ones that might last you 30 days is $33 dollars. By the time you pay for fees and go have it mounted you better off getting a new tire off Amazon and take it to a local shop to install it for $20-$25 dollars. Next, they charge you fees without even asking do you want it(a 365 day warranty on my part was $7.00) for a strut. The person on duty said they were trained to do it this way . Taking advantage of the customers (GREED). Let me break it down for you:

This is my home away from home. The best place to get your used car parts. They accessibility. And the best stuff you could ever ask for. Along with hot coffee at all times of the day. Not to mention to friendliest after you've ever met. Really I have to rate it a five-star hands down. I will always bring my business to this place, and continue the shop with them forever. Hit the Norcross yard in July, 2025. Had some decent vehicles, unlike Pull A Part, the yard is very messy. Old parts and damage fragments are left near, under, and beside the vehicles. The yard surface isn't gravel, it is a layer of course rock, dirt, and junk so if you have to lay under a vehicle, it isn't too pleasant. The people seemed friendly enough, parts prices seemed ok till they threw in core charges, environmental fees, and the 365 day warranty. As a person who frequents the self-pull parts yards, I would come back for the right vehicle, not a place that I would browse to see what I could find though.
Super high prices for used parts, higher than new ones in stores, and to top it all off, the employees greet you in a very bad mood... now I understand why they don't have any customers,,No lo recomiendo precios muy altos, y pesima atencion..todos de muy mal humor
Paid extra for warranty, 10 days later they won’t honor it. Go to Pull-a-Part or Grey & White sometime they cost more but it’s worth it. Also Go pull it has the highest entrance fee
This place was better as u wrench it. Much better. I can't really fault the staff here as they seem to be the same. Prices have gone up a great deal. They hit you with a fee for credit card purchases, core charges are high, and they are doing the environmental fee nonsense. The entrance fee has gone up. Price wise you are better off now going to a traditional junk yard.
The yard isn't cleaned very well of debris in the walking paths, they could do a better job.
Safety wise they put the cars up on three wheels instead of four. This is a huge Safety risk of the car tilting over and crushing somebody. Four is definitely safer than three. Please be better about Safety gopullit.
It seems both gopullit and pullapart are letting greed take over. They have ruined the low cost option for people that are not willing or able to spend a lot on car repairs.

So this junkyard got some bad cons and some good pros, one of the cons is the entry fee which is $3 which they actually raised according to the reviews I've read, but thats not the problem which I really have with this junkyard, the problem is the prices ON SOME PARTS which is WAY to expensive! for an example I was trying to buy a HID light for my Acura and eBay had it listing for just $70 for brand new aftermarket one! but this place had the light for $140 FOR A SCRATCHED USED HID LIGHT!!!!!!! Please lower down the prices!!!!!!!! And Im more than happy to come back and shop for more! Because they really got a good selection of cars to pick from, and great customer service!

I’ve pulled parts to help families for 20 years. This place had to charge me separately for the power steering pump, and then for the reservoir. Then there was 1 crappy hose I left attached and the CAP. The pump was $80 the reservoir was $50 and they wanted to squeeze an extra $5 for the cap to the reservoir and $5 for the hose. I could’ve just ordered the entire thing off eBay for $130. The guy at the counter immediately barked back when I asked seriously $5 extra bucks for the cap that goes to the reservoir. I’ll never go back and if I do I’ll put all the small parts somewhere interesting.
Offered more money on my junk car than any other company. Kyle came out, picked up my car, and handed me my check at the agreed upon price with no issues at all. Kyle was great.
Definitely recommend this auto parts junk yard. Always have what am looking for. Good inventory of cars. The staff is very friendly and especially Daisy who is very knowledgeable in her parts and charges the right parts from the beginning. Definitely my 1st choice when it comes to used auto parts.
Not the cleanest place and today I was there and noticed oils all over the ground and all of the plastics pieces that will run off in to the stormwater looks like this place is due for a clean up and inspection during the rain to get the pictures of it going into the stormwater and streams.

Let me start off by saying that I am not one to take the time to write a review but I must give credit when it's due. I am a long time customer of this place and have always had a pleasant experience at this location but as of recently I was absolutely blown away with the customer service that was given to me by a gentleman who was working the parts register by the name of KRYSS. not only was he genuinely more than helpful and knowledgeable but he took the time to make you feel as if you were a person and not just another customer there to collect money from. Although this seems like a minimal contribution for an employee to offer in this day and time to see a young man opt to work in a environment that can be extremely hard it's nice to see someone step up to the challenge rather than go work at Walmart in a temperature controlled environment doing mindless work and taking the easier way much like his peers. Instead he chooses to work in an industry that is ever changing, dealing with parts that are ever evolving and maintaining a great attitude even with less than desirable customers at times. As a business owner myself I recognize a great employee when I see one and KRYSS is top notch. So give this man a bonus, a corner office, an air conditioner, free lunch on Saturdays or let him drive the bulldozer forklift thing because he represents this place well and I feel proud to spend my money there knowing that someone like KRYSS is working there... Hats off to you guys and i know it's not my place to say this but break this man off with a raise or few hundos so he feels recognized for the difference he makes.... Cheers
Honestly an overall solid junkyard experience, but my part was SO costly. The junkyard is very well organized, takes just a brisk walk to find the right vehicle, friendly staff, all great. When I rung up my HID Headlights, I was really surprised to hear the price at $260 for the pair. $140 more and I could just buy an aftermarket LED set! I was very surprised to see them price a part that was likely going to get crushed anyways at such a high price. I decided to go through with the purchase because I could sell the same headlights used on eBay for around $150 profit but come on, almost $300 for junkyard headlights (with the warranty + fees/taxes) is a bit ridiculous.
I was okay with the price at the end of the day, but the saleswoman sneakily added in warranty for the bumper BRACKET itself, which was a different product. I did not notice this $15 extra fee until several weeks later. I would have been happier if the sales team was clearer that they were adding the warranty for the headlight AND the bracket.
They charged me 3 dollars to look a tire this is scammer and greedy and the prices of this places depend the person it could be 100 times of ebay or more less auto zone please people stay away from this place check the price before you pull any thing
I am new to self-car-care and i have only been to a few pull it lots. BUT WOW….i have to tell you that the KIND & respectful ladies and gentlemen at Atlanta’s Go-Pull it were a huge help and literally a life-saver! While at the lot I had a cardiac problem, specifically,severe angina.I wasn’t able to help myself but the staff and the manager were quick to help me. The team got me out of 99+degree heat and provide me with cold water, shade and a seat until I could take the heart medication I required. And on top of everything, they didn’t miss a beat with helping all their other customers. THANK YOU Go Pull it!
