Came in today looking for a 08 Camry starter, and Sarlis was very helpful from explaining the process on pulling my part and how the one year warranty worked. I’ll definitely come back if I ever need another part.

This is the best salvage yard I have ever seen they go above and beyond more than you would expect. Great staff and my biggest shout out goes to the owner. I frequently come here to look for car parts and since it turned into Go Pull-it, the yard has become messy and littered with broken car parts and cars being misplaced in sections. They have some improvements to make

I drive from Cleveland Georgia after calling and asking if the car was there and the car wasn’t there That’s a 1:20 minute drive one way I’m very disappointed this is my first time at this location and they are very unorganized and unprofessional

Asked for a part and waited 15 mins on hold just for them to abruptly hang up on me. Terrible customer service they need to be trained better.

I was there today. Wasted time. The prices are in no adequate. For a part that costs $15.95 on Amazon, they asked for $17, and for an old windshield blade $6, when a new one costs $7.5 in Walmart. And also they charge a fee of $ 2 just for entering the site. So. There may be an OEM parts on the junk car, but it has exhausted its resource, or maybe OEM pard has been replaced to China made part. Car is junk.

Great place very convenient and always got great service great prices and great parts one of my favorites places.

Twice I showed up and was refused entry after driving over an hour. First time I got there 4:30pm. The Google hours state 6pm closing. They had already clocked out. I pointed out that Google maps says 6pm. They said that must be summer hours and they were going home. This last time though...... As I approached the door some little punk came out the door and shouted at me "you're not coming in". It was 5:32pm, last entry is 5:30pm. I kept walking, hoping I was dealing with a reasonable human being. This scruffy little flake then closes the door and crosses his arms like some kinda bouncer, destined for the ER. (I had a friend in NYC who was a little small to be a bouncer at a bar I worked at. It was past last entry and he told a marine vet that he couldn't come in, and he bounced my friend straight to the ER). So I get to the door and as I'm putting my tools down and saying "please, I just drove an hour with no ac and I know exactly what I need to pull", this little nonce puts his hands on me and shoves me with all his might. Mind you, my girlfriend who weighs 110lbs touches me with more force when she's not even mad. He says his name is Carlos and keeps up his tough guy act as he steps inside and closes the door behind him, kinda like a Chihuahua that barks a lot and then cries and runs away with it's tail between it's legs when you step to it. Although Carlos being more cowardly than a little Chihuahua did this without me even stepping to him. Anyway, I'm not sure what the purpose of Carlos's featherweight shove was, against someone with his hands full. Just to take cover behind a closed door. I think management needs to check this kid. His actions were absolutely unacceptable for a place of business. Not to mention he might end up hurting himself because of his actions. Check your cameras, Thursday 8/17 between 5:30pm and 5:40pm and see for yourself. I'm sure that is not the way you want your staff to be behaving. Or maybe you just don't care. This place is overpriced anyway. Do yourself a favor and go to Pull-a-part where prices are reasonable, as are the staff. Update: Nice of them to reply, with at least some truth that he did in fact put his hands on me. As for my 'aggression' and pushing, totally false. Absolutely unacceptable way to conduct business, and then lie to cover their staff. 0 stars!! ****In response to your response, why don't you use other google services to upload that video. I would recommend YouTube. Then share the link here so other people can see how your staff handle themselves?

I've visited here few times after it was bought out. Still have good inventory. But unfortunately have yet to have good experience. Their prices are to high "in my opinion". I have met few staff that are nice and respectful. But others just seem angry, and are waayy to serious.

I unfortunately needed a a/c compressor for my vehicle, however they did not have my specific vehicle. Sarlis however was very helpful in giving me an interchange list of other vehicles that’d have the same part. I was also glad to be told that the part came with a year warranty for a small additional fee which allowed me to get my money back if the part didn’t work.

Terrible place of business. Came in there and bought a door panel and they didn’t tell me the price until the receipt was printed out. Found out they nickeled and dimed me for everything on that door panel. I then asked if I can give them back the parts for a refund on the parts I didn’t need but they said I couldn’t because I didn’t get their “one year warranty”. Even though my receipt just printed out. What’s next they’re going to charge me for the paint on the door pane next? Didn’t want to make a scene since they were closing and they had a kid running the cash register. Called the next morning and they couldn’t do anything for me. Definitely some snake oil salesman business if you ask me. Avoid this place at all cost cause they will con you in some way.

I live an hour away and called to see if they can see they have a part for me before I drove there and they couldn’t even look for me and I waisted gas and my time to end up leave with nothing why do they have alot of employees if they can’t even walk to find parts for people? Kettle cars is better then this and aswell you can go take it out yourself and they tell let you know if they have the part you’re looking for

I don't go here often because in the past several years they haven't had a lot of newer stock, but I was browsing online recently and saw they had a 2014 Q60, I nearly fell out of my chair. No one locally has had one of these for parts so I rushed out there the next day. They had had the car for a month so most of the good stuff was gone, which is my fault for not checking sooner, but I got two interior panels I've been on the hunt for since buying my car three years ago that were nearly perfect. The girl at the register was super friendly and when she saw them, asked if $6 was ok. Hell yes it was, I would have paid $50 just to have them. I'm now checking their inventory more frequently and hope to buy from them again.

Worst customer service. Treating customer like trash. Racist to customer due to background. Unclear directions of operations. Parts cost was all incorrect online and spot location. Not worth the business and horrible people to do business with. Do not do business with unprofessional customer service skills. Lack of operations skills. Demeanor towards Non Hispanic customers. Don’t waste your money here go somewhere else. Please don’t disrespect my Father and Husband due to our background. Fix your price online so you don’t have to waste our time.

BEWARE! Since rebranding, this located has grown grown a habit of automatically charging you for insurance on every purchase without your knowledge; if you don't question the price they won't tell you that you were charged for insurance. This is a very sneaky and unprofessional tactic of increasing their revenue.

First time at this place and it was great. Found everything that I needed unlike at the junkyard up the street. I didn’t have to walk a mile to see the same model vehicles either, they were all conveniently placed next to each other. The staff was very nice.

Good place for looking for parts. But there hours are not updated. I called off work early to pick up a part. When I got there at 520 they said we are closed. So I guess don't go by the Google hours Edit: I called the number and the machine says closes at 6 and the response from owner says last call 530 closes at 6. When I called yesterday the manager lady said they close at 5.

Good place, much better than the pull a part nearby. The employees are friendlier. The facility is nicer. They have a good inventory and usually more likely to find what I need. Only thing I would definitely like to see come back is parts pricing on their website. You have no idea what you're going to pay for something until you go to the work to pull it off and take it to the checkout. Used to be able to check on my phone to see how much the part was. Kinda discourages you from buying extra stuff you didn't come for which is a disadvantage on their part.

In many cases you would be better advised to just order new parts to repair your vehicle. Okay for body parts, if the price is agreeable. Remember you have to disassemble and remove your parts before you buy them. Okay, for hard-to-find parts.

Had a fantastic experience here. I stopped off on a return road trip to see if I could find a tire to keep in my trunk as a spare. They had the exact year make and model as my car and not only that, I had my 15 month old Great Dane with me and they let him walk back with us to pull the tire. My dog was a bit of a celebrity! I would highly recommend U Wrench It! They have all sorts of cars to pull from and the staff are courteous and professional. I’d give them more than 5 stars if Google would let me!
