The team is so amazing. This is my first time using pull a part and everyone was so helpful. The team has so much knowledge' n was so help. The manager was outstanding and so sourceful. They sign me up for vip n on call if my rim comes in. Such a great place to do business.

This is not a pull apart review, this is a review on a particular employee. Joe is an outstanding employee, highly intelligent, polite, and professional are only a few words I could use to describe him. He helped me get in and out quickly and very efficiently, upper management needs to reward Joe and other employees like him and I hope there are incentives for employees who do their job as well as he does. Thankful that I came on his shift

Today couldn’t be a success without their customer service. Outstanding service from forklift drivers to the front desk. I needed a saw blade to finish the engine drop and they provided us with one. Definitely recommend. For all your car needs.

Misplaced my backpack while pulling a part and asked the employees up front who had instantly started checking the cameras to see if I had left in any where they had surveillance. Ended up finding my backpack thanks guys.

Pull a part will PULL Apart your Wallet with the extra fees and ridiculous price increase. Some parts are cheaper if you go buy aftermarket parts. They give baseline answers to people complaining about the same issues Also; They pull out all the engine and wheel sets so they can charge you $1000 for it. LMAO

This place absolutely sucks. Staff are super unhelpful. Found a tire in the wrong spot that should have fit my car. It didn't. When I came to return, they would only do store credit. I won't ever be back to pull a part

I found the exact car I was looking for and got all the parts for a very reasonable price. In order to shop here you just need to pay a two dollar entrance fee, if you have a membership then it is one dollar. They have a large selection of cars and they are all organized very well. Since it can get hot somedays they have areas where you can get water. If you are looking to buy replacement parts but unwilling to shell out a ton of money, then I recommend stopping by here.

The staff is amazing Zariel and Rick helped me pinpoint my running board and check out while signing up for this thing called a vip membership.
