Brought in my bmw x6 after I backed into a pine tree in the wee hours of the morning taking my buddy to the airport. ouch! Hutch quoted me and I brought it in after he confirmed parts had arrived. A week later, I went to pick it up and it was good as new! Thank you for the fast turnaround and for the lifetime warranty!
Charles with Roper Towing was a tremendous help to me when I got a flat on 1-20. He took my car to a tire place at 7 pm, helped me find a place to stay overnight, and made sure I got to my room safely. I am grateful to him. He was fast upon arrival on the highway too. A very good company and employees! Thank you so much!
I dropped my truck off to get a few things done under the impression it would be done within a week. My appointment had been scheduled two weeks prior and it wasn’t a surprise i was coming. I called a few days later to check on the progress and was told it had already been painted and they were waiting for it to dry to do final touches. That day, a friend of mine went by and noticed my truck had not been touched. I called and asked why they lied about having it almost ready for pick up and was told they would “start on it today”. I immediately went to get my vehicle. I didn’t appreciate being lied to when trying to give them my business. Because of them i now have to wait again for someone else to fix it.
Communication was lacking a little but overall good customer service, work done on the car was great and it looks brand new. Even went the extra mile of detailing it so even the inside looks like new.
Haven't had the car repaired yet, but so far, they seem very fair and completely ready to tackle the job. Can't wait for the finished product. Still waiting after 5 months. But I'm in no rush.
We used Roper’s to fix my bumper and side door damage because they have the best reviews we could find in Greensboro.
The five stars are deserved and earned. Hutch worked with the insurance company to make sure my car came out looking new and not half the work my insurance wanted.
Also it did take longer than originally estimated but thats because Hutch is a perfectionist and wanted the work done right the first time.
The lady at the front desk, bless her heart, she took control of my lack of tech skills and got us taken care of and out the door faster than you'd have thought possible. She knew where every wreck on that lot was and directed us right to ours. She is amazing and if I ever need a wrecker, I will remember this service.
Took my '21 Ram 2500 here for repair after hitting a deer. The work was done extremely well - literally looking as good as new, which not many body shops can pull off convincingly. Should I need body work again, Roper's is the only place I would take my vehicle. Highly recommended, they are true professionals and work fast!
Horrible service. Called one day for a tow truck, quoted $150 but driver was in Atlanta. Called next day, $150 quote, was supposed to get back to me within an hour, almost 2 hours later I called back, scheduled pickup within 10 or 15 minutes for $150 and provided pickup and drop off addresses, waited 50 minutes outside next to truck in heat and the same guy from the office called me telling me he miscalculated the distance and now wanted $250 but would discount it for $225.
Slow, quotes low and after the tow truck driver doesn’t show up, asks for extra money.
This was supposed to be a normal business, clearly unprofessional scammers!
Roper’s helped me out in a pinch and I am so glad it worked out! Wonderful customer service, prompt, communication, and great work. They take pride in their work and it shows. Everyone is very friendly too!
I had a lift gate panel for my Ford Explorer replaced. There was a crack in it( I’m not alone) and some damage as well. My neighbors all recommended Ropers very highly. They were spot on. They are a pleasure to work with. Work was done in a timely manner, looked great and very reasonably priced. Thanks so much!
Communication was fairly good but was mislead multiple times. Was told door clips were replaced on inner door panel and was not touched. Work seems to be done well and looks good but would appreciate more honesty.
The service was a one the customer service is also excellent look forward to doing business with him in the future hopefully not the near future that means I've just had another wreck but I do appreciate everything they did do for me thank you
I'm pleased with Roper's work on my car - they replaced the bumper and repainted the hood. It sparkles and looks as good as new! Hutch was very communicative and kept me updated on the status of the repair. This is a family-owned business and they went the extra mile to ensure all the issues were addressed. Also, they coordinated the rental car with Enterprise so it was ready and waiting for me when I dropped the car off for repairs.
Dropped car off 9 days ago and was told initially that service would take 3 days. I’ve had no car for over a week and have had an extremely difficult time communicating to find out when my car will be ready for pick up. On Friday morning, they said MAYBE Friday afternoon; then on Monday morning they said PROBABLY Tuesday by noon...now it’s Tuesday at 12:38 and I have not heard a peep nor do I have single update on my car. At this point it basically feels like they stole my car/that I’ll never get it back.
Terrible communication and extremely slow service. Would never come to this car repair shop again.
Was in small accident and used tower services. I rode with tow truck driver to take my vehicle back to my house. Driver was professional, service was fast and easy. Start to finish service was 45 minutes. 20 minutes of time was driving my vehicle. Would definitely recommend.
I brought my car in after a slight fender bender. The staff were welcoming and professional at all times. They called me regularly with updates on my vehicle and kept me informed throughout the entire repair. They also did a fantastic job washing and detailing my vehicle. I will continue to use Ropers in the future for their regularly scheduled maintenance items such as oil changes, etc.

Hands down the single best experience I have ever had with respect to auto repair. The rear panel of my Lexus SUV became disconnected on my 600+ mile trip from northern Virginia to Lake Oconee. Getting repair services that far from home is stressful. The folks at Roper’s Collision were able to provide a great patch which will be more than sufficient to get me home. They saw me right away, got my car immediately on a lift, patched it and got me out of there in 15 minutes, allowing me to resume my vacation with the family. In addition, the price was extremely reasonable. I honestly didn’t think service like this existed anywhere anymore, and getting this while we were so far from home was the best surprise of all. I can’t thank the team at Roper’s enough!
Best shop around Lake Oconee. My last repair here was over 15 years ago, received the same great service then that I received today. It’s a testament to the way they do business, ask folks around the lake where to get your car repaired and you will hear Roper’s more often that not.
Just picked up my car from Roper's Collision Center, Hutch and his team did an amazing job repairing my fender bender. The paint job is a great match, everything aligns perfectly, and they even took the time to detail the interior!!! My car hasn’t looked this sharp, inside and out, in a long time. Customer service is Great, good communication during the entire process.

Great shop. Roper was lowest in price when I compared cost for an insurance claim. Workmanship was excellent and the color match perfect. Turnaround was good even after my insurance company changed the work plan. Service was friendly and efficient. Worth the little extra drive for sure.
