Held my truck for 4 months, said he fixed vacuum leaks. Wouldn't hold idle when I picked it up, and had to replace plenum gasket moments after picking up(the most common vacuum leak & easiest to identify). I paid him in advance 600 and he charged me another 200 to "reprogram the cpu" when I picked it up. Make your own assumption...
I was coming home from a family member and hit a semi truck tire on I-75...it damaged the from underneath of my car...I stopped at a station in Reseca an ask a UPS Driver if it was safe to drive home he recommended Carroll's Garage...these 2 very kind men, assuming one was Mr.Carroll and the other was the Mayor. They kindly fixed it enough for me to make it home and wouldn't take a dime. I still had a ways to go to get home. See there are very kind and considerate people in this world! God Bless these two! Thank you for being so nice to a weary traveler. The Mayor was kind enough to request that I let him know I got home safely. Now tell me that was going the extra mile!! He gave me his business card.
If only I could leave a zero star review. This man offered to help me when no other garage would, and that's the only nice thing we have to say. After taking 7 months to tell me "I don't know why it won't start," this man incorrectly diagnosed a no spark condition (ignition control module went bad) as a bad fuel pump, and didn't even try to continue working on. I ended up towing the vehicle BACK to my house and getting it running within a week. Now I'm working on the truck again, and finding that none of the bolts he "installed" are anywhere near torque spec while I try to figure out why my vehicle has an oil leak that wasn't present when I left it with him. Carroll's garage is a sham, and there are far more reliable mechanics one can and should turn to in the area.
Well use to be avg. My trucks been there for 2yrs. Now, he's been paid in full for 1.9yrs.and he's put me on the back burner. He lied an has gotten lazy. This isn't the first time I've been done this way.
Danny is polite and shows you whats wrong and what it takes to fix your vehicle before he does any work to it.tells you how much it costs for parts and doesn't over charge.he fixes what he tells you or what you ask of him.
He is a lier. And he don’t know what he is doing. Ssys one thing. . He nothing butI a lier.Told me one thing payed him 350. For what he said was wrong and that was not what was wrong. Needed money for other parts still was not fixed. Told us he could do it in one day. It been over a week. And still not fixed. So do not use him and it still sat there.
Had my car for 8 weeks , then finally got a call to pick it up, and it was the same as it was when I took it to him. Only difference is I’m 800 bucks in the whole and car just like it was! He made easy money on me! I would never recommend him !
Super nice business called on the holiday weekend to get vehicle fixed bad alternator and they got us in and out right away definitely recommend this place
My husband land I have found our go to shop now. Open, honest, hard working and friendliest service upon meeting ,. By the time you leave,, Its a Known all your life kind of 1st impression..
He took two weeks to not fix our oil leak. Had the nerve to tell me that we had to many. That if he fixed one then another one would just pop up. Made it sound like the car wasn't any good just over a damn oil leak. Don't trust this place!!!!

My car overheated just a few miles away from Carroll’s garage. I was able to limp my car to Carroll’s garage. After contacting my local bmw repair garage (90 miles away) I needed someone to hook up my car to see what the problem was. Carroll’s garage hooked up their computer to my car and within minutes I knew that my water pump was not working correctly. My insurance company was so slow in getting a tow truck that Carroll’s garage made a phone call and five minutes later I was getting towed to the bmw dealership to repair my car. (Carroll’s didn’t have my bmw pump readily available.) They were kind, knowledgeable, efficient and not only gave me and my niece some cold water but would not accept payment for anything. My niece (visiting from England) and I got my car fixed in Chattanooga and were able to drive down to Florida that day to start our vacation because of Carroll’s garage! As a female driving alone it was awesome to be able to get my car addressed easily.
Carroll's Garage was a life saver. My truck had an issue while traveling from Pigeon Forge back to PCB. Carroll immediately took a look and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. We would've been on the road in a matter of minutes but we did have to wait on parts to be delivered. Carroll was extremely nice and professional. I would use him all the time if he was only closer to where we live. 1000% recommend using this garage.
