If you want fast and amazing service, Edwards Towing is the way to go. We called, and it took him no time to get to us. He also told us about the best tire place in town that hooked us up with a deal. He is friendly and an outstanding guy, going the extra mile that most towing companies don't. He will be my first call when I'm in his area, and I believe you should also give him a call. Once again, great service—10 stars if I could!
Arrived to Dalton, Ga faster than in-town towers by over an hour, on a Friday no less. Zach Edwards is a master with his equipment and was able to put the car exactly where I needed it.
Zach was fantastic - delivered on time, and hauled a large delivery in reverse to back down my driveway -- total pro, professional and would absolutely call him again for a job - large or small.

My broke down in Jasper, GA. Called my insurance Road assistance. I waited 3 hours in the cold before they sent a text stating someone. Mr. Zach Edwards call told me was on the way. When I told him how long been waiting (no fault of his) he kept apologizing to me. He was very professional and concern about me being out in the cold. Tonight we used Edwards Towing through our insurance, and the experience was excellent. We were given an estimated arrival time, but Zach showed up a full hour early — we only waited about 15 minutes! He was quick, courteous, and professional, and just an all-around great guy with great people skills. He even drove us all the way back to Chattanooga, and we couldn’t have been happier to be “rescued.” Five stars all the way — thank you, Zach!

I want to personally thank Edwards Towing for going above and beyond to help one of my church members in a time of need. She was stranded in Chattanooga with a flat tire on her Mercedes, and not only did he respond quickly, but he also drove her over 100 miles to Atlanta to get to a Mercedes dealership for proper service.
Despite the distance and inconvenience, he put customer service first and treated her with kindness and professionalism the entire way. I had an unfortunate experience a month and a half ago when my brand new pick-up had a catastrophic transmission failure while driving down the road. My roadside assistance program sent Zach of Edwards Towing to my rescue. He was so prompt, professional and easy to deal with in that situation that when I needed to haul some sea containers I purchased at a local auction, I called Zach again to see if that would be something he was interested in quoting. Again, he responded promptly, gave me a fair price and was willing to work within my schedule. While several of the other quotes were competitive, Zach had earned my trust and was the best choice for me. He made the entire process easy and seamless. I hope I never have to use him again for a breakdown... but he will be my first choice to fulfill any hauling needs in the future!

Great service and fast arrival time. I was in a hard spot, so I thought, but he got my truck on the back. Suggested an auto shop and they ended having a 24hour turn around on my truck being fixed.
