The 5 star is definitely deserved. Had a blow out and tried to use the progressive road side service. They are terrible. So I canceled and found Big Bears and he answered quick, I stood my location quick, told me the price, and was there in the 20 mins that he gave an estimate for. Load my car up and got it Walmart in time for me to get it replaced before they closed. Rental places were closed and all tire shops too. Big Bears is a situation solver.

was broke down a mile from my house and they charged me 120 dollars for the tow, so i hung up on them before they could even finish and called up another company who only charged me 55 dollars, dont trust these con artists

I’ve never dealt with that before so I was emotional and clueless as to how to solve it or even begin the process.
