The worker I think his name is Kenny is just a great guy and is always smiling and never forgets who you are. He is the only reason we keep going there really.
Well online it says they close at 4:45 Big fat lie went today with a car and they were locking the gates at 4:15 and the guy said the actually close at 4pm so make sure your there early
Always very helpful and patient with me when I go. The crane guy and the man at the computer in the building and the other tall one that is always looking out for me making sure my visit isn't a hassle. Ill get their names next time but they are all 3 very consistent and make the trip a better one!
This place bought the other place in town so now it's your only option. Ours posted are wrong they close it 4:15 and frequently close ahead of that. Sucks driving across town to come out here and having to turn back around
Great staff and quick service. I was in and out of there with my check in hand in under 15 minutes. If you go to many scrapyards you’ll know how good that is.
Whoever changed the hours is stupid . It’s should be one till 5 every day some people don’t even get off work till 4 how we supposed to make it there before 4:15 🙄
I didn’t catch the guy’s name but it’s a tall guy that works the gate. It is advertised that they close at 4:45 PM. The guy that works the gate closed the gate in my face at 4:23 PM and told me they closed …. He always has an attitude every time I go up there. I will definitely be getting his name next time I go and will leave another review. It’s not good to advertise that y’all close at 4:45 PM, but an employee closes the gate As I’m pulling up at 4:23 PM!
Tyler is the reason I choose this place for my recyclables. He’s always coherent, able-bodied, quick, knowledgeable, courteous, and collaborative! The people that work there are friendly. However I took an old car trailer in that had 216 lb worth of wood decking on the floor I know this for a fact they deducted 1,100 lb for wood. The trip before that I took a bunch of old car parts in two totes and maybe 4 lb of piece they deducted a hundred pounds for that. I will never be back there again
Brought 500 lbs of old tool boxes ,bike, tin roof and four rims that weighed over 30lbs a rim . They paid me 21 dollars. Spent more than that in gas getting there. Not worth it!
Liars. Was quoted $0.61/lb for cans then they would only give $0.40-lb claiming cans were dirty, which they weren’t. A $35-40 difference in our check. This is the 2nd time they’ve done this to us and also to our friend. Won’t be back. Be sure and don’t unload until you confirm what they’re going to pay you. We’re Just going to throw them in the garbage.
Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The receptionist was incredibly rude and just plain hateful. Go anywhere else before you go here.

Nice friendly people. Stop at stop sign and wait for scale to clear. Proceed at 3 mph or less thru radiation detector scale. Listen to speaker so they can get info. Loud vehicles may need to turn off your engine. They will tell you how to proceed from there. Truckers, it's a tight area but doable.
Don't let them put your stuff on a pallet. They claim to have the world's heaviest pallet at 52 pounds. I weighed everything to the tenth of a pound before I left home and when they tared out their pallet it lost 44 pounds costing me $10.
