all the reviews said they tear your stuff up & terrible company. They towed my trailer I did an inspection on the trailer before I took off and saw a huge hole in the top of my trailer. Before I parked I opened the doors to doublecheck the strap and load bar. Absolutely no hole in the trailer when I parked. He is denying putting this hole in my trailer. I have filed a police report and will contact the city. They need to revoke their towing license.. when I asked about the hole in my top of my tailer he processed to tell me to climb up there and see what put a hole in my trailer. Them not being on better business bureau says alot. Have video of post trip. And did pre trip inspection before leaving your lot. Hole arrives after you touched it.

"Do not, and I mean DO NOT, let these people take your car. Back in July, my mother's van was parked at a Walmart. Legally, they're supposed to put a sticker on the car to warn you to move it before they tow it. They didn't do this. My mother's van was filled with all of our belongings—everything we owned—because our apartment flooded, and we were looking for a new place. Anyway, they towed the car, and we told them we wanted to get our things out. They would never answer the phone, even during business hours. They don’t open during the weekend) These people stole all our stuff out of the van and even went so far as to lie to us, saying they still had the van. I called them a day in December and told the guy our situation and to please before they decide anything to let us come get our stuff he said that he would make sure we can get our stuff and that it will be okay But one day when I asked the guy that answers the phone where the van was and if it was still there, he said yes. In reality, they had already sold it to a pull-apart company. I only found this out because after he blocked my number I called from a different number and had to agrue to get the information out of him and whole time they day I called and said we will soon come get it 2 days before that they already sold the van I am 19 years old, and I just graduated. I had a rough high school experience, but I graduated, and my diploma was in there, along with a lot of very valuable things. I pleaded and begged them not to do anything with our stuff and said that they could keep the van if push came to shove. I just wanted our things from inside. I would call for months, and I know they learned my number because eventually, they blocked it, knowing they had already taken our things. I’m in the process of taking legal action because of this. No one deserves that. It was very rude and cruel, and they are STEALING. You guys are evil, and God doesn’t like ugly. It is now 2026, and I can’t ever get my diploma or all my things back—something I worked hard for. It hurts a lot having to deal with this issue and not being able to do anything about my things because they are gone. Please, whatever you do, do NOT let them take your car or anything inside. This haunts me every day, and it’s sad how cruel people can be." You guys better not try and remove my review because I will post this on social media and go as far of letting the whole Atlanta know about what you guys did!!!

I took the car from them. It turned out to agree on a discount. I had two flat tires, and my jack was broken. They gave me their jack in use. Thanks to these guys.

Do not buy vehicles/trailers from them. Been waiting 4 months for a clean title from them and once I month I ask for an update. They will just ignore you. I am having to file for a bonded title now and take them to small claims court for the cost.
