This is an update to a review I left years ago. We’ve bought 9 trucks from 7E. After the first one, other than a few cheap auction trucks all of our trucks come from 7E sales. If you’re in the market for a solid used truck there’s not a better dealership in the Atlanta area IMO. I’ve been in transport all my life. This place is legit. Jordan in sales, Chad in service, Daniel in shop are some of the best folks I’ve had the pleasure to meet. Started bringing trucks here for repairs a few months ago. They've since repaired 6 or more of our trucks. Chad is great and easy to work with, the repair times are much faster than other places and the pricing is always more than fair. If you need anything from sales to service, this is the place to go!

I personally will would never buy another truck off of them. I bought a 2017 389 Peterbilt glider with only 468,000 miles on it and drove it less than a hundred miles and it blew up. I called them and they told me to bring it back and they would analyze it but wouldn’t warranty it. I emailed them the quote I got from a local cat mechanic figuring maybe they would help out a little but I’ve heard nothing back from them. It really makes me mad when the salesman tells you that the truck will be turn key and making you money immediately. The place is a total joke in my opinion. You think by paying 135,000 dollars for a truck they would show a little sympathy.

I just bought a 2020 Freightliner Coranado from 7E Sales about 2weeks ago. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jordan Hammond on the purchase! He helped me a lot through out the process and couldn’t have been nicer! Any and all information I asked for he was able to provide very quickly. Any questions I had he was able to provide. If I called and he was busy he got back to me asap! And any changes or issues on the truck, he was able to have the mechanics fix for me before the purchase. The purchase of my truck wasn’t finalized until Friday and they are closed on the weekend, but he offered to take the time to meet me on Saturday morning at 7E and open up so I could pick the truck up. He even spent over a hour with me there at 7E to pretrip the truck for any issues and make any changes. Just an all around good experience and very good equipment there at 7E. I would recommend anyone to go there if you’re looking for a good truck to buy! If you do, ask for Jordan Hammond, he’s a good dude!!

I recently had my truck in at 7e for an annual inspection, pm, and other repairs and a full detail. Needles to say my truck drives, runs, and looks as good if not better then is did when it was new. My hat goes off to Chad, Micheal, and Steve for making my experience great. Feels good to have a repair shop I can trust.

Had a green Apu installed on my truck and everything was done in a solid professional manner. Enjoyed the time I spent there while they did the work and was treated like family by everyone during that time. Chad the service manager followed thru on everything he said he would do even giving me a couple of rides to get back and forth to my hotel during the install and calling me after I had left with answers I had after I had already gotten back on the road. I would not hesitate to come back here for work in the future and it was nice to find a place that I feel I can highly recommend

Great customer service. I dealt with Chad. He was in communication the whole entire time. I had a estimate prior to the job. The job took almost a week but nowadays that is expected if not longer. I highly recommend the shop. I was very happy with everything considering we are from Florida. They took us in right away. Great job!!!!

They must have paid some people for their 5 star reviews or they treat some people differently. The immediate look Chad gave me that morning will stay with me for ever This is the second time I was dis respected in his shop , the first one is when I was picking up my truck from their shop , The truck had an alternator and turbo actuator problem , he purposefully inflated the quote just to kick me out of that compound for a reason he only knows But who cares ? there are thousands of shops with professional and courteous mechanics all over ,,

Top tier shop guys! Chad is always great about giving us updates along the way and goes out of his way to be helpful! We give Chad a list of what we need and he gets it done. Bought a 2018 Pete 579 the first week of July, 2020. Very satisfied with the truck and the service I received. Salesman was Walt, great guy, made me feel very at ease during the purchase. Bought this truck, with the extra warranty, to take me out to my retirement. If I should ever need another truck though, I would definitely give Walt a call. Perfect to pull my conestoga.

Jordan was my main sales man to help me through this deal this guy was absolutely amazing we showed up on site from Wyoming there were some issues with the apu that they spent 4 days working to resolve and fix so that we can roll away in a 2014 Freightliner Cascadia the amount of time and resources they spent trying to fix the truck, they could have easily told us take a walk and yet they spent their time making sure that this truck was a hundred percent ready to go for us to get it on the road we go back with a used truck again will definitely return. Even Jodi the receptionist helped memout trimoundiously running me around during mynstay. They have helped my startup veteran owned and operated company HCCI Transport more than they can know.
