I do not recommend this location. I asked for help because I left my cellphone on a job site 5 minutes from this store. I am a commercial account holder and all I needed was replacement lights for my truck. I asked them to call my home store to verify my pin. The lady on the commercial desk left me to my own devices with no way to look up my home store and told me she had a pile of work to do instead of helping me complete the sale for my work truck. Talk about customer no service. And they would not even let me use the bathroom. Wow
I was suspicious of the truth of the reviews but my expectations were exceeded! Chris ensured I had the correct length for the windshield wipers and came out to install them. He then tested my battery as the other worker was busy at the time. I’ll be back at this location when I need car assistance again.
I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to the store manager! I came in a little unsure about where to add oil in my engine, and instead of just handing me a bottle and sending me on my way, the manager actually took the time to explain the anatomy of my engine. They showed me exactly where everything goes and made sure I didn’t accidentally pour oil into the wrong place, which would’ve been a mess!
It was clear they genuinely cared and weren’t just trying to make a sale. I left feeling more confident about my car and really grateful for the help. Thanks yall!

Went into this location with a headlight that needed to replaced. I purchased new headlight bulbs to replace my old ones. This is the first AutoZone that I’ve ever been to that wasn’t willing to put the bulbs in since I was doing business with them by purchasing my new bulbs from them. The employee who was a male that wasn’t wearing a name tag. Told me I could go to another AutoZone or across the street to the auto repair shop to get them put in. I won’t be doing business with this location ever again!!! I will spend with a location that takes pride in helping customers!
I stopped for gas nearby and a dead battery left me stranded. I walked down the street to this store and Aubrey recommended the proper new battery for my situation and even drove me back to my car for installation of the new battery, and took the old one off my hands.
What could have been a huge headache and a lost afternoon was reduced to a short walk and easy solution.
Upon arrival to the store, Chris was positioned at the register and greeted me upon entry. I expressed my interest in getting my windshield wipers replaced. I was directed to the appropriate section of AutoZone, and provided with multiple options to satisfy my price point. After purchasing them, Chris put them on my Jeep and checked my windshield wiper fluid! Super Shout-Out to this Man for being Professional and Supportive! I hope the best for him!
Moreover, another associate, Jillian, provided excellent customer service over the phone by answering my questions regarding inventory and ensuring what I needed was available in-store.
I just stopped in for a battery change after being told at the Piedmont location they couldn’t do it due to corrosion. They helped me right away and said it wasn’t an issue at all. Was in and out in 15 mins. 10/10! Thank you!!

Rude service would not help with a return. Yet online the auto one policy states that you can return without a receipt if you paid with a CC. Go somewhere else there are many other auto part stores around
The employees are always so nice and helpful. I recently came in with a check engine light, and it turned out the connection on my battery was too loose. We came to this conclusion because the employees cared enough to ask questions to get to the bottom of it. They even pulled out a wrench and tightened it for me right there! This will be my go-to AutoZone.

Christopher F. took great care of me! He assisted with testing my aux battery, when it didn't work he helped me find the replacement and went the extra mile by removing the battery stems and adding them to the new battery. Thanks Chris!
I stopped in at AutoZone on Moreland for brake fluid and wasn't sure what brand was needed, and Christoper F. was very pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions and even added the fluid in my car without me asking. He just asked if I had the car outside and took it from there. I was very grateful and want to thank Christopher F. for great customer service.
Came in on a Friday morning & Christopher F showed all the way out . Changed my battery and also showed me how to change it . He also assisted me with coolant great customer service
On my commute to work my Car battery failed. I went to AutoZone and had the privilege of meeting Mr. Chris
He was beyond attentive, respectful, and incredibly helpful. It is evident that he does not merely see me as another customer, he helped me as if I was his own family member. He took initiative and went above and beyond my expectations. Out in the cold he replaced my battery and took steps to clean existing corrosion off of the connections. He also applied proper lubrication. Something I've not seen others do in the same circumstance. More than just merely completing the installation his demeanor and attitude showed nothing but excellence. Professional and timely.
If I could suggest that AutoZone please reward him for his fine work, this is my formal request.
Had a real problem with my friend’s battery. Just didn’t know what I could do to help as I live out of town. I called and spoke with Chris about what my options were. He was very knowledgeable and tol me how to take care of my friends battery. Above and beyond what would be expected in customer service! Autozone you have hired for excellence! Great job!
Just wanted to shout out Christopher F. for assisting me and making me laugh when I went to get a diagnostic test done for my truck! He was very knowledgeable about my actual issue even though the test didn’t reveal the true problem I had. He kept me at ease with his humor which made the whole process a lot easier. I will return to this location in the future for any more automotive needs I have and look forward to seeing him again with his hilarious self!!

Chris is a pro! He knows everything and more about car batteries than I’ve ever heard, and helped me pick out the best one for my needs just minutes before closing on a Saturday night. He’s excellent at his job— we need more people like him everywhere A+
When I said Chris Floyd went well beyond to help me out of a bind, I am not over exaggerating! My battery in my car died on me on a Sunday evening when every car repair shop was closed. I happen to call that store location because it occurred over in the same area. Professional, courteous and helped me out of a real bind! I told him what occurred and he gave me his thoughts (in saying it sounded like the battery died). Due to the time of the day it was and me not wanting to leave my car and having no where to have it towed, he offered to bring over the battery I ordered from the store he is at once the store closed. Not only did he bring it, but he removed old one and replaced the new one for me. The negative side of the battery was corroded and is a while to detach terminal from old battery (he did most of the work). To run across an employee there who understood my predicament with it being Sunday evening and going out of his way—- well speaks volumes of his character and what a valuable employee he must be for AutoZone!
Unfortunately, I had to go to 3 different AutoZone’s in less than 24 hours. Fortunately, I ended up at this location. I won’t go into detail about the other stores, for although they were not able to solve my battery issue, they did try. This location, specifically Arshon and Jesus, handled the issue in a short amount of time. Their professionalism and knowledge took a frustrating time-consuming situation and gave me back the day. As important as cost is, it’s time that can be more so. This is also one of the nicer stores, inside and out. It may not be the closest to me but it is now my primary AutoZone location.
Came in to purchase power steering fluid for a leak. Employee was thorough, patient, and helpful when I needed assistance choosing which fluid would be good for my vehicle. Best service I ever had at an auto parts store.
I went to O’Reilly to get a battery and asked for help to put it in he told me it’s too cold for him to put it in I said okay just give me the battery and show me how to do it he proceeded to say no and that they didn’t even have my battery. So I left and came to autozone the nice lady name Chavahh (I’m sorry if I spelled it wrong) helped me she changed my battery and added oil to my car while it was 19 degrees!!!! A LADY !!! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH !!!! Women will always rock
