Ashaunti was excellent. I needed a battery and she came to me she did everything she could to help me get my battery started she even drove me to the AutoZone where she works at and assisted me with getting a new battery she went above and beyond to help me as a customer if you ever come to the AutoZone or memorial drive ask for her she's an excellent excellent person and I appreciate it

I had a truly excellent experience at AutoZone thanks to Bryan Davis.
I came in with a check engine light and a lot of stress, and Bryan handled everything with calm professionalism. He ran the diagnostic, explained the EVAP issue clearly in plain language, and helped me understand what questions to take back to my mechanic — without rushing me or talking down to me.
On top of that, he installed my new windshield wipers and filled my windshield washer fluid, which felt like genuine care, not just customer service. Small things, done kindly, matter a lot when you’re already dealing with vehicle issues.
Bryan was patient, knowledgeable, and generous with his time. This is the kind of help that builds real trust. I’m very grateful.

Mauricas Watkins gave excellent service he first tested my battery and went the extra mile for helping me to remove a box from my trunk where my battery was located. He replaced the bad battery and tested my alternator and starter afterwards to make sure I was in the clear, thank you so much, Mauricas!

The team at this Autozone go above and beyond to help with whatever is needed (Ava in particular is knowledgeable, friendly, and always puts the customer first). These stores can be inconsistent, but this one in particular does a great job

Brooke, Eve, and Pie were sooo helpful with getting me the parts I needed and explained the codes I was seeing on my OBD sensor. They were also funny and had me laughing even when dealing with expensive car repairs. Thank you ladies!
Came in because my oil light was on for my bmw x1, I was helped by Eve. Told her my oil light was coming on and wasn’t sure how to check it. She went out her way to pull up a YouTube video and showed me how to check it through my dashboard. Super helpful! Will be coming back

Kareem went above and beyond to help me with my Honda fit that wouldn’t start. It was so hot outside, and even still he was so kind and patient and really took the time to help fix my car.
I came in with a dead battery and I spoke with Ausheunta (I guarantee that is spelled wrong...hahaha) but she was awesome!! She helped me with my car and battery and noticed that the battery might still be under warranty so I went to where I bought it and it was and I got a new battery at no cost. She did what is lost in this world and that is the art of customer service and helped me in more ways than that (I turned my car of accidently and she jumped it again. Now I will go there for all my car needs just because of her attitude and customer service. She was really cool and I think she is that way always. Thanks so much.
My car was having trouble starting this morning so I kept it running and headed straight to AutoZone (store #910). I was greeted by Bryan Davis, one of the managers, that quickly helped me troubleshoot that my battery was the issue. He worked hard to get the old and corroded battery out, replaced it and educated me about the process all in less than 30 minutes all while being so friendly and helpful. I will return to this store time and time again because of Bryan!
The staff here are always so helpful. Friendly and even joking around with me as they help me find the items I need. I've been here a few times and they have always helped me find the item in the aisles because it's confusing for me. The store is always clean and well organized. It is right next to Lidl off of memorial Drive so the location is very convenient.
