Came in because my oil light was on for my bmw x1, I was helped by Eve. Told her my oil light was coming on and wasn’t sure how to check it. She went out her way to pull up a YouTube video and showed me how to check it through my dashboard. Super helpful! Will be coming back

Eve & Brooke Provided exceptional customer service. They assisted me with finding a new car battery and checking if my current battery was bad. Kareem went above and beyond to help me with my Honda fit that wouldn’t start. It was so hot outside, and even still he was so kind and patient and really took the time to help fix my car.
I came in with a dead battery and I spoke with Ausheunta (I guarantee that is spelled wrong...hahaha) but she was awesome!! She helped me with my car and battery and noticed that the battery might still be under warranty so I went to where I bought it and it was and I got a new battery at no cost. She did what is lost in this world and that is the art of customer service and helped me in more ways than that (I turned my car of accidently and she jumped it again. Now I will go there for all my car needs just because of her attitude and customer service. She was really cool and I think she is that way always. Thanks so much.
My car was having trouble starting this morning so I kept it running and headed straight to AutoZone (store #910). I was greeted by Bryan Davis, one of the managers, that quickly helped me troubleshoot that my battery was the issue. He worked hard to get the old and corroded battery out, replaced it and educated me about the process all in less than 30 minutes all while being so friendly and helpful. I will return to this store time and time again because of Bryan!
I arrived around 8 pm on a Thursday to purchase a battery. The two women working late were a great help in finding the right one and made sure to find someone to install it for me. Thanks!
This store is way overpriced a single fuse cost $5.99 and the sell it a NAPA for $3.29 when I asked if they price match another worker helping another customer rudely yells NO when I wS asking the guy if they price match so I will bring my business to Napa
The staff here are always so helpful. Friendly and even joking around with me as they help me find the items I need. I've been here a few times and they have always helped me find the item in the aisles because it's confusing for me. The store is always clean and well organized. It is right next to Lidl off of memorial Drive so the location is very convenient.
Stopped by this morning for a brake light replacement. I was met with wonderful customer service upon entering until I left. Kareem helped me find the right bulb and install it right in the lot. He was knowledgeable and helpful, selling me only what I needed and making sure everything worked great before leaving. Thank you!

I stopped by today because I needed my battery charged. Upon entering the energy was already stale because he didn’t greet me, I then told him what I needed and he answered nonchalantly almost rude like and said I need to bring the battery in. I asked for assistance because I’m not even sure where to begin when it comes to lifting to hood, he said no & I understand policy. But if you even wanted to help me you could have at least showed me how to remove the battery from my car. So I just walked out got in my car and went to advance auto parts right up the street who were definitely way more polite and attentive
I had the best experience at this location. Dermeshia King was phenomenal. I was a little timid about getting a battery, but she set my mind at ease and assisted me. She was very professional and personable. She changed out my battery and made sure everything was working properly before I left. This was such a wonderful experience. Came with a nearly dead car battery after my car had an hard time starting up and it had been pouring down rain outside. Bryan was very sympathetic and was accommodating changing my battery even when it was drizzling outside. Very kind and professional. Come here for your 911 battery situations!
