I stopped in to get air in my tires after the warning light came on. When I asked the technician to confirm the correct PSI for my vehicle, he insisted on putting only 40 PSI without checking. I mentioned that the manufacturer specifies 44 PSI in the front and 45 in the rear, but he continued to argue. He also complained that it was sprinkling rain, which seemed to affect his willingness to do the job properly. Due to the lack of professionalism and refusal to follow proper specifications, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
I recently came here up here and was provided with excellent service. I had all 4 different tires on my car and they went to the tire warehouse to get the correct fitting tires. Josh was the one to do the service and was very professional as well as attentive!
DONT GO HERE AT All . They rude as hell . I only went here because it was convenient this morning on my ride to work & it was a emergency . I called to see if they had my tire . They guy stated yes , I drove 6 miles to this location & to get here they man stated his card machine down . When i asked him why he didnt say that over the phone , he said because I didnt ask . As a business owner and accepting card as a form of payment and your machine down should be something you disclose over the phone . You shouldn’t put people in inconveniences situation
As a woman often times it may not feel comfortable going to an off brand tire shop in the city of Atlanta. I want to give this shop 5 stars because the app didn’t allow 10 stars in the rating. I am very confident because I came late nite and during the day, every time it’s been done well, no hassle or being hustled here. This is a true customer experience rating. “Road Warrior”

if I could give zero stars, I would. I caught a flat on the highway. Google said this place is 24 hours, awesome. I arrive at 5:45a, this dude is literally snoring and I couldn’t wake him. I call the number in Google after about 5 minutes, he wakes up and answers half way sleep. I asked for a patch. He said “No patches”. I then asked for a plug. He said “No plugs either, we don’t have nothing.” Worthless.
Not trying to help at all. Called 10 times and he’s picks up saying $250 and I’m literally 0.1 miles away. He hangs up on me and not even try to service me.
Visited this location on Thursday right after the snow storm…. Pulled up nobody in sight blew the horn….. no movement. Went to the blue door a guy sitting inside, asked
him if i could get some air with my debt card. He advised he would need to ask somebody else. At that time called out for this other person no answer. I go back to my car and sit for about 10 more minutes another guy appears and he didn’t seem to care. I told him what i was there for and he said ok went inside the door and never returned. This is a prime example as to why we as a people will never advance. Just imagine this location had a 30 day protest to interrupt the pockets of the entire staff.
Don't go here if you're a female this man is going to ignore you if you need air in your tires late at night he only help people get replacement tire and guys who give him money for something on the side it's always like this with him don't spend your money here darkskin older man
The man that owns the shop is very rude and unprofessional. He tried to charge me $10 to use my tap pay after putting air in my tire but I wasn’t going for that and drove off.
My experience was great! Mr. William got me in and out and has reasonable prices. Great professional services. I would definitely recommend his tire services.
Amazing service for a good rate. Only complaint would be the time it took for them to get to us. Once they made it to our car they had the tire fixed and completed within 30 minutes. Nice guy too
Called for my size and they had it, came in and he showed me how I needed a new valve stem too )I love seeing proof) it was fast and easy. The used tire was in great condition as well thank you again
Highly recommend!! Traveling home to St. Louis from spring break in Florida we experienced a rapidly leaking tire outside of Atlanta. Luckily we found this shop and they had it fixed in 20 minutes for a great price!

I’m literally so upset, I came to this shop , for two tires for my front tires. Spoke with a man and said please make sure they are matching tires . He says okay, told me to stay in the car . Paid him in cash . Because he claimed the card machine was broken .
Only for me to have been given two different tires . Why take advantage of a woman. I am so upset because . I should have drove off when I first arrived, with the attitude I was getting from the individual there . but still made the best of it because I needed my tires changed .
Went yesterday for a pair for my back tires, didn’t know about the different tires at my front because I never checked, until yesterday . Because shortly after I had to purchase my tires . I was in a car accident .
I showed up yesterday the man told me he didn’t have my tire to come back today or the day after . But me not realizing it’s because they tricked me the last time . I still had my receipt as well . Showing him .
Long story cut short I ended up at a different tire place . To change the back tires . That’s when I found out I have mix match tires at the front .
will never forget what y’all did , taking advantage of a woman. The man that served me told me I was getting matching pairs but because I sat in my vehicle . He decided to trick me.
If I didn’t pay with cash I would surely have disputed it.

If I could rate a 0 star then I would with bells and whistles on. I waited for 2+ hours for my tire to get replaced. Granted it was cold and 2 people in front of me. When it came time for me to pay I received the rudest service from the owner!!!! All I am going to say is communication is key and you never know who the next person knows. Without us customers you WOULD NOT be in business! You need US to pay YOUR bills!! I will NOT be coming back here and will let everyone I know to not come either!

I had this nail tire in my car today went here and asked to have it patched the short dude with orange beard put a plug in my tire now mine you I asked before I drove off will it be ok his exact words were you good to ride as you want. I went home and parked I went back out to run and errand and the plug came out of the tire so I had to spend additional money to get a patch at another location went back to tell dude and he got smart and wouldn’t give me a refund terrible customer service I go there every month to check my tire pressure…NEVER AGAIN IN LIFE WILL I GO THERE AND I DONT RECOMMEND NOONE ELSE TO GO THER EITHER.. Now I see why people don’t shop or spend money in their own neighborhoods
This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I called in and informed employee the type of tire I needed he confirmed he had it in stock. I arrived and had tire installed. I verified if it was in fact the tire I needed and it was NOT. This boy insisted 99v is the same as 99w and there was no difference nonetheless I paid $200 for a supreme x brand when all my other tires are firehawks. If you’re seeking to over pay for a low quality brand and bad customer service by all means make your way over to this establishment. Never again will I spend a dime here!
I had literally called around to every 24hr tire shop in the city and either they were too expensive or nobody was available till the next day ! I called them and then explored my options a bit more before reaching back out .. they literally gave me a realistic expectation time of when they would get to me and even came earlier than their eta they first gave me. Unfortunately a mishap did happen but one of the guys stayed in the area while the other went back and that made me feel safe because people be crazy. Joseph did an amazing job and if I’m ever having tire troubles again I know who to call !
Amazing Customer Service, timely, fast, reliable, and affordable. After needing two tires after hours and not knowing how I was going to resolve the issue before the next work day, this company delivered and kept me posted, informing me regarding time and repair. I will definitely use them again, recommend, and refer to others. I am so thankful for their service in my time of need and the affordability plus quality of customer service.
It was not a great experience because I had to wait about 15-20 minutes just to get air in my tire and then the guy had an attitude or no apparent reason with me. As a customer. I decided not to tip for air and I left. I've been there before and it wasn't as bad as this time, but this time just put a bittersweet taste in my mouth about this tire shop.
Let me just say, if I could give 10 stars, I would. I needed emergency tire replacement ASAP, as I had to be at a destination by a certain time and had a small window for delays in order to get where I needed to timely. Mind you, it was a Saturday, so I already knew my chances would probably be slim of getting a tire replacement. I had called around to other mobile tire repair and replacement services and was told a replacement would not be available until the following Monday. Unfortunately, waiting until Monday was not an option for me. I had given up hope after calling several companies but something told me to keep searching. I finally came across Tire and Ride Mobile, and I am so glad I did!!! They came out at the ETA that was provided and completed the job in about 20 minutes. Customer service was top notch! I would highly recommend, and I'll definitely call them if they are needed in the future
They came out as soon as possible. They were very nice and helped me out alot. Very low prices too. Even checked my tire to make sure it was good before putting it back on there. I highly recommend them.
This has been the best tire service I’ve gotten. Honestly, great price and experience with this company. Why you would choose any other service, I’m not quite sure. I’m typing this review as he finishes up replacing my tire.
