Super fast and reliable, they Came and got my rim with the flat tire from the highway took it to the shop and came back in less than 30 minutes put the tire back on and I was on my way way better than having it towed and still needed to get your tire fixed thank you so much
I neverrrr leave reviews but Travis deserves one. We were given the run around by a different company and ended up waiting 2 hours with no response towards the end. We called Hermes and Travis replaced our trailer tire within an hour and was so kind. Thank you!!
Travis came to my rescue. I was sitting on the side of the road with a blown out tire. He pulled up and really worked with me on the pricing. He had professional tools right in the trunk of his car. I didn’t realize how legit he was until he changed the tire in 10 seconds like a damn race care driver mechanic!!!!! He was kind, polite, and trustworthy!
I got a flat on HWY285 after leaving work at 1am in the morning. I called Hermes Roadside, and Travis came to my aide very quickly. He was able to give me a tow, but offered to change the tire all togetherwith a tire from his warehouse. , Travis got me on my way. Wow very impressed with his prompt service. THANKS Again
Awesome service! Me, my wife, and dog were on the way to the airport when our tire blew at 1pm in the morning in downtown ATL. First response was to call a tow truck as our van didn't have a spare and slime didn't fix the issue. After getting a quote from the towing company, the hassle of getting towed home, and getting an Uber pet, we looked for other options. We found Hermès roadside and gave them a shot. Travis was friendly and efficient. For a third of the price of the tow, we got a new tire and were on our way. Keep doing what you do!

Hermes roadside is the BEST… I was stuck on the side of the road and my tire popped and Travis pulled over just to help me. Great customer service and got me off the road and home safely in no time !

**Scammers** I placed an order for two tires, When he arrived he did not have his equipment said he had to go back to his warehouse in order to balance the wheel etc. I said okay I just wanted the job completed. About a hour and half goes by I didn’t hear anything I said let me give him a call…. I walk outside just to find out he only took one tire so I called back and said why did you only take one tire. remind you this is 2hrs later and the guy is not hear. All of sudden this is a mix communication and that I only requested one tire.
Professionalism would have been confirming the charges + the service before even touching the car that stop & prevents any miscommunication.
Fast forward I kept expressing why would I agree to pay $250 for 1 used tire when the average tow service is $100 & it’s about $50-$60 for used tire at the TireShop… I hate to write a review but we gotta call spade a spade….
If it was my business I would have gotten the job done for the client & Took my L kept it moving. Kept saying I have the recording… You should have confirmed your service
Super great experience! Roadside assistance through my insurance wasn’t working and I was alone at night on the side of the interstate so I called these guys. The guy that came out to help me was so nice and he even helped me get my busted tire into the back seat. I didn’t catch his name but I am super thankful for him .
Had a really negative experience with Travis - battery was dead and needed a jump/to be replaced. Called Travis as he was nearby - he initially arrived promptly and attempted to replace the battery. He then told me the fuses had blown because of the new battery and he would go to the dealership, 10 miles away, to obtain new fuses and be back after to replace them. Three hours later, he had still not returned and was not responding to several calls or texts to provide an ETA. After several hours, he finally responded that he would be there in an hour, and when he returned, my car still did not start. Becuase he couldn’t figure it out, he said I’d need to pay to have it towed and fixed by the dealership. I asked him to have my old battery back to see if it anything different would happen if I reinstalled that, and he refused to give it back and demanded a full payment.
On paying additional out of pocket fees for towing and diagnosis at dealership, they actually just told me that Travis had given me a bad battery and all that was needed was a battery exchange.
The whole process cost me almost $1000 and roughly a full day for a simple battery exchange. I trust that Travis had good intentions and initially showed up promptly, but could have worked far quicker and been more knowledgeable about troubleshooting to avoid this huge headache and cost for me
I was assigned this company through my insurance. The original eta was 45 minutes. After the time passed, I gave them a call and was told it would be an additional 30 minutes. That 30 minutes passed and I called back only to find out that the driver broke down and was never on the way to me. They could have communicated or simply cancelled. Their lack of honesty was inconsiderate and put my safety in jeopardy, as I had to wait late at night alone.
This company saved the day! My daughter blew out a tire in Atlanta and they could tell we were worried for her. They figured out a way to get someone out to help her, got the tire replaced and installed. Thanks Travis for helping my daughter.
Highly recommend to locals AND travelers. Had a dead battery in Midtown, 2 hours drive from home. Gave these guys a call and they responded quickly, texting me updates on the technician's ETA the entire time. Within 5 minutes of him arriving, my car was running and I was on my way home. Price was very reasonable for what I needed. Thanks guys!!
Double check pricing and ask what brand of tire they will bring you. They advertise very different prices and either charge highly for service or overcharge for a 115 dollar tire.
Also, there is no need to consistently call my phone after I tried calling back and did not receive an answer. Email communication is not needed either. You only tried to contact me again after I left this bad review. I’m sure any confusion or misinformation on my part can be replied to this review as has been done for other reviews left for the business.

Your website quotes $300 for a 19+ tire inside of Atlanta. I was then told it would be $350 during my initial phone call. After I agreed, I was called again by Travis and then said the price would be $450-475. I then proceeded to ask what type of tire would be used. He could not give a direct answer and said it he thinks it is Lionhart. Lionhart tires do not have the durability, and therefore bring a very low price tag anywhere else on the market.
With all this being said, whoever reads this keep this in mind. My initial posting still remains. The price was different from the website, and as well as the initial call. It does not cost much for wrench hours, or labor to mount and balance a tire. So, either the services are very overpriced, or you overcharge for a $115 tire.
I would also like to ask, what does vehicle size have to do with labor costs unless it is an RV, Trailer, or Dually?
Our tire blew out on I75. I placed the service call at midnight, and the technician was there in 30 minutes. He replaced the ruined tire and we were on our way quickly. Very reasonably priced! Thank you so much for your help!!
I hit a random piece of metal on the highway at 8:15 am and at 9:30 am I have my new tire at a good price with amazing customer service. I hope I never have to get a tire replaced like that again but if I do I’m definitely calling Travis!!
They come out to repair one of my guys work truck, it had a tire blowout rear driver side. This technician was fairly friendly he took care of the issue at hand but then he said he noticed that the rear passenger side tire was going bad would I like to go ahead and fix it so I agreed. Fast forward two months later in this tire blew out on the passenger side rear so I called him up and say hey this tire should not have gone bad in two months. They tell me there’s no warranty we get people off the side of the road and I get that but my issue is this particular tire head no problem and you put a substandard tire to replace it with. After talking with customer service they said it was a new tire indeed so I ask the tire shop that is repairing it if it’s new and they tell me it’s dated 2021 which means it was a two-year-old tire that they sold to me as a new tire . Message them back asking for a refund on the second tire that had no issue but they gave me no response whatsoever and told me it was my problem in basic words. The dispatcher even told me that me new tires blow out all the time it must’ve been something the technician did or picked up a nail so basically he was trying to blame a technician for a really old tire they installed.
Incredible service! Travis came out and changed my tire within 30 minutes when I called for a flat while leaving work! He was so professional and efficient, and you cannot be their prices. I would have paid more going to a shop!
Travis was super helpful yesterday when I hit a curb in ATL at night and blew my tire. He came in less than 30 minutes, and put on the spare. Unfortunately, my spare seemed to be fine but it wasn't, so he had to go back and get a new tire for me. I had a concert to be at, so I couldn't stay in my car (afraid I would be locked out for being late) so he let me go to the concert and said would let me know when he was back. Well, Travis fixed the car while I was in the concert and didn't call until he was done. Just great service all around! Now I have a new tire and was able to get home safely last night! Thanks again Travis! 10/10, would recommend
Used these guys for a battery jump start because AAA wasn’t able to come to me for 2/3 hours.
This guy showed up did a jump start for me within 20 mins.
It was a bit late and I over paid him by mistake . 2 hours later he calls me and said hey I think you over paid me and sent the over payment. This guys honestly and integrity is to another level. Great service and even better she’s got solid integrity! He will go far and karma will be on his side:)
Travis to the rescue! He jumpstarted my car and got me going in minutes! I scheduled an appointment over the phone with ease and was told I could expect someone in the next 20-30 minutes. Travis came promptly after the call and solved the issue. The best part was the clear explanation of the billing, clear communications through text notifications, and the next steps I should take to service my battery! This is an excellent service. I was stranded on a Saturday night with a flat tire and Travis worked to get me back on the road. He was very professional and communicative. I'm so grateful for his help.
After waiting 5 hours for AAA who never showed, we found Go Drive Safely who came and saved the day. We had a flat tire on the side of the interstate and Go Drive Safely came, took the flat tire and left, and came back with a brand new tire and installed it on my truck. It was even the same exact tire as the others on my truck. I wish I could remember the technicians name because he was exceptional. Price was reasonable and service was quick, efficient, and professional. Definitely recommend.
I got stuck on 75/85 during rush hour after I had a tire blowout. My car is a hybrid, which does not come with a spare, so I really needed their help. They were prompt and courteous, communicated well and got me back on the road with a minimum of fuss. Recommended.
I could not recommend Go Drive Safely more! I got a nail in my tire on a Sunday afternoon and wanted to get it repaired but many places were closed. I found Go Drive Safely and am completely satisfied! They were very professional and communicative. A tech got delayed and was not going to make the window initially said to me and I promptly received a call sharing the delay (which ended up being short, maybe 20 minutes). Travis ended up coming in order to fulfill my request. He was quick, professional, and very knowledgeable. I am SO grateful for this service! It made what started out as a frustrating Sunday into a completely seamless, stress-free one. Thank you!! I hope to not need this service anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely use them again!

Travis is the man! He was very professional, very nice, and very informative. He knows his stuff! I requested for a tire change service on 8/10/2021 at 7:10 PM . He came very fast in under 30 minutes. I will be using him for roadside assistance going forward.
I had a great experience with Travis. He had came in less than his ETA. Came with great service! He explained everything to me! I also called Travis after so I can get a receipt for my job and he gave it to me within minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
