My car died in my employers parking deck in downtown Atlanta and I called numerous towing companies that could not Help me. One recommended A Tow and they thankfully A Tow actually did have the proper equipment to handle the parking deck (3rd level 7 foot clearance ) From the first call Ebony was kind, professional and honest with cost and wait times. As expected ot took a decent wait for someone to be available, but quicker than her original estimate. Jerome arrived and quickly / professionally got my car hooked up and took me and my car to the repair shop in the middle of terrible ATL traffic. Jerome was friendly and handled my car with care. The cost was within a few dollars of the original estimate. It was a bit on the high end of cost, but there are very few companies in Atlanta with the equipment to handle low clearance multiple floor parking decks and I was very happy with the customer service I received from both Ebony at dispatch and Jerome driving. I would use them again if needed.
I’ve had to deal with A Tow Atlanta, Inc. twice now (11412 North Fulton Industrial Blvd, Alpharetta, GA 30009), and both times were beyond frustrating. The front office staff are some of the rudest, most unhelpful people I’ve ever encountered in any customer service setting. They act completely entitled — like they’re doing you a favor just by acknowledging you — and seem to go out of their way to make things more difficult.
When I arrived, the person at the desk couldn’t even be bothered to look up from their phone, gave one-word answers, and treated me like an inconvenience. The other employees I interacted with had the same terrible attitude — lazy, dismissive, and completely lacking any sense of professionalism or courtesy.
It’s clear from reading their other Google reviews that this behavior is the norm, not the exception. This business survives only because people are forced to deal with them after accidents or impounds — not because they offer any real service or respect.
If you ever have a choice in where your car goes, do yourself a favor and avoid A Tow Atlanta, Inc. at all costs.
These morons put a gigantic sticker threatening to tow me in a complex I live in with my parking tag incredibly visible. I’d rather push my truck uphill two miles than give these jokers a penny.
If I could do a -1 review I would. I called to ask about a simple sticker, and okay I can understand they do not use stickers but the problem here is the lady attitude when I called. Rude for no reason, if you don't like your job is simple stay at home.
Update:!! I just found out that i can order the police body cam to prove that my car was in good condition prior to towing. You guys are about to fix my car, pay for every uber and the absolute distress of this! These people are horrible!!! They've had my car since March 1, 2025!!! They towed my car and completely wrecked it!!!! Refusing to give me their insurance information or the proper information for a claim through them!!! Now I cant file a claim through them!!! Since I owned the car and only had liability, I have to go through them! I'm a woman that is working very hard to have a nice life and make my family proud of me. They're trying to hinder that! My white volvo sits on their lot, Row E! Front bumper hanging, tire flat on left side!!! It could even have been axel damage!! It's been a challenge to find the correct type of attorney so I'm forced to try to get the footage of the incident and sue them!!!! For my Uber fees too!!! No weapon formed against me shall ever prosper!!!! You guys at Atow are evil!!!
I also want to add, that to give this rotten company business after seeing how many people's property's they've ruined? Is sad within itself. My white volvo still sits there and as soon as I'm able? I'll come get photos of my car for my case. Sad to say, but seeing how evil this company is? I'll surely be police escorted and will post the photos as well. I've a literal inventory from the incident stating my car only had scratch on left side door prior! Please don't give these devils business. Because that's what they are. Plus, any fake work done to my car? Video will prove it to be fake!
Be mindful of where you parked your car
They impounded my car for an expired meter was parked on the side street the driver did not lower the boom low enough and put a hole in my transmission pan my oil pan and my oil filter I got an estimate to replace all and it's going to cost me $1,700 and they would not even told the car to a shop they would not even allow me to get the vehicle because they claim their people need to look at it. If you need a tow don't call these people
They have a lady at the front desk that doesn’t even know how to use the computer, and keeps sending everyone back to the start of the line multiple times instead of telling them all the requirements from the start. She keeps wasting everyone’s time and herself as well, on top of an attitude.
ZERO STARS!!!! I hate I had to select one, this is a vulture company that preys on individuals that don't know atlanta streets then make it difficult to get your vehicle back, literally after showing all proper documents we had to call the police to get the vehicle back...y'all be careful going down out in Atlanta and pray this company doesn't tow the vehicle oh yeah it was $300 dollars, that should be illegal to charge that much!!! THEY SHOULD CHANGE THEIR NAME TO VULTURE TOWING OBVIOUSLY they are HARD UP FOR MONEY! Again ZERO STARS!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
The customer service is way below the belt ! I was sitting on the phone for over an hour & had to constantly hang up and call back just to get someone to answer the phone. Once I could get a hold of someone she was very rude and impolite, had an attitude and was hanging up in my face .
Our HOA has a contract with them for our private parking lot and 9 out of 10 times they refuse to come tow cars illegally parked. They claim they can never find our contract or they claim a unit owner is not listed properly. We send updates to them every time a unit changes hands. People who have lived here 3 and 5 years weren't able to get illegally parked cars towed from their spaces recently.
This place is hell on earth. The people working here are some of the most miserable, hateful, and unprofessional employees I’ve ever met. They don’t just make it hard to get your car back — they seem to take pleasure in dragging it out and humiliating people. The woman at the front desk screamed at me, tried to force me to the back of the line after almost two hours of waiting, and made the entire process unbearable. She feeds off other people’s stress like it’s her entertainment.
Maybe if she put all that energy into keeping up with her appearance instead of tearing people down, her life wouldn’t seem so bitter.
This isn’t just bad customer service — it’s cruelty. An absolute disgrace of a business.
The staff are extremely unprofessional and rude. We went to get our belongings from our vehicle after an accident. I've never encountered a front desk staff like the one there. These are grown women who hates their jobs it seems. The one serving us was rolling her eyes, and just rude. I guess seeing accidents do happen, and the service is needed, they'll stay in business despite their lack of customer service Trai ing.
Rarely you are at a tow yard willingly and you’re never at one because something good happened to you. I was a little nervous going in but all the ladies in the office were sweet and clearly having a good time with each other so it put me at ease. Once my car was clear for release they even helped me load it in my friend’s trailer. Everyone there was kind and helpful so it made this whole process easier.
Also as far as tow yards go I found the rates pretty reasonable.
Honestly if you are here, you are not having a good day. I was there to help my 90 year old father get his car out. Of course when I get on the very steamy car, it won’t start. Like no battery whatsoever. The guy at the gate was SO helpful and tried two different jumpers to get it started and I’m just so grateful we could get the car home! Didn’t catch his name but he did his place of work proud.
I'mma be real... Nobody likes impounds so, a lot of bad reviews probably come from that fact alone. Not this review. This place is depressing to be in. The staff at the desks have a degree in rudeness and provide minimal guidance. AND THE MEN'S BATHROOM IS HORRIBLE. I've never seen a bathroom that did not want to be a bathroom before this establishment. I refused to use it there. The nearest convient store is a little over half a mile away if you find yourself in the same situation.

Vehicle was mistakenly reported in violation of private parking ordinance. The A Tow driver still towed the vehicle even after being informed of the mistake by person who reported it.
UPDATE: my items were stolen from their lot due to staff incompetence or theft.
Completely unprofessional employees Tammy and Alfreda are incompetent rude. Ppl have lost their vehicle annd they forget decent humanity . Alfreda also chews over the phone and forgets that she’s working a position of customer service. Breach of protocols all over the place.

Another person crashed into me and the police had a-tow come tow my car. when i got my car back multiple items were missing and my car was rummaged through. i reviewed my dash cam footage and their employee can be seen taking a small toy from the dash and audibly going through my glove compartment… i wish i could upload the dash cam footage
Our HOA signed a contract with A-tow Inc. and had a terrible experience. We requested their service at 11 a.m., and it is now 11 p.m.—still no tow truck has arrived. I called multiple times and spoke with their agents, but they could not provide an estimated arrival time or any clear answers. Their customer service is disappointing and unhelpful. I do not recommend this company.
Joanie on the phone is the rudest worker at this place. No sense of customer service, has no idea what being respectful is, and does not understand that answering the phone is part of her job as she gets an attitude when you call. Truly a pain to speak with on the phone as she lacks decent human behavior. Stay away from this trashy company.
I had a very disappointing experience with the woman at the front desk — she was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. When I came in with questions, she acted like I was a problem rather than a customer, and didn’t offer any help or basic courtesy. It felt like she had no interest in doing her job or speaking to people respectfully. Definitely would not recommend this place based on customer service alone. I would like to say that the other men in the yard are much more cool and respectful.
Front desk woman was rude before I’d said a word to her. Talked down to me and cursed under her breath the entire time she was inputting my information. I’m sorry but if I am paying you hundreds of dollars for taking my car, you’re not the one having a bad day. Vile experience top to bottom.
My nephew who took my car today to visit his friend parked the car at the parking spot of his friend’s, as his friend asked him to park there. This company towed this car even though there was no issue in parking there. My nephew was at this towing place from 3:30pm, finding what it takes to get the car back, waiting for me to email notarized letter. This company charged him late fee for picking the car after 5pm. Total fee $319 that includes $65 late fee. Unbelievable. This must be a scam to collect money through these towing. What rights my nephew has to recover his money?

They towed one of my vehicles while it was being used by someone else. In the process they did at least $1000 in damage tried to COVER IT UP, and then LIED ABOUT IT when I confronted them (details below for those curious). They also refused to provide before and after pictures when requested. They either failed to take them or wouldn't share them because they knew it would show their guilt.
You are risking a lot of you use them! I do not advise! (The photos included show just a fraction of the total damage discovered between my mechanic and me).
Short version:
They left an 8-inch dent above my right fender and some scuffs in front of that on the fender. They scratched, dented, & broke the plastic part of my fender and attempted to cover it up with what looks like truck bed liner. They punctured & broke my mirror housing in multiple places. One spot has a HOLE which they filled with some kind of putty and then covered with the same bed liner. My passenger door was partially dislodged and damaged at the edges. And there are a few other marks and possible damages which I won't even go into here.
When I confronted them about it they just told me they didn't do it and have ignored all further attempts to communicate with them.
This is a MESS. This company sucks. really sucks. My car was towed by this company and this dude named “FELIX” towed my car and he legit threw my car and was broken. They didn’t tell me anything until I payed and all. I filed a CLAIM but then they only responded ONE TIME, like 2 weeks after that happened. I’ve been sending out emails since then, it’s been almost 4 MONTHS. I haven’t gotten no response and this breaks my heart. To be honest I don’t know why they will write, “ Treat cars like our family or wtv.” And go ahead and complete wreck your car and then they don’t get in charge of it or don’t answer or anything. The repairs is 5k in all. I went to get an estimate and idk what to do anymore. I’ve called and this woman is rude, or they don’t answer, or they act like they don’t know. Horrible Place. And if I’m honest. The problem wasn’t my car getting towed. It was the fact that they had to damage my car. now no one answers.
So my car slid into a ditch last year. It was still on one piece. Turned on and everything. Thing is, the ditch that it was in was so steep, one wrong move and the car would flip. These guys were called in by the officer on scene. It was decided my car needed more tow trucks to pull it out. The most notable thing of this process is that the tow company wasn’t liable for further damages of pulling my car out. After talking with a few of them, they agreed to pull it out as best they could without damaging it. It took 4 hours of concise movement and we eventually got it out. It’s not part of their job to care about damages but they were nice enough to take care of me knowing that the car was still intact. Thanks again fellas. You know who you are
Bless their heart. They are doing the lord's work. The building management at cosmopolitan drive decided I had time today to take a trip downtown. I even beat the tow driver there. Godspeed. A - tow gave me the opportunity to donate $195 to their cause. However its cash only since in god we trust, all others pay cash. Just take a look at all the charities they support.
