I caught a flat after striking a large piece of debris in the road. I was able to safely pull over to the shoulder jack up my car and remove the tire and attempt to put my spare on. As I proceed to put on the spare it was flat. So, I contacted my insurance carrier to get a tow they gave me and Eta of 120 minutes. Its pouring down raining and cold and sitting on the shoulder of a buy interstate is not on frustrating but nerve racking especially when you can work with your hands. As the two hour wait time goes by I get even more frustrated because I have yet to receive assistance or a call back. When I followed back up, they said it would be an additional 120 minutes due to heavy accidents and calls. Trust me I felt like I was being testes and I would have to be patient and once I found peace with that and took a deep breath. A tow truck begins pass by me and back up on the shoulder to assist me.
A gentleman by the name of Paul hops out of the truck. He stopped on the interstate and asked me was I okay. And asked me I needed help. I thought he was the tow truck my insurance company sent but he said he wasn’t and that he was headed in for the night and I was just really in a bad position, and he just wanted to see if he could help me. I told him to give me a second let me call and check on the Eta of my tow truck. He said sure not a problem after finally getting through with customer service they said it would be another 60 minutes I immediately hung up and asked them to cancel the tow. I asked him if he could tow me home which was over 40 miles away, he said he could but that would be five times the cost of getting my spare tire and tire replaced; instead, he offered to tow me to a reputable 24/7 tire shop in the area that could knock this out in no time. He placed a call before loading my car and made sure they had the tires in stock, and they did. I told him my day had been going every which way but right. Most people would try to up sale you and take advantage of you and have you paying and substantial price, but he didn't but instead he said let's get you to a safe destination and back on the road. He even waited to ensure that I was able to get back on the road. I was back on the road in less than 45 minutes. Not all heroes wear capes they might just operate a tow truck. I can't say thank you enough!!!
They were professional, reasonably priced and very efficient. I felt like they took proper care and concern when towing my SUV. I would use them again.
They got the job done.. BUT initially they driver gave me a quote of $250 for a “winch out” and told me he was about 30 min away.. when he got there 90 min later he said it was going to be an additional $250 ($500 total) since the job was considered a “recovery”.. I did not appreciate that at all.. it was a rip off - They took advantage of the situation. Do not recommend them
I talked to Mr. Morrison about my Chevy Bolt. The alternator quit
working and my Battery died. It was during Rush hour on a Friday. They dispatched a truck to me in 35 minutes. In my opinion Mr. Morrison worked a miracle. That's unheard-of in Atlanta on a Friday or any day. From now on High Power Towing will always be my first choice.
I've been stranded on the side of highway 75 near Moores Mill road exit since 1pm. Waiting on Highpower to come and get me. It is now 454pm and I'm still here waiting for the 2nd attempt to get me. They don't call you like you expect them to when they get close.
This is business is a scam do not use them. you will regret it im pretty sure the good reviews are from friends or family members. Do not use them owner Cory and his brother Chris are scammers
I used high power for my towing, the driver was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He also let me know the eta on when he would be arriving, the price was also a plus, this company will definitely do a great job for all of your towing needs, iam very pleased with the outcome. The level of service I received was excellent! I will use them again.
I would advise not using this company. Owner is disrespectful. They take there time getting you a bill to charge you more, if they even decide to give you a bill. You’ll pay more than you are quoted.
Manager, Corey, and his “assistant” are disrespectful. They do not know how to answer questions without giving the run around. Will charge you more than what you was quoted for. Will make you pay again for something that was already paid for. Don’t give receipts. And take there sweet time giving you information you need so they can charge you more.

Called High Power Towing in Buckhead when we were broken down on the side of the road. We were quoted 45 minutes before they could get to us. 45 minutes came and went and they didn’t show up. After an hour we called to get an update and the call was sent straight to voicemail 4 different times. We had to call a second company and wait another 40 minutes for the car to be towed. So much wasted time. Don’t bother calling this company to begin with.
The service was OUTSTANDING, Corey took care of me & the energy was unmatched. Prices were also unbeatable AFTER doing comparisons. Highly recommend. !
THIS IS the WORST COMPANY EVER! Called them around 2:30PM because my car stalled. Said they would come around 5 but had 2 cars ahead so could be a bit later. Waiting until after 8pm tried calling but no answer until I finally got in touch at 9pm. The guy assured me another driver had picked up my car. 11PM he calls back and says the driver has an issue so I should call him. I called and he says he is at the lot now to pick up my car but can't find it. This is 2 hours after they said they already picked up the car. I explain the spot to him again and he says he will call. Never received a call or notice from them. in panic mode by this time so I tried calling them over and over again until 2am then finally just called another company that towed and delivered my car in 2 hours. Life happens but it is NOT ok to lie and ignore the customer. If they can't deliver, they should have let me know. THEY LIE AND DON'T KEEP THEIR WORD. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM SHOP. JUST USE SOMEONE MORE LEGIT. SAVE YOURSELF THE PAIN.
My experience with this company has been the worst encounter I've ever had. The company owner Cory is obnoxious, disrespectful and extremly unprofessional. His behavior reflects scam artists; Lacking characteristics of what a business owner resents. In addition, the required payment methods are ridiculous and in favor of his company rendering payments for poor or inadequate service. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, Save your time and energy.
My car was in a terrible position to be towed. And when I tell you that the the brother named Cook came out to tow my car he did a excellent job of getting it up on the tow truck. He went over and above to get it there. This towing company is the best. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a tow. And the price was decent. BRAVO HIGH POWER TOW.
When I called to have my vehicle towed I was given the price of $125 when the tow driver arrived he charged me $175. I do not argue with subordinates because it is never worth it. I call the next day to get an explanation as to why I was charged that much for a three mile tow. I assume it’s because I’m a young woman they thought wouldn’t know any better. Days later after they have been bouncing me around from associate to associate and lying to me about when they could get back to me they finally tell me to request the refund through Zelle because it will be instant and there will be no fees. Which would be true if they completed the request. Instead they request is pending and I’m sure will continue to pend until their unprofessionalism forces me to go down there and complete the transaction in front of me. Horrible people. Do not use. One star is to many.
AVOID!! DO NOT GET HUSTLED!! Red flags - they request Zelle or Cash App payment to a person NOT the business before they pick up the vehicle. They DO NOT give receipts! On a Friday I was assured my vehicle could be delivered on the same day – this DID NOT happen. Since my vehicle was being retrieved from a business, timing was essential in order to not accrue fees over the weekend. Around 5:30, after several calls, I was advised my vehicle was being loaded onto the truck and I would receive a call back when the driver was on the way – nearly 4 HOURS later I still had NOT received a call. At 10 PM I was able to reach someone else on a different number (used for Zelle payment) who stated that I should’ve heard from someone hours ago and he would give a call back with more details – he did NOT call back and later all calls went straight to voicemail. I was left with the feeling that my vehicle had been taken ALONG with my money. Around noon on the next day, someone finally answered my call - just to tell me that my vehicle was NEVER picked up. I was advised that the driver would pick up the vehicle on Monday morning and it would be delivered in the afternoon. HERE’S THE HUSTLE - What he DID NOT advise is that he was ordering a new driver and was NOT applying the money that I had already paid. When my vehicle was delivered, the new driver (CONTRACTED) was expecting $100 MORE than the original quote. When I called the dispatcher to clear up the confusion, he was very rude and YELLED for me to just pay the extra $100 and that he did not have time to deal with such things. He said I could either pay or he would have the car loaded back up and brought to his yard. IMAGINE THAT!! Dealing with this company cost me $100 more than every other company quoted me, the vehicle was delivered 3 days later and I had to pay storage fees. This experience was BEYOND unprofessional and was a rather unnerving.
I used this company to tow my car, and my warranty said they would give me back the money for the tow if I provided them with a receipt that had my name address on it. We asked him before if he could provide the receipt he said yes. He requested the payment in Cashapp (first red flag) up to this day the gentleman refuses to give me a receipt! So not only did he get his payment, he is stopping me from getting mine. Don’t do business with them! In my honest opinion the only places that don’t give receipts are business trying to skip out on the tax man. So I did you a favor and reported this business! All you had to do was give me my receipt!
DO NOT USE THIS COMANY!!! THEY DO NOT GIVE RECEIPTS!. They use belle and cash app so they take your money and you have no way of getting reimbursed. Extremely unprofessional. Will not anger phone calls or emails and no one is in office. Do not use them if you want to be reimbursed from your insurance company.
I called Higher Power Towing for an emergency tow from the side of the highway. The dispatcher was friendly and provided an ETA and although they were a little late, the driver communicated with me. There was also a price discrepancy which was also taken care of without hassle. Would recommend.
Very helpful. Towed my SUV which wouldn't start (and wouldn't jump) to nearby mechanic/garage. Same price as for a sedan, as I was told the prior day when I called. The tow truck driver was efficient and professional. The person on the phone let me know when he would come, communicated via text.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. My rear wheel Yukon was stuck in the mud today -- tires just spinning. About 20-30 feet of muddy grasses in front and behind car. Walter came out within 25 minutes, hooked up 3 chains and pulled it out gently. He was so capable, professional, courteous and made a potentially tricky situation seem very simple. Start to finish under an hour. Outstanding!
These guys were great! They were quick, responsive and easy to work with, professional, friendly and reasonably priced. They really helped out in a somewhat crisis situation. I'm very glad I found them.
My car died on me on 14th street and Peachtree around 12:30 pm on a Wednesday. I called them at 12:40 and gave them a rough idea of how to find me. By 1:06 I was hooked up. They even went out of their way to drop me off at work on the way to the drop location for my car. I walked in to work at 1:19 pm. Having my car die on me was a very unpleasant situation but High Power had it taken care of for me in under an hour. Very impressive by any standards.
