Had a flat tire going on northbound 400 at 7 am. Arrived in less than 20 min after I called. super quick and friendly throughout the ride to the car shop! I highly recommend them.
Super grateful for this guy! I had a flat tire and stranded on I-85 at 11pm. I called five towing companies and he was the only one who picked up. He was professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done efficiently!
They showed up in 10 minutes and had us hooked up and out of there in no time. Someone else had already been waiting a while for another tow company and were still waiting as we pulled out. They took great care of my classic car loading and unloading. Even tried to be as gentle as they could with the usual Atlanta "speed bumps" during the tow. Had a great conversation while we road too!
Worst service in Atlanta. Was suppose to be here within an hour and after 1 and a half hours I called them back and they didn't know what I was talking about. Said they were on the way and 45 minutes later I called again and wanted to know my address and said it would be about 30 minutes not to worry about it.
They were the only tire company that picked up there phone the day I needed help. They were fast, on time, courteous and very helpful. I strongly recommend B&E Towing.
Absolutely terrible communication. Took almost 24rs even after getting paid kept claiming that they didn’t get paid but did. Even after that they didn’t communicate if the car was picked up then went missing for 6 hours I had to call the police because I had no idea where my car was. It was a whole mess. Just overall terrible communication and huge inconvenience. I know will miss a whole day of work because my vehicle was supposed to be fixed 24rs ago.
I was in my son apart complex and Geico had a ETA of 59 minutes. I was disgusted with the time and low and behold God sent an ANGEL by the name of Ken from B & E Towing. I say ANGEL because he stopped assisted me and after waiting on the line for Geico to pay him, he wasn't one of their service provider. I tried paying him but he wouldn't accept the money. He repeatedly told me I didn't have to contact Geico but I was so grateful for his act of kindness that I really wanted him paid. He wouldn't accept the money, so I said, "The least I could do is write a review for your company." He said, "That's not necessary, it was a pleasure being able to assist a woman in distress." This experience left me the thought, that ANGELS are truly still amongst us and God is always sending a ram in the bush. Thank you so much Mr Ken, not only for assisting me in my time of need, but also restoring my FAITH in good, decent, genuinely caring, kind people. BLESSINGS TO YOU AND YOURS. Ken was very helpful when my car broke down. He arrived shortly after I called. Helped me push the car into a spot after dropping my car off at the shop and gave me a ride home since I lived nearby. Great experience and would recommend them.
This company was perfect. They showed up with a battery jump box and helped me get my car out of the garage in order to tow The vehicle to my favorite mechanic. Simple. Efficient. And showed up rather quickly — like it 30 minutes.

After my car was rear ended on 6/21/20. Ken said he could pick my car up around 6 or 7pm. Around 8:30pm he hadn’t pick up my car yet, more time passed by and around 9pm he said he was on the way . I waited at the drop off location at 10 but after 30 minutes I went home which was 5 minutes away. He then calls and says he can’t wait for me to come back and if I want my car I would have to wait another 45 minutes for him to come back. After that we agree to a 9:30am drop off . At 9:30 he calls and says he will be an other hour. Then another 30 minutes. My mom meets with him since at the time I had to be at work. When my mom sees the car she sees him fixing the front bumper which HE DAMAGED! I have photo evidence of it being fine after the accident but he insisted it was like that and even refused to give a refund or even a receipt! I have texted him many times and he fails to respond. I would never recommend him to anyone!

They charged $175 to tow a 2000 Ford E250 van 5 miles. There was nothing special about this vehicle. Literally more than double the price as everyone else. Definitely would not recommend.

The guy that does the tow is very convenient and comes quickly. He calls you to keep you updated on how close he is and gets the job done pretty quickly without having to wait too long. Prices are reasonble. I would recommend him
Had a really pleasant experience with them. AAA came by and told me my car was too low to get onto the truck, but they came around and got it on with a few chunks of wood, no problems. They changed the price on me mid-way on the job, but still they were reasonable and let me off the hook for a google review! Thanks again!!
Im tryin to locate my vehicle that may have been towed by this company. Yelled at me and told me that, "we dont have your car!" Even though i never stated the make/model of my car. Hung up in my face. Worst customer service ive ever experienced anywhere. You act like that from a phone call; can only imagine how yall would handle a tow.
