Terrible. I pay all the funds and fees , just for you to not take my recycling. Everything in my bin is recyclable but they don’t take it and I’m left with a weeks worth of trash. It’s a constant battle of what they will take. Week by week . I only leave recyclable items and they just don’t take it. Some broke man with $15/hr decides whether I’m relieved of trash why am I paying you so much in fees if you don’t take my items ???? Some weeks they take it , others they don’t ? I’m at the point where I pay them but put my recycled items into the waste bucket just so I don’t see it next week.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered service January 10, 2022 in Carrollton, Georgia and paid $84. I was told trash would be picked up on 1/13. I called on 1/12 AND 1/13 just to remind them to pick up our trash. No trash was picked up. I called 1/14 and was told our trash would be picked up 1/14 or 1/15. No trash was picked up. I left a message on 1/17 (MLK holiday) and no one called me back on 1/18 so, I called on the afternoon of 1/18 and spoke to a lady that gave me "Tremaine's" (west Georgia manager?) phone number. I called Tremaine and he answered and assured me that my trash would be picked up that day-1/18. No trash was picked up. I called today, 1/20, to cancel my service and spoke to Veronica. I explained this whole situation. She said they were going to pick up my trash tomorrow. I said I wanted a refund. She asked if I wanted my trash picked up and again I said I wanted a refund. She said it would take 3-6 weeks to get my refund. At that point I got irritated and asked why they couldn't credit my debit card. She huffed and puffed under her breath and said that's the way accounts receivable did it. I told her I wanted to speak with a manager or someone higher that her, and she told me to calm down. I asked her not to huff and puff then she put me on hold. (She never told me why she put me on hold.) I hung up. Ten minutes later she called back and said now they were going to credit my debit card. This is the most unprofessional business I've dealt with in a long time.

I made a payment on my account online. Before you submit your payment, it says don’t hit post payment more than one time or multiple payments will come out. With that said I made sure not to hit it more than one time. It didn’t matter because they still debit my card 15 times of the same amount during the New Year’s weekend. I called from Thursday until yesterday. The Atlanta West location sucks because they acted like I was the one that did something wrong. So I had to call Corporate in Longwood, Fl. for me to get my money back. I like to thank Kamecha(sorry if I spelled your name wrong) for getting the process started and I like to thank Sharon for finishing it. So make sure to check your account if you pay online.

I have had this trash service for probably a year or so and they have since doubled their quarterly rate. I have had to call several times about my trash not being picked up on the scheduled day. Representatives just promise they will have someone pick it up only for it to continue sitting at my curb for another week. Meanwhile my trash is piling up in my house because my dumpster is still full. Double the rate double the disappointment. I’m over it.

No major problems with the company until they suddenly, without prior notice, raised the rate from $54 to $76. I called to cancel my service effective December 1. I assumed I would have a last pickup on November 29 sine I paid for November. My can has already been removed. Terrible!

had a bulk schedule pick up. the trash people did not get it the day it was scheduled. I had to call them. next day rolls around and the trash people come to get the bulk pickup. the guy literally gets out of his trucks and looks at the trash. Then gets back into the truck and leaves. didn't even take the trash. I'm filing a complaint with gwinnette county. this is what happens when you monopolize a service. I hope other residence are doing the same thing. 0 stars

BUYER BEWARE! Moved into my new home over a month ago and not even a customer of this company but the last owner just so happened to be. I have tried to get into contact with someone by calling the number on the bin to get it picked up since i decided to go with another trash service and it’s impossible! I have called all month and only lucky enough to reach an customer service rep twice. Both times i was told that the trash can would be picked up on exact dates that came and passed with the bin still in my yard. Finally after calling today and being on hold for an hour i decided to call the corporate office to only be directed to guess what? Another Voicemail. So now i wait for someone to get back to me while after reading previous reviews it seems the company is in dire need of more bins.I can not explain how delighted I am to know this is not my trash company but please come get your Bin! Believe Believe Believe the reviews as i am lucky enough to just be on the outside looking in.

Absolutely horrible company. Definitely deserves ZERO STARS.. On several occasions I have witnessed the workers not THOROUGHLY dumping the waste containers into the truck. Just "reaching in" and throwing the trash bags in the street... then into the truck. Still leaving residual trash in the bottom of the waste container. Additionally, there was still trash left and spillled in the street. I called to report and no one answered.

Paid for services , never received them. I started my service on a Wednesday was told just missed my pick up day. That’s understandable so come the following week I’m looking for service , which is Tuesday . Today is Thursday and my trash is still sitting in my driveway . Was told it would be picked up the following day since TUESDAY !! Then the customer service rep had the audacity to lie and say it’s due to short staff yet my neighbor has the SAME EXACT trash company and their trash was collected. Now I have to wait 4-6 WEEKS for my money back. SMH don’t use these people. Save your time and money .

Very unreliable service. I was so unhappy when they bought our local disposal company but gave them a try. They are just awful! After waiting over a HOUR to cancel service they sent me a past due bill. After holding 38 minutes to explain we had cancelled they assured me they are taking care of this. They also assured me they would come get their containers the next day. That was a month ago and they are still waiting by the road. Now my neighbors see what poor service they give. I have since found out their long waits are because they let the people go from the small business they bought. So, they are terrible to their customers and I suspect even worse to work for.

Trash Truck speeding down the street with trash flying out. Called Waste Pro to submit a claim in September and now they are ignoring me. The tarp on the truck was clearly not tied down. It's sad when you want to be honest and just ask for a fair review and ownership and you have to take legal route. 1/18/2021 Update: I e-mailed excutive leadership and recieved a check to replace my windshield.

This is absolutely the WORST company I’ve ever had to deal with. As mentioned multiple times, there should be a category 0 for this company. 1. They’re totally inconsistent in garbage pickup. 2. They don’t answer the phone. 3. When they do answer, they don’t keep their word. 4. They will let your garbage sit for weeks, LITERALLY. DO NOT use this company, at least in the Atlanta area. I had to call the headquarters in FL in order to even cancel services, and that was the most professional experience I’ve had with this company. This, honestly is a horrible company...unorganized, 99% unprofessional and inconsistent.

Just awful. Doesn't always pick up the trash. When they do, it's a day or two late. I tried to call to cancel my service, but no answer & mailbox is full. I will say that, when I have called to see if my trash would be picked up, I have spoken to a very nice woman on the phone. She seems to do her best and her customer service skills surpass the rest of the company.

We paid our bill before our due date of July 1st. We recieved our usual pick up on the 1st and the 8th. We placed our can at the street on the night of the 14th for our pickup on the 15th. That day came and went with no pickup. Then the 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, and now 20th. We have had no answer when we call. I finally received a call back today and cancelled my service. They are going to refund me for the 2 months of service I have already paid for and not used. They claim that multiple routes are down. This is not the first time we have experienced this with this company, we have had them since 12/2018. We will never give them another penny!! Update 7/23: still no pickup! My can is beyond overflowing. We were promised pickup yesterday and again today. Lucky for us, West GA sanitation has said they will pick up all the garbage on Monday if Waste Pro hasn't!

My trash has been sitting on my curb for two whole days! Unfortunately and fortunately, I cannot say that my non service was due to non payment or the trash bin not being out on time. They take monthly auto payments (so no issue there) and the trash was put out the night before the pick-up morning (no issue there). So what is the issue!!!! I have called 6 times and they HAVE NOT CALLED ME BACK! Are they short-staffed or did someone contract COVID-19? I want to know. I am moving my service somewhere else. IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS- I WOULD!

If I could give 0 stars i would! My trash hasnt been picked up in 2 weeks! Everytime I call they say they are coming and never do! I'm tired of! DO NOT go with this company. They will lie and tell you they are coming and never show up when they say they will. Now I have animals getting into my trash cause they failed to do their job! I also have 2 small children! Save your money and energy and go with someone else.

If I could give them a 0, I would! My trash has not been picked up now for almost 2 weeks in a row. It’s supposed to be picked up weekly but for the most part it happens biweekly and now, not even that! The truck flew by my house this morning when they were supposed to stop. I called 3 times last week to get service and no one came. Today I called in hopes of them contacting the driver while he was in the neighborhood but was on hold for 10 mins only to be sent to voicemail! Well I guess my trash isn’t going to be picked up until they come get the can. I’m switching to a different company this week! Why would I pay for a service that only happens sometimes when it’s supposed to happen weekly?? They are horrible!!

If you have other service providers in your area I RECOMMEND that you go with the other company. While the trucks for this company are cute the Customer service is not! I've been waiting since Tuesday for trash pickup. We have a strict HOA and my whole street is lined with waste pro bins waiting to be picked up. Calling to is a waste of time they will schedule you a new pickup and still no service. Then calling today A whole company but no one to answer the phones. I have been calling since 9am the phone rings 5min then voicemail. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!

We used to have PWR and they didn't service our area anymore. I liked them. We then went with waste industries and they were fine by charged too much money. We then switch to CCS. They were the best but sold out to Waste Pro which is the worst company I have ever dealt with. For the past three months they have not picked up the thrash at least 5 times. Three to four times came a different day. You call and they don't say anything about the drivers having a hard time with the new route structure. Animals constantly picking at it. We look like the slobs of the neighborhood. I would have taken it if myself but they say we will be there tomorrow. Yeah right! ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!

Like everyone else, if I could give a 0-star review, I would. We had CCS, and they were bought out by Waste Pro. Since that time, we almost never have our trash picked up on the day they're supposed to pick up. One week they just didn't pick up at all. One week, they picked up late and then left the trash can IN THE STREET. Terrible service, absolutely do not recommend. They also will not pick up extra cans or anything like CCS would, which is a shame. Complaining to customer service is also useless--they won't do anything.

Can I give this place a negative 5??? CCS was out trash service for 10+ years, but went completely downhill when taken over by Wastepro. So many reasons to choose another company.. Mainly, it’s almost impossible to reach anyone there. I tried to pay my bill by phone for almost 2 weeks because I couldn’t get into my online account. When. I was finally able to, it was my name and email address with someone else’s address and payment information! At this point, I wasn’t going to mail my payment for the next three months. It almost appeared that they may have gone out of business.. I finally reached someone by phone ( I left several voicemail messages until the message said that the mailbox was full) NOT surprised about that. When an actual person finally answered on Friday , I explained that I needed to pay my bill and had been trying to for awhile . She said their system was down and that someone would call me back to take my payment. Also said she’d make a note that I had called and wrote down my address. Never called back.. they didn’t pick up my trash on Monday. When I finally got someone to call me back after ANOTHER week of calling, I was informed that the reason for their call was because I was on credit hold for nonpayment of my bill. YA THINK???? Ive been calling YOU for 2 weeks!! Horrible, Horrible service. I’ve already set up service with another company and my neighbors plan to as well. Waiting for a call back again, I tried to cancel the service and the person I spoke to didn’t know how to do it and needed to find out how much I owed them for three weeks that they picked up before placing me on credit hold . I don’t think this should be so hard .. every time I was on hold hoping someone would answer, the recorded message said something about time being valuable and that they aim to take up as little of my time as possible on the phone. Fail on that one WastePro. I’ll be glad to never call that number again. Don’t even waste the time it takes to consider this company.. they’re no CCS.

As everyone else states, company has really gone down hill since merging/buying CCS. Trash doesn’t get picked up half the time. Calling doesn’t help... then when they finally pick up, trash is all in the street. I should have done what I was planning to do, which was switch, but thought I would give them another shot. Shame on me for thinking a company will operate how it should.

We've had Waste Pro for the past few months since CCS was bought out by them. The first issue we had was that they did not send us any sort of a bill until a month after it was due to them and adding a late fee. We then tried to set up autopay and we could not. It was also impossible to pay online as their website wouldn't ever work. This meant that to pay we had to call every time, which only gets an answer maybe 50% of the time. We cancelled services last month and our last date of service was supposed to have been 5 days ago. We are still waiting on them to pick up their trash can, which I just called to ask about, and I was put on hold for five minutes before being redirected to their voicemail. What was the point of making me wait 5 minutes for that? Waste Pro is only a pro at wasting customer's time.

If I could give a zero I would, since the switch with waste pro taking over ccs it’s been hell. My pickup day is Wednesday, they always come a date late. I have to call to say they missed our subdivision, and they respond we will put you in the list. This past week was the last straw, they didn’t pick up my trash and told me they rescheduled my pickup for Friday. About 4 pm trash still not picked up, I call and was told it will be picked up Monday. If I pay for pickup I expect it to be picked up. I told them that was unexceptionable and she said they will pick it up on Saturday, we will see. The customer service is very unprofessional, and they put you on hold to be sent to voicemail. If you need trash service this is not the one. I will be canceling my service as of July 1.

Waste Pro has not a good company to pick up your trash. Every since I signed up with them. My trash has been missed six times. No one returns your calls. And I've been put on hold and forgotten about. Call back it goes straight to voicemail. 31May2019 called and left a few messages. 3June2019 same thing and today 4June voicemail full. This is bad business. I would rate it negative two.

Called yesterday to establish service. I wish I would’ve seen the reviews beforehand! I spoke with a friendly rep who got my account set up and said that a courtesy pickup would be scheduled today (Wed) along with the normal pickup on Friday. We left our trash out last night as instructed because apparently drivers can arrive anytime from 5AM-6:30PM. Animals got into our trash and we had to clean it up. I called at 3PM to double check on the courtesy pickup and was told it was still scheduled. Well it’s 6:42PM and they haven’t arrived.

If I could give them a -5, I would. This company is ridiculous. It is hard to reach them to make a payment. The rep Lily is completely rude and put me on hold because I was upset. I have been trying to reach these people for two weeks and she didn't understand why I was upset that they did not pick up my trash. I should have switched once I noticed my neighbors started to switch. I am going to write a letter to corporate in Florida and I will also be speaking to my other neighbors about switching.

What Happened? Waste Pro took over CCS and now service is delayed. Friday is pickup day in my area. Last Friday was a holiday ... trash pickup should have been the next business day. Today is Wednesday and STILL NO SERVICE TO MY ENTIRE AREA. I called to inquire and the young lady that answered the phone was short, lacked information, and unapologetic. Customer Service should at least be good when all else fails.

When Waste Pro took over CCS I never received anything and my trash stopped being picked up. This started in or around December. Three weeks ago I received a letter welcoming me to Waste Pro. Put my trash out no pickup. We've been going to the Landfill since December. Last week I received a bill saying I was past due for Dec - Feb. Called and finally got someone on the phone and was told it was taken care of and put my trash out they'd get. Saturday I received a collection notice for Dec-Feb and a new bill for March - May. Still no trash picked up. Called again and was told I'm on credit hold. Never use this service!

I paid 6 months for the yard waste service which was supposed to go from July 27 to January 27. However, I received an invoice for January 1- June 30. I called, because I was confused, and they told me that even though I paid on July 27, the service of 1 day in July counted for the whole month. I told the representative that when I made the contract for the 6 months yard waste, they told me that it was going to end at the end of January. And, she told me that there was nothing they could do. I asked the name of the representative that I talked to back on July so I could file a complaint and they couldn't provide me that information. So, I ended up paying more for less, terrible customer service.
