My friend and I had been researching dumpster companies. She helped me by filling out an online form with my contact information to submit to M&M. She also tried calling but was unable to reach anyone. She later got a call from a person named Andrea. This person was very rude to her. She acted as though my friends call was a bother. She has even called my friend again this morning. The worst part of this was that neither this lady nor anyone else from this company has ever tried to contact me. I was the one looking for services, not my friend. This is no way to run a business.
Do not use this company - they have shady billing practices! I tried to rent a dumpster from them company for $440. I paid in full over the phone and they said that they would deliver the dumpster later that day. They came to deliver the dumpster and could not get their truck in to drop it in my driveway due to the size of their boom and the power lines. I was told by their operator that they would fully credit back my account because they could not deliver. A few days later I noticed a $165 merchant credit from the company. So I call and they told me that they are charging me $275 for trying to deliver the dumpster. This fee was never discussed with me, I never received invoice or signed for anything. I am mostly frustrated because I think that it is really shady for them to charge me something without discussing it with me at all. I guess they were just relying on me not noticing the discrepancy or something to this effect. In any case, when I called they said there was nothing they could do and seemed to me pretty uninterested in my concern.
Exceptional and timely services for a great price. M&M Waste went out of there way get me a dumpster amidst the run on construction supplies and equipment, even when all their competitors were out of stock. They also allowed me to hold onto my dumpster for an extended period when others wanted to charger extra after only two weeks. It's the only dumpster service I will use moving forward.
We did not hire them, but they were hired by our roofing company. They had a dumpster delivered that was split in on side, which dropped a wheel when the driver picked it up. The wheel which dislocated completely dug up the side of the driveway as well as the border. After numerous calls and complaints, they sent some day laborers by to do a small patch, did not address all of the cracking caused by their dumpster, the border that was their previously, and the patch is a completely different color than the driveway. They would not do more. We didn't hire them, so really have no recourse, and the drivers were nice, but the company is terrible.
DO NOT I repeat DO NOT. Use this company. Johnny (im assuming the manager) is very disrespectful and unprofessional and very rude. In the contract I was told that I would be given 2 tons (4k pounds) of trash to be included with the 10 yard dumpster rental. I was charged an extra $700 more without warning because they said I went over 9 tons of trash in a 10 yard dumpster. Let me be clear 9 tons is equivalent to 6 midsized cars. I only cleaned out my garage with the heaviest items being a couch and a love seat. Everything else was trash bags. If I would’ve placed the trash toward the front of the dumpster it would’ve been filled half full without the couch and love seat. To be clear, every staff member there was very helpful but when asked to speak to the manager, Johnny, he failed to hear me out and was very rude and disrespectful. I will be filing a civil suit within the coming days to retrieve my money. BAD BUSINESS
I’ve been calling to speak with the owners for the past few days and no one has returned my calls.
DO NOT use this company. The owner does not respect people, let alone people of color. Very unprofessional and rude. I was told dumpster would cost one price. After the dumpster was picked up, was charged extra $200 without warning and office was evasive with answer. Escalated to owner who called me a liar. NOT transparent. Received "contract" which explained extra charge after charge was disputed on cc and charged a "spite" fee for being overweight after dispute. The dumpster was picked up half full. Things will not end well for you and your company.
WARNING: Very unprofessional staff. When my dumpster wasn’t delivered on the day it was supposed to be (after being fully paid for) I wanted a refund. I called m and m and have NEVER been treated with so much disrespect. This company is a joke.
Great company to do business with! Clinton and Ryan are the best sales reps/owners I’ve had the pleasure of working with. The customer service at this company is outstanding. Their drivers come early and are very professional. I look forward to doing business with you in the future!
This is the absolute worst company I’ve dealt with. The customer service is terrible and I illegally got charged 400 dollars for the dumpster being picked up late by one day when it was actually the drivers fault. The manager Johnny refused to give me my money and I am reporting them to the Business Bureau.
I have used this company for about a year ordering waste containers. The sevice started off great, great customer service, seemed they went out of their way to be accomadating. But the last few times of service, I got attutide, and unprofessionalism. I will not be a returning customer.
My previous review was deleted by this company, so I am reposting. One of their drivers hit my mother’s car and blamed it on her, thus leaving her responsible for all repairs. I would not recommend that anyone use a company the employs drivers with such a lack of integrity.

I got to overhear a conversation between a Johnny and the person who purchased the dumpster yesterday and he was rude, disrespectful and told her basically she was lying that she didn’t get a contact.
Also took funds without contacting them. Instead of being a good person this company is trashy and rude.
As a trusted professional in Atlanta, as well as an avid Google Reviewer, I would 'not' recommend this company. They did not deliver the type of actual service or customer service that I would expect. Though their frontline customer service representatives were just fine and complimentary in taking the initial order, their management was subpar at best once they were alerted that they had not performed as they promised. They did not deliver on time. They didn't send any paperwork or a receipt for the transaction like they promised (until after we called to complain). They didn't offer a sensible solution and seemed more interested in blaming the customer. They also attempted to charge us a cancellation fee for a service they never rendered. Good thing we keep great records of our company interactions and our bank is very supportive. Steer clear of M&M and try another group.
Edited: I did receive a call from someone who said they were an executive with the company. They apologized for their miscommuincation and tried to offer a solution. The solution was appreciated but unfortunately wasn't going to work for us due to the amount of money we had already lost. I would say that the call definitely shed a better light on the company. I would have liked to have had the same courtesy given by the executive, from the manager that I spoke to during the ordeal as it was taking place. That said, I appreciate the follow up and at least someone did the right thing there at the company.
Dont use this company. If I could give them 0 stars I would . They are crooks. They charged my account twice without my knowledge for an extra $200. I had people warn me about using them them before I used them but I used them anyway because I needed a dumpster the same day. Now I know why all the good dumpster companies was already booked and they wasn't. I guess they dont get much business that's why they try to rob people. And the guy I guess is the manager dont hardly speak English and is horrible at customer service. They told me they would come pick back up after 7-10 days. I'm thinking they would after 10 days of it being at my customers house they say I had to call them to have them to come pick it back up. So I didnt call them because the customer service girl told me they would come back in 10 days. So since I didn't call them they charged my account an extra $200. Crooks
If I could give them less than 1 star I would. They are RUDE people...They came out to pick up a dumpster on a saturday and told me it was FULL of concrete. It was NOT full of concrete - there was some on the top. So I returned the call (it was a saturday) and left a message with one of their emergency numbers. No one called back. I just called back (Tuesday) and had to repeat the entire situation, then was on hold for 10 minutes until someone hung up. I then called back again and a female office worker answer the phone and I said I had been on hold for 10 minutes when someone hang up on me, and she proceeded to snap HOLD ON...and I was on hold for another 2 minutes. This was after I had already ordered 4 dumpsters and probably have another 4 more to order. Suffice it to say they will NEVER get another dime of our money, and we flip 5 houses a year. I am near tears now and so frustrated with the way I was treated. I have never written a bad review in my life, but this is NOT the way to treat people. STAY AWAY......
Terrible. They destroyed my yard and retaining wall (see photos). I backed a 20 foot U-Haul down my driveway several times without issue. Apparently their drivers are incompetent. Also mislead me about the size of the dumpster, as the bottom of the dumpster is about 2 feet shorter than the top, so a 15 ft long object will not fit in their 15 foot long dumpster.
It was a delight working with M & M Dumpster Rental. They delivered the dumpster ahead of schedule. We even needed a second one and they picked up the used one and delivered the second dumpster ahead of schedule. I highly recommend M & M Dumpster and we will use them again the next time we are in need of a roll off dumpster. Barbara

Had a great experience with M&M Waste! We used their dumpster service during a home renovation and would definitely recommended them to anyone doing a home project. Their customer service made the whole process very easy!
I asked M & M Waste to discount a dumpster for a volunteer day I coordinated June 4th, 2016. The project involved breaking down an old playground structure, a massive landscaping effort, and building a community garden for a 64 low-income unit multi-family community in East Point. Instead of a discount, they donated the whole 30 yard dumpster, delivering on time (4 days prior to event) and picking up on time (2 days post event). They were easy to work with (i cant complain about the price ;)), great communication, knowledgeable about what I needed (since i did not know). I would 100% recommend them for medium to large events/projects.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and FOLLOW UP SKILLS!! Spoke to Katelyn numerous times and sent numerous emails regarding damage done to neighbors yard from their driver dropping off dumpster. They were unresponsive for weeks. Finally I called and spoke to the Manager who informed me that he doesn’t see any damage to neighbors lawn (quite visible in pics I sent) and they’re closing the claim. My neighbors a lawyer so I already know that’s NOT going to fly but I’ll let them get reported to The Better Business Bureau and State Attorney Generals office. I plan on reporting them this week. Beware of this company!! The damage your property and leave you holding the cost for damages property. Do not rent from them!!
No customer service concept at this company. Doing business with them for 10 years. Last year or so changes are negative................ rude employees. Company implements policies and does not make customer aware. Charges are astronomical. Delivery fee, weight fee, days fee. Before you know it 450.00 rental ends up being 1400.00 BEWARE
I use M & M Waste all the time for my dumpster rentals. As a small home builder, it is important to work with a dependable and affordable dumpster provider, and M & M has never let me down. They are always reliable and always drop off and pick up their dumpsters quickly and efficiently. Very professional and great customer service!
Will not hesitate to yell at you over the phone. Will send different drivers every time you need service. Will not keep records of interactions with you. Will keep you in the dark about added fees. Will charge you hundreds of dollars in revisit fees because of silly reasons. Will insist their trucks cannot handle picking up dumpsters that are off your driveway, but will have no problem dropping the dumpsters there and driving away happy. Will make you feel terrible and want your money back. Buyer beware.
This place is the worst. They dropped off the dumpster hours late, came to pick it up days late, and found a way to refuse to remove it because it was off our driveway. Then charged us $150 for a revisit, which wasn't in the contract, and had never been mentioned. Came back to remove it (days late of their appointment again), and again refused to remove it. Another $150 charge and they wouldn't even try to load it up. Finally got across how furious we were on the phone with the rude, foul-mouthed owner Greg and they sent yet another driver to us, who said 'oh yeah, this is no problem at all' and took it away. We tried to contest the charges on our credit card, but they somehow got the cc company (Chase, ugh) to uphold them. They seem to have an MO around here, and several neighbors we've told about this have echoed similar experiences.
Incompetent, careless, TERRIBLE. Don't use this company if you have ANY other option. They will not be there when they say they will, customer service is joke. I waited two weeks for these idiots to bring me a dumpster and they brought the wrong size. Then they come out and cant deliver after i have specified it has to be early because the parking lot will fill up making maneuvering impossible, do you think that anyone from their company called to tell me this? or to reschedule? Hahhahaha NO they did not. absolutely worthless company
I agree with the other people about the terrible customer service.
They told be they were coming on a Friday afternoon or Saturday to pick up the dumpster a week ago. A week later the dumpster still sitting there and they charged me $150.00 for an over haul fee saying the driver couldn't pick it up when he came out. They conveniently do not have a record of any of the calls made when they told me they were coming. Totally agree with the other customer who said they blame and charge the client for their mistakes and miscommunication.

Customer service could be better, they treat you like they are doing you a favor by accepting your business.
I tried to book this dumpster to be delivered on an agreed time and date. So I set a side time time to meet the driver to pick the best place to set it. Our agreed time was 8-10am, at 10:30am I called to follow up to see if I had misunderstood the plan. I was told the driver was dumping the load and would be there with in the hour. So I have many things to do so try to cancel the dumpster and find out there is $150 fee to cancel?! But wait, you did take the money out of my account right and how much is my time worth? But couldn't hold up their end of the deal. So why do it cost me for their poor service. And I would tell you to watch the hidden fee with company.
Don't ever use this company! Childish, unresponsive, ghetto customer service, lied about time of delivery, 5hrs late, played games when asked for general manager. Company EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! So called manager lol.. is a title and a title alone. He hung up when you give him what he gives you. He sat on the phone and played games and allowed his customer service Reps to keep getting on the phone to argue. They passed around the telephone as if it was a game. Beware of the manager Carlos!!!!!!!! Extremely inconsiderate, inconsistent and unprofessional. The driver had no clue what time he was supposed to be here the driver was more apologetic than the ghetto office staff!!
