Clara made my experience seamless I truly appreciate how she stayed on top of the transportation of my vehicle to the dealership and making sure the proper tow truck was needed to make this a great experience. Dennis was very professional as well and he made sure my vehicle was safely parked onto the flat bed and got to the dealership safely. I highly recommend this company for towing needs. Also this was a pleasant experience being that I’m also a licensed agent and claims adjuster and I’ve heard roadside horror stories but this one is one I will definitely recommend to my leadership team. Don't bring your vehicle here. They cut the skid plate from under my honda. No it wasn't torn up already because my vehicle wasn't wrecked, and there's no way a wrecker could've torn it off in transport. Found out it was gone as I went to get my oil changed 5 days later. Plastic was cut clean around part of it, the rest was in bolted. And they damaged my tail pipe like they were trying to remove it too. But it was welded to the muffler.

I had a very disappointing experience with this tow truck company. The driver was extremely unprofessional, yelling and using inappropriate language during our interaction. In addition, he changed the pricing of towing multiple times indicating questionable business practices.
This level of aggression and hostility was unacceptable and made an already stressful situation much worse.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I’m sure this is not a reflection of the ownership group, but I would recommend hiring more professional drivers going forward for a better consumer experience.

We had great experience. After having multiple other tow companies cancel service while we had been waiting for a tow coordinated by Emergency Roadside ; Fugos came through. We were stranded in middle of night and Gino specifically was prompt, professional and so nice. As was every person we talked to on the phone leading up to car pick up. We actually referred them to another stranded person in same location and I understand he also assisted them right after us. Great job!

This company was hired to tow my car after I was hit by a drunk driver. Their employees when through my car and stole electronics. I could track them to the employees house. After threatening to call the police and show up with them. My devices magically showed back up and “no one” knows how they got there. Manager didn’t even have the balls to come talk to me about it.

No one likes having their car towed! But of all the times, I’ve had to deal with a tow company or having my car impounded. This was by far the nicest place with the smoothest process of the nicest people.

Sometimes situations are out of your control, and having my car towed to this lot was definitely one. If I had anything to do with it I would not have had any dealings with them. My car was in an accident and this was who got dispatched to the scene. To make a long story short my car ended up getting repossessed because of their negligence. The entire staff are rude especially the ghetto lady who calls herself a supervisor by the name of Joselyn. She walked away from the window while I was still talking with no regard to what my I had to say. Get your cars off their lots and run far as you can. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.
Futo’s was great! They towed my car from a wreck, stored it for days, and were kind when we called with questions or needed help. Wasn’t expecting to use their services, but they did their job in a kind way and that helped us get through.
I was recently in an accident, and my car was towed to this lot. I was very worried because I had a lot of work items in my car.
I brought all the necessary paperwork, except a copy of the title. The woman at the desk was VERY POLITE. She helped me figure out how to send the needed information. The guy who met me to clean out my car was also helpful. It was pouring rain, and he was patient while I gathered all of my things.
The driver of the truck who towed my vehicle did not secure my possessions (in truck bed). Lost over 1000 dollars of material in transit or it was stolen from unsecured lot. Truck was not secured in lot and they charged a $50 cleanup fee. Imagine paying $450 for a tow and cleanup where they did not secure my possessions. Absolutely horrible. Owner drives very expensive car and hires negligent employees.
The secretary is extremely unprofessional. The woman hung the phone up in my face when I was simply trying to ask why I was told to different prices to take my car out. One day she's going to say the wrong thing to the right person. Always be mindful.
To start I was very pleased with the warm reception. The face of the company reflected the perfect balance between professional and relatable. I had the task of recovering a vehicle for a client. The process was seamlessly executed. Not that I would want to deal with any incident regarding a tow truck or yard in the future, but if I have to I hope it's Futo's that handles the tow process.
First of all, they advertise 24/7 service but wouldn’t allow me to my car out of their lot and was told to come back the next day… I went there at 4pm. And the guy working there responded “don’t believe what the internet says” when I asked why is 24/7 written on their business card. And, then when I went back to get my car the next day, I had a couple of valuable items missing and have to file a police report. They just keep your car there to collect money for additional days that it’s in their lot. My car was impounded there through a collision so I clearly didn’t have a choice in where it was taken to. - I definitely would not recommend this location at all. Be aware.
I did not choose this location as they were dispatched by my insurance company. I have tow covered on my policy and my son was stranded w his vehicle. For this reason, when they showed up and requested a card number to complete the tow, I did not hesitate. They said my insurance company would reimburse me. However, I was told they never should have charged me. To this point, they have not refunded the fraudulent charge and were also paid by my insurance company. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone via telephone as they immediately put you on hold, hang up, or you hear a busy signal. I highly recommend you do NOT use this company. I have also filed a complaint with BBB due to Futo's receiving double payment
After towing my car following an accident, I called them the next day to arrange a tow of my vehicle to another location by another towing company. Receptionist was very rude and nearly hang up on me for not having the tag info available. I read the other reviews and realized that I wasn't the only person to get such rude service. Stay away from them if you can help it. You don't insult your customers while taking their money. Terrible.
I wish I could give them a 0 As a lienholder, we were notified they had impounded a vehicle that we had interest in. We are over 2 1/2 hours away and I asked for a condition report for 2 days which they said they would not provide until I drove up there and paid the bill, then I could see the vehicle. They did say it was involved in an accident and I needed to bring a rollback to get it and if I didn't it would continue to be charged storage and then they would file a lawsuit to make me pay it. So I did send a wrecker, spent another $400 to bring it back in addition to the $577 I paid them to tow and store the car for 5 days to get a car back that I find out after seeing it is a total loss with air bags deployed. To the very rude women who answered the phone, would it have been to difficult to just say the air bags had been deployed rather than it has a little damage. Also, why $50 notification fee to the atl pd, it was involved in a wreck, Im sure the atl pd knew. $50 notification to the state, why? $175 to tow but another $80 to winch it and another $50 to clean up. Another $50 to notify me and $25 a day storage starting the minute it showed up on your lot and continuing at 8am every morning. Because there is no personal items left in the car, I'm sure you removed them so that you could also charge the owner for recovering his possessions. Pretty sad since that is all he had at the time. I hope if any of you reading this have the opportunity to look for another towing company, please hire anyone but them.
This company is totally ghetto. Stay away at all costs. Their hours of operation are false. They are open 24 hours to tow a vehicle, but only open from 9am-6pm to retrieve a vehicle. The representative at the window needs customer service training. She was rude, did not express empathy, and was not a good representation of the company, or was she? If I could give 0 stars to write this review, I would.
My car was parked private property, 4 owners of property 3 knew of car and allowed. When i heard wrecker i said hold on I have permission , they wanted the 175.00. So bad the guy took off w my car and owner came out. And the tow truck was gone and knew I would settle this. They stole my car at this point and didnt check the credentials of man that signed it he is not listed as owner on anything. I then told the guy ill pay it put it down feet from where it was in front of my house. Again he stole my car .How can an owner of a car not be allowed to have her car. The man that signed the paperwork withdrew being towed and the guy wanted my car returned. They are stealing vehicles.
My car was towed for being in an unauthorized parking place, I had to call about to find out where it was and everyone was so rude, when I called here the lady that helped me was very nice, and they did have my vehicle. The man who walked me down to get my car was friendly as well. Its bad enough when your stressed out about an impound fee, if helps to have helpful and friendly people to work with to make it less of a hassle.
My experience here was by far the most pleasant I've had with a wrecker service. The man at the counter was super friendly and explained things to me without being condescending. I wish I remembered his name! The man who drove me down to my car to get my belongings was really nice as well. The friendliness from staff definitely made the sad experience of cleaning out my totaled car a little better!
For the type of service they provide (and, as a result, the types of attitudes they are forced to deal with), the folks over at Futo's have been nothing less than accommodating and easy-to-deal-with. The only reason I have them 4-stars is because the last I was in the unfortunate position of getting my car from there, they locked my car... >> put my keys on the dash << ...then closed the door. I would assume that, after doing this for so long, it would be second nature to make sure the doors are unlocked BEFORE putting the keys inside and shutting all of the doors.
Two stars because they have the city contract to tow vehicles involved in accidents. I don’t want to be black-balled if their service is needed without my consent. Today I needed a tow, not accident related, and they were a five minute walk from where I was parked. I called multiple times and I was told they would be showing up in short order each time. After three and a half hours of waiting and calling for confirmation I called another service and got outstanding results. Futo’s was nice on the phone and that might be worth two stars. The reality is they don’t need to be doing anything other than fulfilling their city contract.
I know that APD calls whatever tow service is nearby if they need an immediate tow, but if you can help it, don't let this company get your vehicle. They will avoid you and the insurance company and hold onto your car for weeks. I don't think you can call the person who is at the desk/window/phone "customer service". They'll do anything to avoid giving answers, helping, or returning calls or emails. It seems that their goal is to get your car in their possession and withhold it from you to rack up charges and possibly steal stuff out of it or sell the car once they've given you the runaround for the legally allotted time. PLEASE heed my warning.
These guys are really nice and professional. We use them for our business' parking lot and recently for a tow after an accident. It was pouring down rain, but the driver was so nice, friendly and good spirited in a downpour. The dispatcher was also friendly and communicated very well.
