The offer came through slightly lower, but much more convenient than the Kelley Blue Book value. The pickup occurred right in the middle of the scheduled period of time, and the payment arrived two business days later. This was a quick and easy experience.

On the appointed day for the sale we got an email saying "for our convenience we could pre-sign documents on-line". When I clicked on the link it brought up one of those "I agree to everything in your terms of use" pages and rather than review all that nonsense I declined, expecting to physically sign paper documents at the drop-off. However when we arrived to complete the sale we were told paper documents were not an option and we had to do the on-line signing, *while signed on to our CarVana account*. Since I created the account on my home computer using an auto-generated secure password, I could not sign on from my phone. Your email reminder should clearly state that online signing is a *requirement* (and it's for your convenience, not ours).
As I result I had to make an extra trip home to sign the documents.Feb 03, 2026 -
Got the best deal for my car and the whole Carvana process was truly hassle‑free. From the instant online offer to pickup at my home and getting my check, everything was quick, smooth, and exactly as promised. Carvana honored the agreed price, handled all the paperwork, and saved me the headaches of negotiating or dealing with private buyers. I’m extremely happy with what I received for my vehicle and would definitely recommend Carvana to anyone looking for an easy, stress‑free way to sell their car.

⭐ 1-Star Review – Buyer Beware
I had a terrible experience with Carvana and strongly caution others before purchasing.
I bought a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit in August 2025 after relying on Carvana’s 150-point inspection, clean Carfax/Bumper reports, and an extended powertrain warranty. The vehicle failed to start the moment it was delivered. I was pressured to accept it “as is” so the warranty could be activated, with promises it would be repaired.
The car has never been reliable. It repeatedly wouldn’t start, had long delays before cranking, and spent more time in shops than on the road. Despite major repairs (including a transmission replacement), the original issue was never fixed.
To make matters worse, an in-network shop reported no major issues, but just days later a Jeep dealership found severe engine and cooling system damage. Immediately after that, the warranty denied all coverage, leaving me responsible for a vehicle that was never as advertised.
Carvana sold me a car that was not road-ready, offered no meaningful resolution, and left me financially stuck. I am now pursuing help through the Better Business Bureau and the Georgia Attorney General’s Office.
Extremely disappointing experience. Buyer beware.Jan 13, 2026 -
I had an excellent experience. Everyone there was so welcoming and helpful. They made sure we were taken good care of, offering water constantly. Kai or Kyle, I hope I got his name right, was wonderful. I really recommend you sell your car here. I sold a 2019 Sport Premium Audi for a reasonable price. It was still much higher than CarMax.

This was my second time selling a vehicle to Carvana. Their offer was very competitive compared to other places.
Even so, I ultimately chose to sell to Carvana because of their easy and straightforward process, and overall the experience was excellent. The entire process was smooth and well organized.
There was a small delay because the code-checking device the Carvana representative brought was not working properly, but aside from that, everything went very well.Jan 01, 2026 -
I purchased a vehicle from this location. It was a very easy process.
The vehicle has some issues that I need to get looked at the 7 day drive and return policy isn't as easy for a person like me who has anxiety......
I has issues with registering my vehicle on the tesla app because of issues with how they had my information set up. I couldn't drive my car for almost two day because I couldn't charge it.
Now I'm having issues receiving my license plates because they didn't have the correct information somehow.
I regret purchasing vehicles from this company and urge anyone who is thinking of purchasing a vehicle from this company to do their research.Dec 31, 2025 -
This review is a selling experience ONLY! Here are the reasons for our 5 star rating:
-Very easy online step by step selling process.
-Offer within minutes (Offer has a 7 day expiration period)
-After offer acceptance they can electronically pay or a paper check.
-A courtesy call an hour prior to pick up
Ms. Victoria was the operator that came to pick up the vehicle and amazing. She was very friendly and pleasant with a nice smile. The whole transaction really felt like a commercial! From the time she arrived until we had checked in hand and the vehicle taken away was about 45 mins or less. Carvana also offered more for the vehicle, than trading it in.
Good Day!Dec 18, 2025 -
Great selection of cars. You take a gamble with getting good customer service. The 7 day 400 mile warranty is a complete joke. No guarantee the service will be completely covered by the warranty. No guarantee the vendor that works on car will have the service started with in the 7 days. If the service is done and covered by the warranty. Its the cheapest parts imaginable. Exchanging cars is a whole different experience. Caravana is the doordash of car sales. It works when you don't have time to go shop for a car. If you trade in a car, and the deal doesn't work out. You don't get your car back. You get the trade in price which it's a problem if you have a back up car handy.

DON’T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!! This review is NOT so much a reflection of the employees at this location, but of Carvana as a whole company. I was in the process of financing a car through Carvana and was asked security questions by one of their loan handlers. The questions I was asked required me to find documents that took some time to find. The lady told me that I had 30 minutes to answer the security questions, but after only 20 minutes she hung up the phone and left me A voicemail saying, I could no longer receive a loan until months later. Even though she spent seven of those 20 minutes telling me to hold while she confirmed if certain questions were needed with her boss. I get so frustrated that I canceled the whole vehicle process. The next morning, I wake up and they’ve pulled the down payment out of my account. I repeatedly called Carvana, waiting on hold for extended periods of time to finally hear that they will process my refund, but it will take half a month to get the money back. Just know Guys if anything Goes wrong while purchasing or financing with Carvana, (which it probably will) they will take your money literally overnight, but when it comes to returning/refunding the money this will probably take half a month or more.

Horrific from the get go....was sold a car that had major issues. Got it off the truck, and 5 minutes into the 1st drrive, the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. Went to their recommended mechanic and was told to return the vehicle because it was unsafe. Clearly the mechanic that performed the 150 point inspection was high or had no clue about cars. We even had to replace a brake light switch the 1st night so I would not get rear ended trying to take the unsafe vehicle to work until we could get a replacement. Thank goodness it was only a $20 part because they do not reimburse for their errors. Now onto car 2 with them that they convinced us to look at and they can't seem to get the registration done and now either myself or my husband has to miss work because they can't call to say they have to push the appointment, they just do it. How do we talk to 3 people between Friday and Saturday about getting the order complete and not a sould says that it cannot be delivered on Sunday but will now have to be Wednesday. Then it got pushed out another week and half. Found a different car, same thing....If you like being screwed over, go with Carvana. If you don't, visit a real dealership.

I love the fact that they had a 2011 Sequoia with 21k miles on it. The delivery process left a little to be desired as they cancelled the first day and pushed it back after I made plans to stay home for the initial delivery appointment. Also, I’m not sure how much they test drive the vehicles before they sell them. Mine had eight year old tires on it with flat spots all over them, so it shaked at speeds 40mph and thus I had to put new tires on it. There was also an oil leak, but they did address that through their warranty so that was great. All in all I knew I was taking a risk with a vehicle that old, and it is generally a great vehicle given the price. The warranty and 7 day trial period make the deal for me and thus I’ll still use them going forward as it beats the heck out of sitting at a dealership for five hours to be upsold on everything.

In my opinion it was too easy. I've bought 2 vehicles in a month. The process was very user friendly. Delivered the cat when they said they would. I also traded in a car on my second purchase. I thought there was going to be more hassle with that. There wasn't. Just as easy as the first time. Everyone should get your next car here. If your car comes with damage on delivery they will make a claim and it gets fixed in a timely manner.

The buying process was an easy and cool experience. What wasn’t cool was as soon as I got my new car on the highway, the low oil light came on. The repair shop has had the car longer than i had it. I had to spend so much extra on ride shares & rental cars so i could get back and forth to work. I don’t know what happened to Carvana but the car I purchased should have never been sold. I don’t know how it passed inspections. Beware of buying a car from Carvana!!!

My experience selling my car to Carvana was very disappointing. They issued an incomplete check as payment, and I had to repeatedly follow up to get it reissued. Even after asking for a reissued check, it wasn’t delivered properly on the first time, forcing me to escalate the issue multiple times before finally receiving payment. The entire process was stressful, working with customer support escalations and I had to wait several days for my money. Based on this ordeal, I do not recommend selling your car to Carvana. Anyone considering this service should be cautious about potential payment delays and risk of payment.

It was a very pleasant experience getting a car with Carvana. I have never brought a car on my own, but since my husband has past I had to do it. When I had my son check it out, he stated I did well and gave it an A I am very pleased with my car and the buying experience.

My car was delivered with heavy damage to the right rear quarter panel. Carvana knew this damage had occurred prior to loading the car on their truck. They should have never delivered the car this way. They then wanted me to take the car to a body shop and get an estimate- I did on my own time- body shop said $3000 in damage. I took the car because they said I had 7 days to return it and I had just returned my rental car because this car was coming. I would be without a car if I denied this car. I decided to return/exchange this car (before the 7 days and miles) because the body shop said it would take 2 weeks to fix it and who knows if the paint would match. I would have to rent a car during this time. Luckily I was able to get to work using the damaged car- they give you up to 7 days and 400 miles to exchange or deny the car. Why should I have to spend my time fixing Carvana's screw up? Anyway, the exchange car was much better and a keeper.

I recently bought a 2023 Buick Encore GX through Carvana and had a great experience. The entire process was smooth and easy. Delivery was right on time, and the drop-off took less than 10 minutes. Signing the final paperwork and getting the keys was fast and hassle-free.
I also traded in my old GMC truck with 307,000 miles on it, and I was just glad they took it. That part alone made things so much easier.
The Buick was just as described online for the most part. There were a couple of small things that weren’t disclosed. The front bumper had some chipped paint, and the back left speaker is blown from the previous owner. I just avoid turning up the bass, which is fine since I don’t really need to in this car. Oh, and the key fob battery was almost dead so the keyless entry was not working the first week until I changed the key battery. They probably knew that.. or did not check.
I am going to complain that they dropped the car off with only a half tank, like c'mon, you can top off the gas. I see why people complain about easy stuff the company can improve on to increase satisfaction.
I absolutely love my new car. It drives great and fits my needs perfectly. I would definitely buy from Carvana again.Sep 28, 2025 -
Not happy with our experience!!! We get there for our appointment after we pushed it out 3 days from when they said the car will be ready and it wasn't. Then we find out the car has more imperfections then they said. We decided to live with it. Now after 2 days of driving it and over the allowed miles because we live over 2hrs away. The vehicle is having issues. What an inconvenience the warranty is! The only in-network service center is 2hrs away with $100 deductible. They definitely didn't go through this vehicle with 150 point inspection. No antifreeze and has cylinder 3 misfire. No good!!!!

The experience was very good. I don't have any complaints about the experience. The young ladies that delivered the car were thorough in explaining the process. They were pleasant and gave me time to ask questions, I really appreciated their great customer service. The only thing I would add is that it would be great if Carvana would do basic maintenance on their cars, such as toping off fluids (brake fluids, transmission fluids, etc.), replacing air filters, and ensuring the breaks are good.
Overall, my experience was very good and I will more than likely purchase from Carvana again.Sep 16, 2025 -
We have bought 4 cars with Carvana in the past dating back to 2014. We were about to buy a 5th, even though we had some reservations, as we have noticed their customer service has gone down hill fast with every car we bought. We should have trusted our instinct. The car we wanted was not represented well in the pics. The interior looked horrible and the pics didn’t show that. There was also more issues with the exterior not documented.
They make you send the deposit before you even see the car in person. So, they have your money. We canceled the purchase due to the issues, and now we will not get our money back for another 2-3 weeks, and that is after we called to find out when we would get refunded. They hadn’t said a thing, and would have held our money until we eventually called.
Buyers beware. They will take your money immediately before seeing a car, but not give it back for weeks. We are done with Carvana!Sep 11, 2025 -
I got into a really bad car accident a few months ago. I travel a lot and have been looking for a hybrid. So when I saw Carvana had a 2018 hybrid with less than 18k miles, I had to jump on it.
The buying process is simple and straightforward. I elected to go to the vending machine for the experience. Although, they would have delivered a day sooner. The staff there is nice. Alondra assisted in making sure all of our paperwork was in order and the car was ready. I had a little bit of a wait for them to finish detailing. I thought they would just drive the car out afterwards. Instead, Alondra, put the car up just for me to do the vending thing.
She asked if I wanted to test drive, explained the return policy, and basically walked away. It doesn’t get any easier to purchase a car. The financing is also just as straightforward. If you know what you’re looking for and don’t need to test a few vehicles, this is an easy buy.Sep 06, 2025 -
I purchased a 2014 Corvette from Carvana in May 2025. Within the 7-day return period, an independent shop inspection noted signs of water intrusion along with other imperfections (dash worse than advertised, slightly leaking shocks, etc.). I was willing to live with those issues because the car was a rare find and some were common for this model year. The water intrusion did not appear severe, and I replaced the windshield at my own expense believing that resolved it.
Unfortunately, additional problems appeared soon after: interior trim pieces coming loose, audio system sounding faulty, and the transmission intermittently popping out of first and second gear. Then, a heavy rain revealed the water leak was still significant despite the windshield replacement. By that point, the 7-day return period had expired.
Carvana refused to take responsibility and referred me to their warranty partner, SilverRock. SilverRock only directed me to small local shops unqualified to work on a high-performance car, and a dealer told me SilverRock would almost certainly deny any claims related to water intrusion or leaks.
When I tried to escalate for a buyback, I got nothing but runaround: repeated transfers, promises of follow-up that never came, and no resolution. Eventually, my only option was to sell the car back to Carvana at a steep loss. Not only did I lose over $10,000 in less than 3 months, Carvana even reduced their final offer by $500 for “cosmetic flaws” that were present when they originally sold me the vehicle. I did not feel it was right to sell the car to an individual buyer knowing it had undisclosed water damage, but I felt less bad returning it to Carvana since they sold it to me this way.
Carvana advertises peace of mind and rigorous inspections. Instead, they sold me a car with undisclosed water damage, denied responsibility, and forced me to absorb a massive financial loss.
Minor Update: After the vehicle was picked up, I contacted customer service (as the pickup employees suggested). Customer service told me there was nothing they could do about the $500 deduction and that I should have negotiated with the delivery drivers. But the drivers had already told me they had no control and to contact support. Yet another example of how absolutely no one at Carvana takes ownership of an issue or provides a straight answer.Sep 05, 2025 -
Carvana was the first place I looked to sell my vehicle. Honestly, I wasted my time checking with other dealers. I checked with 5 others, and none of them came close to what Carvana offered for my car. One dealer offered $5,000 less. Another one offered $3,000 less. None of those other dealers cared about the low mileage and the like new condition my car was in. If you want a fair price for your vehicle without haggling, Carvana is the place to go! Thank you so much! It was a pleasure dealing with you!

I purchased a vehicle last month that I’m really happy with. The buying process at Carvana is seamless and hassle free! The first vehicle that I chose did not meet my needs, so I took advantage of their return policy and Sky was there to help me with the transaction! Sky was so hospitable and polite, and he moved us right on through our exchange! I took the vehicle in for a pre purchase inspection, and it passed—so hopefully I will have this vehicle for years to come. I definitely recommend Carvana for those who do not enjoy the traditional dealership experience.

After 18 loyal years with my old roadster, I finally took the plunge and bought a new car on a total whim from Carvana. Why? Because my last car buying experience felt like an endurance test: endless lot hopping, awkward test drives, and that inevitable price standoff with a salesman and his mysterious manager in the back.
Carvana completely flipped the script. They bought my old car, applied its value to my new ride, and delivered my shiny (used but mint) car right to my driveway on a flatbed truck. Then, they whisked away my roadster like a dignified retirement ceremony. Please join me in a moment of silence for my dear old friend pictured below. We shared years of wild nights, endless adventures, and more than a few questionable decisions together.
Back to my new car, yes, it needed a good detail cleaning and I was not thrilled about replacing the brakes three weeks later (which really should have been covered by their premium coverage plan and I removed a star for that reason). But beyond that? No haggling, no sweaty handshake deals, and no full day wasted. As a woman, I especially appreciated the total absence of any “Are you sure you understand how financing works?” moments — no salesperson (usually a guy but not always) gaslighting in sight.
I set my monthly payment, clicked through the process in about one hour, and did not have to talk to a single human if I did not want to.
It was as painless as buying shoes online, except way more exciting.Jun 28, 2025 -
I’d give zero stars if I could. I spent 41k on a van, within the first drive I noticed it needed a wheel alignment. The about 17 miles into driving the tire pressure malfunction warning showed up and white smoke coming from the exhaust. Then about 15 miles later a warning appeared for over heating. All within 24hours of me receiving the van. They wanted me to take it to get looked at, pay a deductible and pay for a rental that they would reimburse me at a later date. All this happened within the first 2days. I would NOT spend money with them. I used outside financing as well. We were so excited about the van only to be disappointed and time WASTED!

The process was very simple to be able to sell a car. We had a 2014 Mustang with fairly high mileage and wanted to sell it easily. The Carvana offer aligned with what we were expecting. Once we accepted the offer they came the next day and quickly took the vehicle away. We actually received electronic payment the next day. It was one of the easiest things I’ve ever done.

I had the best car buying experience with Carvana! I have sold and now purchased a car using their service. It is the easiest car buying experience ever! I had an awesome service rep named Brittany Askew at the Atlanta, GA location. She was very detailed with walking me through the process and enthused for my purchased. I love how personable she was and it went a long way because after today my partner and I have agreed to only purchasing uses vehicles from Carvana moving forward. They have great coverage for buyers which displays their confidence in the vehicles which they offer to customers to purchase. Overall I’m very impressed with my experience and look forward to working with Carvana in the future.

My experience was excellent from beginning to the end. I got my Car on 7/9/22. My registration was complete by 7/22/22. My tag and registration card were delivered on 8/1/22. The car is great. They offer a 7-day period to drive the car and if you do not like it you can return it.
I think people just want to complain about things to be honest. I have several other friends that have purchased from Carvana as well and have had absolutely NO ISSUES. How can you all say a car is stolen Or the car can’t be registered? Do you not see the FREE CARFAX REPORT link on their website for EVERY VEHICLE? You can also do your own VIN check as well if youre skeptical.
Anyway, thanks Carvana! My car buying experience was seamless.Aug 09, 2022
