I didn’t catch his name because I’m deaf as heck, but the man with the pink hair was helpful and I really appreciate him helping me get to my parents’ car after an accident. The environment is definitely stressful and leads to temper flares but he was very patient and able to get things ironed out quickly.
We’re called to accident by Brookhaven PD. Tried to force me to take my car to his buddies body shop so he could get a kickback. Had to say no 5 times. When arrived at my body shop he doubled the price, charged mileage AND a credit card fee. THEY’RE THIEVES!
CJ rescued us from blocking traffic on Clairmont after our car died. He delivered us and our car to our home with courtesy and professionalism. Handled our car with care which is all you can hope for when having your car towed.

Horrible experience. The girl there showed pictures of the inside of my nephew's car and lied as to what happened. He died in a car accident and the family was already traumatized. She led our family to believe the car was covered in brain matter, but none of that was true. She should not show pictures or speak on anyone's death and the condition of the body.
The worst over priced 228 hook up fee is insane 4 dollars a mile strong arm robbery at it's best.use someone else if possible how do you charge difference price according to the city sounds fishy to me
The experience was easy and straightforward. The lady with blonde hair was very pleasant and professional. She made the transition fast. Nothing was taken from the truck, but the police impound fees after a accident how the police move your car off the highway so quickly is a little steep. Brown and Brown fees are normal and affordable.
Terrible service. Towing companies need more strict regualtations on how to run an honest busniess, because this establishment is not it. A terrible attitude isn't going to get you into the Kingdom of Heaven ladies.
I had a run in with B&B when I had gotten my car stuck in the mud back in mid September of this year. We had called non-emergency and they sent a Brookhaven police officer to take a look. He called Brown and Brown. The tow operator was very friendly and was understanding of my situation. The cost came out to $150 to pull it out of the mud. Which I think is a reasonable cost for someone who had made a very dumb move just like I had. I was even able to talk to the tow operator and the dispatcher in just normal conversation. They did a brilliant job!
Brandon, Truck 93 was simply amazing. From the minute he pulled up on a precarious spot on I-85 he was concerned with my safety and getting me home seamlessly. I have to say, he is my 2024 customer service winner. Not only did he go over the top doing his job, he was so kind and helpful. Plus, the dispatcher was incredible!
. Use any other towing company if at all possible. I would give them a zero stars if I could. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. The woman who runs the desk needs training in critical thinking skills.
**Check your receipt.*** They have FAKE fees. There was a fee for Dunwoody Police Department for $195.00. Called the Police Department and they do not charge or collect any money from Brown & Brown. Police Dept looked into the incident and ended up getting the money back. Poor business ethics. Also had some other questionable fees listed too. If they tow 10 cars a day @ 195 fake fees that over $700,000. For NOTHING but to pad their pockets. You guys are wrong for taking advantage of people like this.
These people are awful. They will take you for every penny. I called the police and they did nothing. Later I found out they work with the police and they think this gives them carte Blanche to behave like criminals. Stay as far away as you can from this place. I pray for these people living such a miserable existence and god help you if you have the misfortune of dealing with these lost souls.

I had a break down that impeded traffic so i called my own insurance company to get it towed, which was about an hour, someone in the mean time called the cops without my knowledge and told me that they needed the car moved asap and which ever one gets here first will handle it and the tow would be free. Which was false

I had already planned a place to take it to get it fixed, i request the driver he’d take it there an he told me $175 a mile @ 4 miles ($700) so i asked if he could move it to the parking lot so i could have my company handle it and the driver said $175 to drop and move it 5 ft… but somehow it was just $175 to bring it to their impound lot @ 13 miles… make it make sense.
So of course i brought it there.
My break down was at night on the way back to the hospital from picking up dinner for my wife cause we just had a baby.
They charged me an over night storage fee of $33 so $208 total.
I needed the car towed down the street literally and the lady told me $125 so $333 cash only total to move it 5ft ( this lady was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional, i don’t know how she got a job ). I wish i got her name but if you go there, you’ll be able to tell.
Lucky i had the blessing of her not being there when i got back and had the pleasure of Jada helping me, i explained to her the situation and she gave me the tow for free as a gift for the baby which was greatly appreciated.
I only people here that were nice was the forklift driver that brought my car to the shop (tipped $25) and Jada.
The other 2, completely ignorant, disrespectful, and a complete lack of care for people who actually need help.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE COMPANY ON ANY STANDARD OF BUSINESS AND THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR HOW THEY OPERATE AND NOT USED BY DEKALB COUNTY POLICE.

The worst customer service I ever seen. Lady in front desk didn’t even bother to look through my documents. More focus on watching her program on her TV that she had there set up. Plus they told me they can’t tow my car I had to get other company. I was discriminated due to my race.
Staff members were completely unprofessional and were yelling and cussing. No information about it being cash only or how much would be owed until we got there. They were also rude on the phone before hand. It took us 20 minutes to get the car as they kept bickering and paying no attention when trying to hand them things and pay them.
They lied and told me to get sum paperwork from the tag office. When I got to the tag office she said all I need is the registration. Which I told her it was in the car already. This company is the worst tow company there is.

Called to verify charges on a vehicle... was given a price and told $33 more for the next day.. The insurance said the same thing... We dispatched a tow truck and when we got there, we were hit with a $125 admin fee for the 3rd day. When I spoke to Danielle, I asked her why no one told us that yesterday? and she didn't know...she said she told the insurance company but I called them ... they never told the insurance co. I asked what can I do, would they take a c card over the phone.?.. no... I got upset, I can't understand how all of the sudden these charges are added when no one told us. She told me not to have an attitude. I explained, I was merely upset... I made all of the calls to verify... charges, will they take our check... do they need a heads up... it was never mentioned that on the 3rd day charges change.. Then she rudely said " why didn't you come yesterday?" I replied because the Tow driver's wife was in the hospital... Well she refused to help me... refused to take responsibility for the wrong info. The insurance called she told them same thing. I called the tow truck driver and he said he had the cash to pay the difference... but now she won't take my check.... They just said they would yesterday... She said she didn't know if I was on the list to accept checks. Well someone approved it yesterday and I have written 16 checks to them over the past couple of years... I asked for a manager.. the manager was out of town til next week... and she is the one who verifies who they can accept checks from. The tow driver asked if she would take his check and he said yes. Meanwhile I asked if anyone else was there to talk to and she said no.. My driver said he was going to come back and then she said she wouldn't take his check either. Cash only..... So now... my $436 dollar bill went to a $627 bill plus a dry run on a tow... She had such an attitude... she even threaten me with not letting me have the vehicle. I have never had issues with Brown and Brown... if you get Danielle ask for someone else. She will make your life miserable if she wants to. It was an absolute horrible experience. I am surprised we were able to get the car today.

Picked up my car without having any conversation with me after an accident. Did not give me any information and how to contact them or find my car. They charges 401 dollars for towing my car and the person I spoke to was rude! Also makes no sense that they request cash only!
after the accident, they took my car without even asking me if there was any shop that i wanted it to take it to. come to find out it was LITERALLY less than quarter mile away which probably took them less than a minute. i was left on the road to get a ride myself and when i went to their yard in less than an hr to get my personal things which i forgot to take they told me i couldn't until they know who's going to pay for the service(which they volunteered for). after getting things settled between work when i called after 2days, they charged me $335 for the less than a minute towing service amd $25/day storage fee. on top of that they only take CASH. AND only EXACT AMOUNT. if you have more, they don't give any change. let me correct that, they don't "have any change" which is absolute nonsense to me when they take in CASH all day long, how do they not have any change to give. good thing i called and asked how much it was if not i would've gone without cash and when i went i had $10 more in $20 bills. i had to go back and get the EXACT change.
by far the most incovenient "business" place i've been to and got ripped off big time.

Broker my driver side mirror will driving on hwy 78 I call the dispatch to let her know about it The lady told me the manager was going to see the cámara And they where going to call me back. This never happened. I call later on at 9 pm to see if the manager was able to see the cámara. But apparently they don’t care. And a have a booking mirror next time I will the the police to make a police report. Hit and run. Bad brown & brown wrecker services.
The worst experience. The two ladies were extremely rude, nasty and condescending to me and my husband. Took everything in me not to curse them out. Showed such a high level of racism to us. I hope and pray your loved one is not involved in a car accident and in ICU. I hope and pray this business is shut down.
They were very professional and helpful at the accident scene. They had my vehicle in a fenced-in secure lot until we had it moved. The office staff was very thorough when it came ID and proof of Ownership before being escorted to my vehicle.
They were amazing. Super helpful and professional. The lady behind the front desk was extremely knowledgeable about everything pertaining to my car wreck (insurance protocols, places to take my car, helpful tips, knowledge of other companies’ services like dealerships and AAA, etc). Donte took me to my car and spoke with me for probably 20 minutes about my options. He was incredible and so kind. Overall, they eased my stress so much. They were so friendly and helpful. While it was pretty pricey ($275), it was worth it, as they made all of the other steps easier for me too. Thank you guys!!
I don't know who owns this company but one of their drivers almost ran myself and my wife into an 18 wheeler on 285. They did not use a turn signal nor did they stop coming into our lane knowing we were there - they layed on their horn as if we had anywhere to move - then yelled out their window at us. EXTREMELY dangerous and unprofessional. The license plate was EHX652 picture after we caught back up to them
