They have always been amazing to work with!! Anytime we’ve needed a tow, they have been extremely responsive. Recently had them do some repairs. They have been extremely patient, professional and communication on point throughout. Highly recommended!

What a fantastic experience. Unfortunately, my beautiful golf cart seems to have a talent for breaking down, and I was told to call GoTow hands down the best decision I could’ve made. They picked up my cart late in the afternoon, called me the very next morning to explain the issue, got my approval to fix it, and promptly dropped it back off. The customer service is a solid 10/10, and I won’t trust anyone else with my golf cart again. Thank you, GoTow!

Responsive, courteous, and fast! Called in for a tow because of a stranded cart with dead batteries on a holiday, it was picked up and delivered to my house much faster than I could have ever imagined. A wonderful service.

This place is amazing. It's so refreshing to see a company perfect a business model, and GoTow has done it. Unlimited tows (perfect for a teenager in an old cart!) and the way they nailed our 36 point inspection to repair some minor things and get us back to having a working cart was so easy and affordable. Highly recommend GoTow, roadside assistance for golf carts. I have been a customer for years and have required their services numerous times. For a very reasonable annual fee you receive peace of mind on the cart paths. I have requested GoTow’s help in the day, the night, and on weekends (including Sunday). They are always very quick to respond to communications and to my broken down golf cart. They are friendly and professional and follow your instructions (what to do with your cart). My most recent experience was on a Sunday at dusk immobilized in the middle of the cart paths. It was locked up and couldn’t be pushed out of the path. I reported it to GoTow expecting to have it picked up Monday. They went out that night and delivered it to repair shop I requested. If you have a golf cart you’ll be glad you have this service. I have definitely used this service more than I expected and I’m grateful they exist. Thanks GoTow!

Called and left messages 4 times when our cart needed towed. No one called us back. If they couldn't get it, a courtesy call would have been appreciated.

Hands down one of the best places to buy a new or used golf cart from. Their customer service was 100% & then some! Having purchased golf cart from other cart store & being a women I was taken advantage of big time. Look around if you feel the need but know they will give you the best price & best service. The rescue membership gives peace of mind when dealing with range anxiety around PTC and for a great price. GoTow came highly recommended from a neighbor and I can definitely say I pass on the recommendation. This is a small family shop that deserves a lot more recognition in the area!

Go tow is the BEST place to go if you ever need a tow or repair!! They took care of all my needs right away! Amy was honest and explained everything that was wrong .... no hidden costs... ! When completed they offered to deliver it to me. I just love this company and will never go anywhere else for the care of my golf cart and you shouldn't either!!!

We have a Club Car that began to act up just before Christmas. We called GoTow thinking this would be a simple and quick repair since we could smell a cable getting hot. They quickly picked up our cart and replaced the cable that was overheating. Unfortunately for us they found the real cause of the issue. The aftermarket controller had decided to malfunction and over charge the cables causing the over heat. GoTow suggested we inspect the motor to confirm it was still working properly (we agreed) and the motor was fine. While GoTow ordered a new controller for us it did take some time for the new part to show up. Outside of any of our control the first controller that was received malfunctioned out of the box. GoTow stayed on the manufacturer to get the controller replaced and sent to us. The whole ordeal did take some time to rectify but I must say, everyone I spoke with at GoTow when I called were all on the same page with getting us our cart back and working properly. I am pleased to say they have earned a customer for life! Through no cause of their own or from us as the cart owners, they worked tirelessly to make sure we were taken care of. Go Tow, owned and operated by Amy and Greg has the cleanest, best golf cart shop we have seen! If you break down they tow your cart in for repair! Also, they can customize it, put custom made wind covers around it, rent a cart to you or sell you a new, modern cart!

Amazing people. Friendly on the phone. Quick to help. They picked up my golf cart from a parking lot, fixed it up and brought it back in less than 2 hours. They also offered to fix another issue with the cart that was badly needed. I’m beyond impressed and 100% satisfied. Thanks Gotow. At it again. Cart blew a tire. They were able to pick it up same day and get a couple new tires on and delivered to my home. Someone volunteered to stay later to get it done and get the cart back to me so I could have it before the weekend. Impressed again. Excellent service. Thanks!

My golf cart is old, so old. It came out sometime between the time people were using chariots and the Model-T. I took it to Peachtree City Golf Carts and they "worked on it" for months. Then, charged me $1200. It worked for a day and then quit on us. We called Go-Tow, and they came and picked it up and had a look at it. Within 3 weeks, they had the issues corrected and it was ready to go. The whole time they had the golf cart, they were communicative and honest and upfront about it all. I will never go anywhere but Go-Tow. I am so pleased that there are still businesses that are sincerely friendly and professional.

David at Go Tow clearly knows what world class customer service is. I caused an issue while paying my annual membership fee, so I called Go Tow to resolve it. David was in the process of driving to the office, and does not work in the accounting side of the business. Nonetheless, he interrupted his drive in to the office in order to pull over so he could listen and take detailed notes. He took time to gather all of my details, and gave me great confidence that he would get the issue into the right hands upon him getting to the office. Although I have been a member for years, and will continue to be, because the membership is more than worth it; I am now even more confident in my membership knowing that I support a small business in our community that has such caring and service.

Go Tow for the win. Needed to replace the headlamps on my old reliable golf cart. They came to pick it up the same day I called and kept me informed of estimates, parts and labor. They dropped it off as quickly as I paid for the work. Highly recommend. Their customer service is top notch with text messages as well.

GoTow has always been a great partner to our family. We have had their subscription towing service ever since we moved to PTC years ago, and whenever we called, they were great to work with - kind, prompt and professional. I didn't know they offered repairs until we had to call them on the way home from a different local repair shop - the cart died within a mile of the repair. They picked up the cart right away and performed the proper repairs for a reasonable price. They have my loyalty.

I have to say I was very impressed with GoTow over the weekend. As a new (used) golf cart owner, I was unprepared for my golf cart suddenly shutting off going full speed and locking up the brakes 3 miles from my house. A quick call to GoTow meant that I didn't have to worry about how to get my golf cart home. I also had GoTow take the cart back to the shop to determine the issue. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue for a reasonable price. Now, I have the peace of mind that any golf cart issue I have will be taken care of by GoTow.

My neighbor told me about GoTow when I asked him to help me recover my golf cart. I called them immediately, signed up for the plan, my cart was recovered shortly afterwards and taken to their shop. It was repaired their first business day and returned to me within 1/2 hour of paying my invoice online. Great experience.

I was very happy with the service that Go Tow offered!! They promptly came to my farm to pick up the golf cart, diagnosed the issue as a computer problem, called me with options, and repaired it with the least expensive option! I explained that I would be going out of town, and would pick it up when we returned, but they finished it so quickly they were able to deliver it back the next day. It is only $30 pick up / delivery each way, so it was inexpensive and a fantastic time saver for us. Great transparency, awesome service, and would recommend this company!

We recently signed up for the Emergency tow service. We also had them do an inspection and a few repairs, which were done quickly and correctly! Amy was very helpful, courteous and informative! I would recommend Go Tow for all your golf cart needs.

If any of my PTC friends are thinking of purchasing a new golf cart, we highly recommend a Vcart from GoTow Rescue, Repair & Sales We had ours delivered yesterday, brand new, lifted, fully loaded, indicators, fold down back seat with cooler, front and back lights, seatbelts, extended roof, storage at the front, lockable glove boxes, 6 drink holders and a fantastic soundbar with a light show. Has one Lithium battery with an onboard charger. Dashboard panel tells you your speed, battery level, if lights are on and how far you have traveled. They also do trade ins if you have a cart you no longer want. Purchase was a breeze, we got to order the body color and seat color we wanted. We’ve been using GoTow breakdown service for years, so it was great to buy from someone we trusted. Run don’t walk to GoTow.

We are new to Peachtree City and discovered quickly the folklore about golf carts an understatement!! Being rookies to this world, it didn’t take long to run our golf cart battery down to beyond nothing leaving us stranded..noticed a GoTow truck on the way home from work, called them and Amy, who must be a direct descendant of Mother Theresa handled things Seamlessly and awesomely and Boom! We had our cart back…fast forward one week..grandson wrecks the cart..Amy to the rescue!! A day and a half later, cart back and the world is a better place…awesome service, professionalism beyond reproach and the membership step is absolutely brilliant!! You need look anywhere else for golf cart repair or service!!

My tire blew out, so I called a local golf cart service that I've used twice before and was happy with. They couldn't make it out to pick it up, so they recommended Go Tow. You just know they're a good company if their rivals recommend them. Anyway, I ended up replacing all four worn out tires for new ones, and was expecting to have to wait until after the weekend to get it back. I got it back the next day, and couldn't be happier. It was a fair price to boot. They offer what's essentially AAA service for golf carts, which is a great peace of mind type of thing to have. Still blows my mind how the other company recommended them, because Go Tow replaced them for anything else I'll need in the future.

GoTow Rescue and Repair has saved me once again, but this time with the care of the new owners. Kevin, the previous owner, was amazing with his service, and I would absolutely say the same thing with Greg, the new owner!! He for sure was a gentleman to talk to, clear and precise, and he was prompt to arrive! He and his son were honest and diligent in taking care of my golf cart, with the diagnosis, and its repair. They received my call late in the evening and they were able to take care of everything and have the golf cart delivered to my house the following day before noon!! To top it all off, total amount charged was reasonable! I am all for having the piece of mind, and if you also want having no worries while driving your golf cart around Peachtree City, have trust in Greg and GoTow Rescue and Repair!
