We have used them for many years. Always professional and prompt either when calling for pick up or when they arrive to pick up our waste oil and filters.
I love this company!!!!! Out of ALL people/businesses I work with, Universal is the only one that just shows up when they're suppose to. And all their staff is always so pleasant and kind!!!!!!!!
UES has been a valued partner with my current company for the last 6 years. Are they perfect? No. But they're as close to it as I've seen from any vendor in their industry. Blows their competition out of the water. Even when they're wrong or make a mistake, they're upfront about it and fix it. They are the most customer-centric used oil collector I have experienced in my nearly 10 years with TBC, and nearly 20 years in the environmental/waste field. If you're lucky enough to be in their service footprint, I doubt you'll find better.
Here I am again. Wish I could once again give no stars. This time is about the recycling pick ups. We have been back and forth with them and it’s always me that’s wrong. Once again they didn’t pick up the recycling bin. But funny they did two weeks ago. I’m just tired of the back and forth. The last time we had this issue my husband put it in his phone calendar so we wouldn’t mess it us. So two weeks ago they picked up. But this week. Wasn’t our bi week?????
