The older man in charge was extremely rude for no reason. I asked one simple question and he was super condescending and arrogant. I have been a resident of PTC for years, and used this facility since I was young and never have I been treated that way. Do better!
The older gentleman in charge is quite arrogant and rude. Hopefully this organization will make a change in personnel. I’d rather my recycling go to the landfill than have another interaction with him.
Absolutely ridiculous that it is only open to PTC residents. The bald man with glasses sitting under the tent was incredibly rude. Just because I live in Fayetteville I can’t drop off some boxes. I guess the earth is going to be more cluttered since PTC is too snobby and won’t let other residents recycle. Absolutely absurd. They need to get it together.
As a Fayette County resident.loved recycling here for over 20 years. Just found out only open to PTC RESIDENTS. How disappointing that the County and PTC can’t coordinate to serve the county residents as well. I would be willing to pay a small fee. Let’s get creative!
The people who work here are very polite. As soon as they see you coming they come to help you unload. I wanted to give them a tip; but they didn’t accept it. He said, we can’t do that. God bless them.
I did my community service here. Pleasant as it could be, kind supervisors. Great service for the city :) please recycle here! The volunteers are happy to help.
