Great customer service and they have everything we needed at the right price to get all of the dealership jobs done. The manager, Russell, is a solid dude and takes pride in what he does!
A local Ford dealer gave me their number because it showed they had an item in stock that the dealership did not. I called and got passed around to 3 different locations before they transferred me to the correct store. I asked if they could check to make sure the item was in stock. Sheila took my name and phone number down and that was the last i ever heard from her. 3.5 days later i call them and speak to someone else (after again getting transferred to numerous stores) The gentleman goes and puts his hands on the item and comes back to the phone to tell me so. I go get my credit card to pay for it and he tells me the part is a little less than double the price of even the Ford dealership and they WONT price match anything (Dealership list price was $122 and THEIR price was $185 not including shipping or tax either) Safe to say i took my business elsewhere. I found one for $5 over list on Amazon. Not much to say other than the customer service wasnt very good and their prices were at borderline gouging levels. Hopefully they treat other people better.
I did not go inside my boyfriend went in to check on a part Unfortunately they did not have the part we needed but they were friendly and courteous gave us suggestions
Trisha B. was phenomenal with her customer service!!! I called asking about an issue with my converter thinking I may have to replace the entire part. Luckily, Trisha let me know of a better first option saving me hundreds of dollars. I would always choose to call this company first with my parts because they actually care about your issue first VS. selling you a random part just because. How you treat people go a heck of a lot further than cost EVERY TIME!
