I got a diagnostic from Tower and they helped me address the issues with my car. I’ve started the process of repairing the parts needed and they’ve been GREAT. It feels good to go to a repair shop a not feel taken advantage of. Complete professionals who work with you and not a company who seeks to rip you off. I’ll be back to address the rest of my car problems going forward.

I called Thursday for a quote on a muffler swap, was told to come in Friday so I did. Got there Friday and was told no one could help me and I’d have to come back tomorrow, I go back Saturday and they say the same thing and to come back Tuesday. I show up Tuesday and they take my key and make me sit in the waiting room for 2 hours for a quote they never ended up doing. So I leave and make another appointment for today(Wednesday). I show up today and they have the audacity to quote me $1200 for a muffler swap!! Wasted 4 days of my life and many pointless trips to their shop all for them to give me an outrageous quote. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone who wants more than an oil change done.

Previously left a good review but had to delete and change because I was charged $111 to change a spark plug. I happened to have another misfire today in cylinder 3 after getting the coil and spark plug for it replaced on November 13th at Tower Auto. I decided this time to replace myself only to find the original spark plug had not been replaced.

Tower Auto did a great job repairing my car after it had experienced a minor accident that had damaged the right front tire plus some undercarriage parts. I've depended on Tower to keep both of my cars running in great shape for over 10 years.

These guys are top notch, I had a rattling that was progressively getting worse on my Miata to which I thought was control arms, or suspension related. I went into the shop and it turns out I had a metal skid plate that was missing some bolts. They secured it back at no charge and got me out of there in less than 30 minutes.

When I brought my truck in for a brake squeak, I fully expected a significant repair bill. INSTEAD, the team called to let me know that EVERYTHING LOOKED FINE, with only a couple of items to keep an eye on. They could have easily recommended an unnecessary repair, but their HONESTY IS UNMATCHED. The staff is consistently kind and thoughtful, and their integrity is what really stands out. I'm grateful to have a trustworthy mechanic in our area.

They have done work on my elderly father’s vehicle. I then asked them to urgently tend to my daughter’s vehicle from FL when she evacuated for a hurricane. And I have switched to them for my vehicle. In all cases, I have found them trustworthy and quality workmanship. I am very pleased with them. Great shop!

Tower is the best shop around. Fast turnaround, excellent work. The people there are all incredibly nice and they offer amazing transparency in the quoting process.

I have been going to Tower Auto the last couple months since every other place tends to offer services not necessarily needed, or inflates the prices beyond what was normal or reasonable. Let me tell you, this is the place to go. The staff is so so friendly, even when they are super swamped with other customers. They always do an outstanding job (and go above and beyond) for any service you need, big or small. The prices are much better than anywhere else I’ve been to in town. The worth ethic is unmatched and I will be using you guys for any problems in the future! Thank you for your dedication and kind attitude, it will not be forgotten. I moved to Dawsonville recently and was told by a friend to go to Tower for anything car repair!! He was so right!!! I got in a pickle and couldn’t even crank my car and they came to me .5 miles away they took it to their shop and a few hours later it was good to go The guys were so polite and professional They now have a customer for life !!!

Came here today (Saturday) 30 minutes before they closed with battery and connection issues. Not only were they more than happy to stay late to make sure I could leave with my car today but they knew exactly what needed to be fixed within seconds of looking at my car. Quality work at a very fair price and the staff was the cherry on top. Very generous and kind and even went so far as to explain to me exactly what was wrong, how they were fixing it and steps I could do on my own to prevent the problem from happening again. They definitely earned my families business for life. Also they’ve got about 10 American flags outside their shop so you know their priorities are in line:)

The showroom and the entire place were very clean and well-kept, which made the visit even more pleasant. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their business. Highly recommend!

I only have great things to share about this place! When I first came in, I was having the worst time finding someone that would assist with a repair and work with my extended warranty to fix it. I dealt with 4 shops that would not assist with a warranty or had ghosted me. Although the process was awful with the warranty company, the employees at Tower Auto Repair were so patient and worked with me every step of the way with quick updates until it was resolved (especially as my patience ran thin with the warranty people). Once it was worked out, they repaired my Jeep and checked up several times to make sure everything was still going well even months later. I recently needed an alignment and knew they were the first people I would call and once again I was impressed. They are some of the most friendly, patient, and knowledgeable people. They don't push for any service and always check in with you after any fix. I would highly recommend this auto shop and thank you for being different from the rest!

What a great experience from the start. After having two tires mounted on my car at a franchise place in Dawsonville they couldn’t balance either wheel and my alignment was extremely off when I reinstalled the wheels. Josh and his team took great care of my car! Had both front wheels rebalanced and 4 wheel alignment done. If you have a higher end car they will do it right! My Mercedes SL has never driven better!

I have never met a mechanic that was not only kind and funny but FAST AND AMAZING! I just moved up here and tried other mechanics but everyone treated me like an idiot because i am a woman but NOT Towers!!! Josh, Tristin and Dustin are the absolute best!! I grew up with a mechanic and thought no one would compare but wow they do! I came in desperate for help and they came to the rescue even though they were closing! I definitely found my new mechanic shop and recommended them for everything!! Thank you Towers. Needed to get my 2004 Hummer serviced as I have never had any of the fluids changed before and I also decided to get a tuneup. They did a diagnostic check and found out. I had an exhaust problem. they let me know what was going on and what everything would cost. In two days, they had everything completed and did a wonderful job.

Called them about my headlights all of a sudden not working. They told me to come right over, and they inspected my vehicle and fixed the issue for free. It turns out it was just a loose bolt...but they didn't even charge me for labor. I was very impressed, and will definitely use them again in the future.

Tower Auto was highly recommended to me, and now as a customer, I can understand why. Josh and the guys in the shop are very knowledgeable, thorough and so respectful. I got updated every step of the way, photos included. That was new for me and something I truly appreciate! Their office / waiting area / restroom were all very clean as well. My wife and I own foreign cars, and we've discovered that not every mechanic is certified to work on them, which has made maintenance slightly more challenging. We are so grateful to have found Tower, simply because we don't have to worry who's under the hood. We also really enjoy that the diagnostic report and quote arrive via text. Super helpful and convenient.

I always receive prompt & professional service at Tower Automotive! I went to get gas for our 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Straight- 6, to Post a For Sale ad on Facebook Market Place. The Jeep has been setting for a month & the check Engine light came on, (GREAT?!?!). Tower got me right in an analyzed & texted me a quote and asked to proceed with the repairs. It was a couple oxygen censors for the Heater. Got it fixed and just put it on the Market! Thank you, Terry Cooksey
