Our antique car had a tire problem that left us stranded on the side of the road at 10:30 AM on this Sunday morning. We called seven tow service companies and even though we read they were open 24 hours, no one answered the phone. We left messages with each one. Then we got to Dawsonville K&K Towing and they answered the phone! The person on the phone told my husband he was going to have a driver call us right back. I was skeptical. Less than five minutes and the driver called us! He said he would be there in 30-35 minutes. Again, I was skeptical. The driver arrived in 35 minutes! Let me just say that Luke was very professional, obviously proficient, punctual, and such a polite young man. I’m completely impressed with this towing company and I highly recommend them. And I will call them first if I ever need a tow again. Thank you Dawsonville K&K! It’s now 1 PM and still not a single return call from any of the other tow companies. That speaks volumes to me about their customer service.

My truck was released to someone they claim was my brother, but they couldn't give me the name of the person to whom my truck was released, and as of right now, my brother doesn't have my truck.An Truck should not have been released to anyone other than me.

The person we spoke to was very unprofessional for a business! Car was towed from shopping center after we worked all day to get car road worth! We were upset, expressing that to driver (upset him more)!! He cussed at my friend for expressing how upset he was and proceeded to call police on him b/c he just simply didn't care about our concerns! Very disappointed in this company as well as Wal-Mart (as I thought Wal-Mart was a safe zone, it's apparently NOT!!) ☹️

It was 4:30 on a Friday and I get a flat. I called two other tow companies they told me. No one is available and the other one told me it would at least be a three hour wait. I cal Dawsonville k&k and he is very understanding. He tells me he can be there in 20 minutes. He came to me in exactly 20 minutes. Very nice and professional. He even helped me to be able to give the tire companies my correct tire size and told me a place that could probably help me even on a Friday at 5;00. I would highly recommend this company!

Absolutely wonderful service! I was broke down in Dawsonville and had to come all the way back home to Blue Ridge and I couldn’t say enough good words about this tow company.

After calling my insurance’s roadside assistance and being on hold, other towing not picking up, or saying it’ll be over an hour, I called K&K and they got to me in 30 minutes. He was super kind and helped me figure out my car!

They are rude it's ridiculous when the Dawson County sheriff's department tells you that they have were the ones that pick the truck up when my best friend's fiance got arrested we're just trying to find his truck and they refused to tell they refuse to admit that they had taken it to their lot or to the impound lot so I would suggest using Barry's towing don't ever use k&k Well I do appreciate the call back to inform us that Dawson County did have the truck but putting the reason why I was told bet y'all had the truck the rudeness is what made me leave this review I've been in business my entire life I'm a lot older than my best friend the way you should have handled it would be no ma'am I don't have his truck it was sent to the impound lot no there's not one on my lot I'm sorry I left you a bad review but when somebody is rude like that when we're just trying to find information out yeah I'm going to leave my impressions on it that's my ride to leave my impression you may have been business long time you may have good business but putting other people's business out there like that that's unacceptable you should have just put know it was told to the Dawson County location that's all that need to be put there for drugs or anything like that that's nobody's business but the person that owns the truck and the person involved trying to find the truck not for everybody that reads reviews on your businessdo you understand why I'm leaving this review back to you yes I appreciate you calling back and let her know that it was in the Dawson County impound lot and that is all you had to say instead of trying to cut her off she was trying to explain to you what location it was that what date it was

Sit on side of road for over four hours, waiting for Roadside Assist. Then I called K&K TOWING. CHAD was there in less than 30 minutes! Highly recommend K&K TOWING!

This gentleman came out for me at about 10 30 last Thursday nite a and took care my vehicle with a flat tire and was very helpful and curious ,so.if you need his service by all means choose k and k dawsonville

After 3 hrs AAA said they couldn't get to me. On the advice of Nakia at Lakeside Auto I gave K&K a call even though it wasn't covered. Chad arrived 20 minutes later. ?????

GREAT Service! We've used their service a couple of times and both have been great experiences. Fast, reliable and professional! We were stranded on a Friday night, in Dawsonville, the first time we used K&K and had called several tow companies and all were 2-4 hour wait times. Thankfully we also called K&K & they were out within 20 minutes and we were on our way. I don't write reviews but for these guys I felt compelled. They are kind and thoughtful as well. Reliability is important when you are stranded. They are there when they say they will be. The 2nd time we used them was today. I called yesterday and scheduled a tow to the dealership for our car that wouldn't start. They came out exactly when they said they would be at our house.... 9am sharp. Just as kind as the first time we used them. Thanks guys!!

K&K was phenomenal. Chad picked up my truck and took it and myself over to the dealer to be repaired, as the repairs were going to be more than that day he waited with me and offered to give me a ride home. He was prompt and responsive and the prices were fair. I fully recommend K&K and will use them again.

Outstanding service. On a trip from Loganville to Dahlonega, my truck overheated stranding us in a parking lot, late on a Saturday afternoon no less! The folks from K and K responded after one phone call, picked up the truck and towed it back to Loganville, leaving it at my mechanic’s shop. The driver even called me to let me know that my vehicle had been dropped off. Outstanding service response and very affordable rate! We used K& K Towing to tow our grandson’s truck. They were extremely helpful and very reasonable. The gentleman that came to tow the truck was very friendly and helpful, using care to load the truck on the flatbed truck. Their rates and professionalism is high quality and I recommend to anyone needing their services. I Myself will use them if needed in the future.

Randy from K & K Towing went above and beyond to help my family when our car broke down and we were stranded. It was a Sunday afternoon, so the auto repair shops were closed. Randy helped us figure out what to do as we were not from the area and just traveling through. He went out of his way to ensure my family was safe and had a plan in place. Thank you K & K. These guys were amazing. I had such a great experience with the brothers. They were both very kind and let me know everything during the initial call. They came and left within minutes. The only complaint was that they were an hour delayed for our appointment. But again, they completely made up for it, with their kindness. Thanks guys!! I will definitely use you again and send others your way.

These guys are awesome. I was told they would arrive in about 45 minutes to an hour. They showed up in 30 minutes. I love a company that actually delivers their promise. Cody is super nice and quick.

Chad Kimbarl assisted me when I locked my keys in the car and was so friendly. Showed up in a timely manner and helped me out tremendously while I was in a struggle. Very professional and much more friendly than any of the other places I called for help! Definitely recommend!!

Great service from Chad today! Very helpful, on time, courteous and even gave me a spare tire/wheel from a car they had at the shop. Can't say enough good things. Feel bad i didn't have any cash on me to tip him but definitely would have. Highly recommend.

After losing our keys in Amicalola Falls State Park, they were the company that responded for roadside assistance. Could not have been more impressed — not only did they arrive 30+ mins AHEAD of the scheduled time, but they got us into the vehicle quickly (to retrieve our belongings) AND dropped us off at the local car rental place (30+ mins away). Hands down, some of the most professional and courteous people I’ve met. I travel a lot and am always grateful for good people who don’t take advantage of people in distress. Thank a lot!

I called this towing service after my car’s transmission decided to fail. My dealership is 31 miles from my driveway. I was amazed with the service. Less than an hour from hanging up the phone they arrived. They brought a truck that allowed my entire car be carried on the bed (versus dragging my car old school). The charge was less than $200! My car was at the service department less than 2 hours after hanging up. These are the good guys! I won’t use anyone else.
