It is never a good day when you shread your dry rotted spare on I-75 at night after already having a blowout earlier in the day and 300 miles from home. Expected to get ripped off and have a hard time, but Slyder's Towing came fast, towed my truck and the trailer I was pulling, dropped me at a hotel for the night and then picked me up the next morning after getting me a new tire. Brought me back to his shop, had great conversation with a super nice person, and he charged me a very reasonable price for tho tow and the new tire. I wouldn't recommend getting stranded on the side of the road and needing a tow, but if it happens to you and Slyder's is in range I highly recommend them.
Broke down on I-75 while towing a 26' travel trailer. The owner came very fast, loaded the truck on a flatbed, then picked up the trailer too! He hauled everything off the road to his yard, where he let us sleep in the trailer! Even gave us an extension cord for all the comforts of the trailer.
The next day, he made sure that we were taken care of with our next step, even contacted other mechanics to help get my truck on the right path to getting fixed. Ended up even giving me a ride to a neighboring city to pick up a rental car.
**He deserves way more than 5 stars for cost and customer service!!
I hope I never have to use a towing service again, but if I do in that area, he'll be the first one I call.

only good thing we can say is the pickup was fast. we were stuck off an exit on 75, we called slyders for a tow to an automotive shop. upon pickup the owner asked where to take us, we named off a few shops, the owner proceeded to highly not recommend any of those repair shops and insisted on taking us to his shop. at the same time we have our 6 year old son and the owner is smoking, blowing smoke to the back seat. we were 800 miles from home and felt like we did not have a choice. the owner proceeded to take us to his “shop” at his house in the middle of nowhere. upon arrival he proceeded to “diagnose” our car, more like guessing. we were told we needed a battery. so i approved a battery change, mind you we have no idea of where we even are. he proceeded to change our battery and guess what, he was wrong and started guessing again. long story short it was our alternator. he proceeded to tell us he couldn’t get one until sometime the next day and we would need to “figure it out” and leave the car there or he could take us to another shop. he proceeded to charge us almost $600 for a battery and tow of less than a few miles and wasted a couple hours that we could of been somewhere else.we wanted out of there and had no choice but to pay. they will take advantage of any situation. would highly not recommend
Needed a tire fixed on Sunday and Timmy not only fixed the tire on his day off,he showed us his very neat shop..ç xxx with Dale Earnhardt collection,also some great deals on good looking vehicles.Thank you Timmy for helping us get back on the road on your day off and for making us feel at home...
I contacted Mr.Slyder. And he and his assistant got me taken care of really fast. They were very nice and helpful. Will use them again if I ever need a tow.
This place is amazing and has great service. Our tire went flat the night before thanksgiving. We gave him a call (really our whole family) at like 3am in the morning. Only place that answered our calls and actually was open. When thanksgiving day came about and we got a tow and a tire for a great price. Again thank you so much!
Caught a horribly nasty flat on our way back home from vacation on Labor Day and we were essentially stranded on the side of I-75. Luckily, we got Timmy’s number from 911 and he was there in 20 minutes and was able to get us to a hotel to sleep in until the next morning. The next morning he towed us to the town over so we could get a new tire and get back on the road as soon as possible. He’s trustworthy, reliable, fast, friendly, and honest. So happy he was there for us during such a scary time. Thank you Timmy!
Timmy hospitality was superb. On our way back from what was an amazing vacation turned out to be such a horrific situation. My family and I experienced an accident where our rental was completely totaled. Thankfully the police called the nearest tow service which happened to be Timmy and I’m so grateful for that. He made sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of from the moment we wrecked until the moment we were able to get back on the road. If you are ever in the area and need a tow service make sure you reach out to Timmy and his crew they will definitely take care of you. We truly appreciate you Timmy !!!
