I've been in the store a couple of times and one of the ladies in there is always so rude if I go back in and she waits on me I'll just turn around and walk out like I did today
O’Reilly Auto Parts really came through when it counted! ?? Even with a big parade going on and half the town shut down, they were open, friendly, and ready to help. The staff went above and beyond trying to track down the part I needed—even though they didn’t have it in stock, they still get major points for effort and attitude. It’s rare to find that kind of service these days. Big thanks to the O’Reilly team for being dependable when it mattered most! ??
We had a problem with our windshield wiper and I believe the guy's name was Chris. He came out and looked at it for us and made sure it was safe. Thank you outstanding service
So My husband and I along with our 7 month old stopped while experiencing some car issues while on the interstate. We are locals to SC so we weren’t familiar with the area. We were met with Robert who helped find a part we needed. None of the local stores had same day delivery. He called a man (Keith) who came up to the store and helped us find the part in a different city. This man drove to that city and returned and replaced this part for us. We were in this store for over 7+ hours. I can’t express enough gratitude to the employees! They could have easily asked us to leave. The manager Jerrica stopped by and checked on us before leaving the store, Assistant Manager Chip was wonderful and my son enjoyed talking back to him! Judy went over and beyond to make us comfortable, offering to warm up our sons bottles, constantly checking on us. This was over very first trip with our baby, and while we didn’t expect to have car issues 5 hours from home, the employees of this store are amazing, kind and patient! I fully recommend this store! And recommend Keith! Thank you from the Bennett Family! ❤️
The men at this store are awesome! My wife had car trouble on her way home to FL on Sunday and the guys called JT, their mobile mechanic to come help. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem and have her back on the road in a couple of hours. Huge thanks to all of them!

Leaving Grantville Georgia experience car trouble where my serpentine belt broke the only auto parts around was O’Reilly’s in adale From where I was it was 11 miles away not knowing the area I proceeded to try to make it and I experienced more trouble all in all I changed out a top island probably a serpentine belt and a radiator but I could not do it without the help of Mr. Van and Adam and the associates of O’Reilly in Adale Very friendly people very helpful and we’ll go out of their way 100% they will go out of their way to make sure if you’re stranded you have the help you need you are a great team Keep up the good work and you will be hearing from me soon Thank you so much Mr. Van and Mr. Adam I made it home to my family thanks to you guys
Stoped in for vehicle specific body anchors. The 1 emloyee that was there was more interested in carrying on a conversation about 20 years and then didn't have the first idea what it was, where it goes or how to find it in the computer. I was reminded why I only pass through Adel.
I was broke down here at the trucks stop on a Sunday they had the part on hand and was happy to deliver it to the truck stop so I could get back on the road a very big thanks for the help
On 4/10 I was traveling to Lawrenceville GA when my Dodge Journey started acting up. I got to Adel GA & was told (by the AAA guy) my issue w/ my vehicle was possibly the alternator so the staff @ O'Reilly's sent a crew member into Tifton to get an alternator for me. Before they did OBIE went against policy to help me & my 10mth old son by pulling out the battery which was located by the wheel well. He tested the battery & charged it up. He then told me about a mechanic he knew & called him & the mechanic said for $50 he would reinstall my battery & change out my alternator. I agreed & the guy came. It turned out the issue was 1 of the battery connectors was nasty & needed to be replaced. Once it was & the battery was back on the alternator was tested & found to be good. OBIE was a true blessing & the whole staff was nice & understanding, inviting & compassionate. I found out OBIE got in trouble for pulling out my battery so I wanted to let people know there are still good people out there that goes above and beyond the call of duty. THANK YOU SO MUCH OBIE!
