Mike's towing transported a car for us. We had no issues, driver arrived on time, actually beat us there. He was professional, patient, and they were more then reasonably priced.
I appreciate how quickly they got to me and they got me back on the road from me having a flat tire. They towed my car to the mechanic shop before the shop closed. I requested them they on 911 call for my car when I got into an accident. I would recommend them to anyone.
I called this company to see if they would tow a truck I bought from Florida to my house on a Sunday. Just from the location of the truck to my house was about 100 miles not including the travel time for the driver to get there or return. They gave me an excellent quote that blew everyone else out of the water. The driver was professional and nice. Had great communication. They let me know when the driver was dispatched, his eta, and when he got close. Answered any questions I had and made sure everything was good before he left. 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone looking to get their vehicle transported.

Been having a a lot of trouble with my car.called Mike's towing and taking to a extremely Nice lady Ms Misty and she cut me a deal on the tow you don't find people like that now a days that try to help you when you're down. Good people at this company and the Man that came was super Nice to!

State Farm texted at 8:41 pm that Mike’s would be sent to get car eta 60-90 mins. At 10:15 pm we get a text to call Mike’s towing. We do and they say they cancelled the tow. They said they cancelled because they couldn’t get there within 30 minutes. They told me to call my insurance company and they will set something up.
Hey we went to Atlanta to the Coca Cola Factory and SeaWorld plus Hard Rock Cafe. This was my first time on a Charter bus. The driving was amazing and we really did enjoy ourselves. The driver was patient and kind.
I was at Wall Mart in Tifton Ga with my friend and she lost her car keys. Mike's was called by her road side assistance and the eta was 60-90 minutes. They were here in less than 30 minutes!! He had her car unlocked in just a few minutes!! Awesome service!!
Horrible service … Will never recommend Mikes towing llc of Moultrie Ga to anyone…. Stay far far away…. My mom called them to the house to start my car because it would not crank and the guy literally came out used a small tool on my battery then said the problem was not the battery and that we would have to take the car to Nissan to have them look at it… well sir you have the tow truck and didn’t even offer to tow the vehicle…. And the only thing that he needed to do was actually leave the tool on my battery get in my Nissan rogue sit down on the driver side put his feet on the brake press down then take the key and prevé it on the start button near the steering wheel and the car would have crank right up.. instead he did nothing.stayed with my car all of five minutes charged my mom $35 dollars for nothing… left her stranded with the vehicle. Myself and the kids had to end our vacation 2 days early to drive from florida back to Georgia so that I can crank up my car…. By the way it only took me all of 2 minutes. We reached out to the company dispatch who told us that she could not get a hold of Mike the owner… we were asking for our money back because no service was performed. She later called us back and said that Mike the owner will not be giving us a refund…. Which is crazy to me because they did absolutely nothing to help us. I came and crank my own car. This is bad business and the owner didn’t even have the decency to speak to us himself…. Very sad…. Just taking peoples money.
Jolly took GREAT CARE of my wife’s car. Took the time to make sure nothing would scrape going onto the flat bed. Followed him to the shop and he followed all of the speed limits and drove with care!
I was stranded as Hurricane Idalia took out my poor car and she had the computers fried. As I live in the middle of nowhere, any place has to come a fair distance to where I live. But Mike's Towing was very prompt, courteous and helpful in getting her secured on my property. Thanks!
This place is terrific!! Needed a jump and Keith showed up 15 min after call. Everybody I talked to were so nice and courteous!!! Highly recommend! Will only use them from now on.
Got stuck in the mud. Ryan came out very quickly and help not only me but also another individual that got stuck as well. Super professional and courteous. Makaylaa was so helpful at the office as I needed to get a receipt in order to get reimbursement from my insurance company.. she even followed up to make sure I received it. Don't hesitate to use these guys for anything!
Well today I managed to lock my keys inside of my trunk. Fun fact about a 2014 Chevy Cruz … there is no button to open the trunk inside of the car so you have to Open it with your key FOB or by pressing a button on the outside trunk , while the car is unlocked . The poor guy that came out managed to get my drivers door open but even though he got one door open my car alarm went off , not allowing him to unlock the other doors or open the trunk. He had to climb into my trunk and use the emergency release In the trunk to open it. They guy was very cool about the whole situation though . Also, they came within 20 minutes. Very fast.
The worst experience ever. This company was dispatched at 600 am. Arrival time. 1035am. Even having someone dispatched in the snow took less time. This was not a rainy day. Clear skies, just a beautiful fall day. The operator originally told us 90 minutes. No callback. My husband had to get back in touch with them and they told us another 90 minutes. Luckily, this was in my driveway, but what if I had been stranded somewhere. This is just negligent behavior.
Call AAA for a tire change in South Thomasville, driver arrived about 40 late on the expected arrival time. Gave the driver the lug nut locking socket, he used an impact wrench to take off the bolt. Couldn't get it off and told me it was rusted out. The cars tires had been rotated in back in October. Got a tow to Walmart auto repair in Thomasville. They confirmed the bolt had been stripped.
Mikes towing company......moultrie ga....Never use this company...the delivered my truck to wrong address to a towing yard instead of the mechanic.....then left my truck unlocked with the window down. Rain flooded the inside of my truck...an the driver who had the mechanics phone number...then gave my keys to a completely different shop.my mechanic called an said he never got my truck....i had to locate my truck on my own....then track down who actually had the keys....i called wrecker company 7 times with no answer ..
With all of this going on it was pouring rain an i had no way to let up Windows to prevent further damage ....the tow company still has not contacted me.....i strongly suggest that you do not use this company very unprofessional and should not have a Aaa permit.
I HIGHLY do not recommend this towing company. I called and requested a tow at 5pm and they never called and told me what was going on. I waited till almost midnight and they never went to pick up my car. I will never use this company ever.
