The yard itself is clean and orderly and a majority of the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with the exception of the fella that deals with copper. He insisted that the #1 grade copper I brought to sell was #2 which lowers the price. Ended up going to their competitor who agreed with me and was more than happy to pay me a fair price. Can't stay I'll never do business with this establishment again just won't be bringing any high dollar materials to them.

I cant say enough good things about this scrap yard. We drove over an hour because all the ones around us are shady. They gave us top dollars and treated us like family. The whole crew is wonderful see ya again soon!

People there were helpful to unload product. Polite, didn't need to ask anyone to assist... They just came on over & started helping.

Pleasure doing business with ScrapNOW. I was pretty inexperienced with the scrap business and was blown away by how much I made on what was just junk yesterday. They were very helpful and educated me on antique window weights, which I would be able to sell elsewhere for way more than they could offer for scrap.
