Outstanding Customer Service! Called this morning looking for seats for my truck. Although they didn’t have the exact ones I needed, the person I spoke to was incredibly polite and quick to help. He even went out of his way to try and find them elsewhere, giving me a name and number to check with. Prices were very fair, and the service was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!

Order a engine and it is bad, number 1 lifter is stuck open, engine is knocking..called them and the warranty dept. had me take video and pictures of the engine, engine codes, heat tabs, and all the other stuff that they wanted..told me that they would send me another engine, we'll it's been over a week and still no engine..so now I have a bay that can't make money because it's tied up with this truck on it and a pissed off customer because he has no ride..I asked who is going to pay the labor for all this testing and installation with all the fluids..they hung up on me..last time using this business for engines and transmissions

This place is a joke..You sign in, pay 2 00 and pull your part...Why pay to go in. You not guaranteed the part works..Go to capital auto parts in Thomasville. They no their stuff..it's clean and they appreciate your business.

This company is terrible about picking up cores. Been waiting since 07/31/2024 for a wheel core to be picked up. they have been called 4 times, last time i called was 08/14/24.

Bought an engine for a Ford Escape but couldn't use it because the car was part of a recall. Kerri went above and beyond customer service by writing an email for me explaining the situation. I was given a full refund! Her outstanding customer service should be commended!

Absolutely terrible service. If I could put zero stars, I would. Last year I ordered a wheel for a Corolla and when I received it it was bent, called and asked for a replacement and the replacement was bent too. Decided to cancel and took weeks for my return check to come in. 2 weeks ago I ordered an engine for a Fusion, a week later I received one and the head had a tear on it so I sent it back, waited another week for the replacement to come in only for them to call me and tell me they lost it.

I arrived before 5PM to pickup and part but I was some how lost in the shuffle and sat outside in my truck for over an hour, mind you I just drove almost 3 hours amidst rain and thunderstorms. I went inside to speak with someone but nobody was present. I finally went to the warehouse where I was helped by a very apologetic and nice warehouse personnel, and received the part I was waiting for. Clear lack of communication between the office personnel and the warehouse personnel. But other than that a alright experience.

Would not buy any interior parts from them again. Seems they price all of their seats the same, regardless of condition, and they don't make the slightest effort to keep them in good shape once they're entered into their inventory. I bought a driver's seat from them for around $180. When I went to pick it up, it had permanent imprints in the vinyl from when they carelessly overtightened some straps to keep it on the pallet. It was also quite dusty, you'd think an expensive seat would have been wrapped up in plastic to keep it clean. Alright, no big deal, the damage isn't that bad and it's still much better than my current seat. After taking a closer look later at home, it was clear that this seat was removed from a vehicle that was infested with German Cockroaches. Everything underneath was covered in webs and insects remains, disgusting. I also found they broke off a plastic trim piece and "fixed" it with a zip tie.

Do not recommend. Found out the wife’s rim was bent which kept causing air to leak from her tire which we needed before we left for vacation. Called CTV on a Monday morning after being referred by the Ford delearship and was told they had 8 available after explaining we needed it before Thursday for our trip and was a time sensitive issue or we would have just ordered it new offline. Was told it would arrive Tuesday around 10 AM and would have to pay in full to get it delivered so we agreed due to the time sensitive issue. Drove over an hour Tuesday afternoon to pick up the wheel and was told it had not been delivered because when it was picked, the wheel was warped, therefore not shipped. (Maybe don’t include warped/faulty parts in the possible listed inventory to get for customers). I was then told to call the following day (Wednesday) around lunch to check on its status after explaining again I needed the wheel for our trip Thursday morning. Called on Wednesday and was then told it had not arrived yet do to whatever reason this time and again I expressed my concern with its arrival issues and what I was told each time. I then called back later Wednesday to make sure it had not been delivered and was then told it “looks like it will be delivered to the store tonight but after hours” and I stated I would be there first thing in the morning to pick it up. Now Thursday morning, the day of our trip, I called once again and was then told it still was not at the location and asked where it was and was told in Pensacola. I expressed my extreme displeasure of it now being 3 days after originally told when it would arrive and then how each day I was told “the next day”. I then requested a full refund and it was granted and then had to take more time and money out of our day to figure out a new plan. Either this place doesn’t know what they are talking about or they just simply lie about it arriving the “next day” each time. I wouldn’t let them pick up rocks out of my yard because they would probably end up being unreliable and screwing that up too. -5 on a scale of 0-10.

Wish the sales rep was more specific about their part pickup policy. Drove two hours up here for a part they said was ready at the Moultrie facility. I arrived to pickup and was told the part would not be available until the next day. This miscommunication has caused a huge inconvenience to me and thrown off my work schedule.

Let me tell you about this place! I broke down directly in front of this business. I go into the office not knowing what to expect and I was quickly greeting by this beautiful woman named Laura. I explained my situation and she went straight to working on a situation for my problem. This girl is sharp and knowledgeable! She realized my transmission was leaking and explained how her company could help me while she was adding fluid to my transmission. She sold me a transmission with a three year warranty and the price was better then any other place I’ve called. Thank you Laura and CTV for everything you do!

Called looking for a sun visor without mirror lights for my 2015 kia soul base model and price was $75.00 I asked why so much and was told all and any parts have a $75.00 minimum. Found one on eBay brand new for 35.00 tho place is a joke.

Thank you to CTV these guy's helped me out of a jam. I've been in the used car business for 30 years and have dealt with lots of parts guys and gals. I needed a specific part for an older vehicle and CTV salesperson Jeremy H went above and beyond to help me out. He took the VIN number and cross referenced the information with the part that CTV had and found the correct part for what I needed. I had already received 2 wrong parts from my local suppliers and the labor bill was adding up. Jeremy found the part and sent it to me quickly. It was correct and operational and my customer is back on the road. Thank you, I will definitely call back when parts are needed.

Drove 2 hrs to come to the wrong described parts, sales man lied to my face to tell me that they where same color not damaged. Then at the location the sales man lied to me that I didn't ask if they where damage. they where damaged and wrong parts, please stay away from this junk yard they are huge liers and extremely rude. We are a a body shop that has been doing business for years with other junk yards such as butler and have never had it this bad.

Friendly counter help. Got my part very quickly for me. The part worked fine... Chevy dash cluster. Make sure you tell them that you're coming so they will pull the part and you don't have to wait 5 hours. They did not make me wait because they could see that I had already called and told them that I'm coming they went and immediately and pulled apart for me...thank you very much

Cvt is the best place to find any part you need. They have a great sales man David Gonzalez who's always helping the Hispanic community and goes an extra mile if u need more help.no many places have bilingual sale professionals great place .

i have purchased 2 engines from these guys. first engine was for a accord, was told we inspect every engine by removing valve cover etc. accord motor was full of sludge had to flush it 2x and replace both vtec solenoids. second was for a jeep, was told motor has 75,000 miles. they sent a different engine, unknown miles no paperwork stating mileage. costing me 4 more days down time again because of their lack of professionalism. very angry with this service!
