Had to get my tahoe towed to a repair shop and using my membership benefits with Life360 requested tow service not knowing who they would send. Smith and Watts Towing and Recovery was selected and not only did he show up but he showed OUT! I wasn't expecting him to show up until later in the day, especially since it was a last minute request and later in the day when I did reach out, so I had ran to town when he called to tell me he had arrived. I told him I had borrowed my son in law's truck and would just meet him at the shop to drop my tahoe and from there would figure out my next step because the shop was not answering and when I got there, there was no one to be found :( I had braced myself for the worst afternoon ever...and to tell my boss I'd either make it to work very late if at all. While sitting there waiting, my phone rang...it was the guy from Smith and Watts telling me to meet him back at my house because... he had my truck running! I can't even put into words how grateful my heart felt for God placing this company and this man in my path! I told him not to go anywhere because I would be there in 2 minutes or less and I would not allow him to leave without a hug and the most sincere "thank you" I could tell him! He never made me feel like I was an inconvenience or as if he had better places to be with more important things to do... I will forever here forward not only recommend this company to each and every soul I come across, but will personally use in any situation that needs their services! When I tell you not all heroes wear capes, trust me they don't, because some come dressed just as every day awesome dudes!!
