These guys sold me a differential that completely fell apart after just three months. It was supposed to have a one-year warranty. When I asked what we were going to do about it, they said, “Bring it back to us.” How am I supposed to bring it if it broke down in another city?
These guys are sneaky and their parts are absolute junk. Don’t ever deal with them.

I bought a transmission they say it was rebuilt new but is not.. is been leaking since day one I replaced 3 times the rear seal still leaking ...is not tight like supposed to it drive like old transmission..

I'm not gonna pay $2000 to take down bring to them and probably they going to give me same transmission same parts.. replace the seal here we go it fix

Five and a half hour drive was worth it! Jim is very helpful and all the employees are friendly and helpful. Bought a engine and it was how it was described, not to mention very fair on the price. Will continue to do business in the future.

Absolute worst service - we called several days in advance to find out if they had the hood in stock we needed and then hours before to advise we were in route. Instead of making sure we were getting a good product we were sold a damaged truck hood and the only solution they had for us was to drive another 6 hour round trip to get a different one (which they clean and inspected - something they should have done to the first one), spend several hundred dollars in gas plus miss a day of work instead of reimbursing us the money that it would cost to repair the damage to the hood which was only $250. Then when I called to tell them how unhappy I was that that was their only solution to the situation the manager hung up the phone in my face. This being after he didn’t even let me really speak - I will drive across the country to get truck parts before I ever buy anything from them again. They do not even deserve a one star rating - if it would let me rate them with negative stars I would
First beyond measure I made the phone call prior to a week before purchasing a motor 1 motor!! From a guy called jim!! At American truckparts! Me hey how are you, JIM IM find an yourself me doing ok Jim how can I help you me I'm looking for a 2012 dd15 Engine can you help me if you guys have any JIM yes I got one ok how much 16,000 ok an it came out a 2015 cascadia but it will work you'll going to have to just change your horniestese ok an it comes with a 120 day or 6 month warranty an if it don't work you have 30 days to return with out any parts missing or 6 months to have any trouble with it anything after that it's on you ok me I'll travel 4 hours to get it in 2days jim ok waiting for ya now I proceeded to get the motor spent15500 brought it bk 4 hours it didn't match up not to mention to him that the motor I seen to purchase wasn't the same motor on the web site when I got there 1 the starter wasn't on it in person but on the picture it was nither was the turbine but being me I gave him the benefit of a good fellow along with the whole crew who began to come into the office so I loaded the Engine brought it bk4 hour an it don't match up 2012 Engine is much different from2015 even with the parts missing ok Jim well if you don't want to exchange parts make it work rig something up in a sence!! bring it bk so I had my uncle who first road with me to purchase the motor take it. Now did not even removing the motor off the crate not a hand laid on the motor 2 weeks later they really didn't want the motor bk so my uncle took it then call me staying they are charging you restock fee I told him I know thinking it shouldn't be but 500 or nothing at all being that Jim knew the motor wouldn't work from jump so I ask my uncle how much he said 10 percent I said 10 percent let me talk to Jim so he gets on the phone why am I being charge 10 percent Jim well my boss said 10 percent I said Jim why you knew the motor wouldn't work I'm its only been 2 weeks I never touch the motor only match it up ok Jim hello hello that's Jim hanging up the phone on me ok I called bk no answer to the office phone so I call again hello may I speak to Jim of course I get forward to voice mail 3 time so I called my uncle phone hello let me talk to Jim ok he is in the bk ok uncle I'll wait 5 min Jim gets the phone hello me Jim are you serious yes my boss charge 10 percent to restock a motor you never laid hands on that I sold you hang up again on me so I called bk Jim really ok you got that one its a good thing I haven't took the motor bk myself an that's on everything I love its a good thing Jim and your boss man so my uncle preceded to leave calling me hey they took 15percent me Jim just told me 10 percent uncle that's wat he told me to me go back let me talk to Jim me Jim you said 10percent why are you taking 15percent 2500 dollers a motor I didn't touch nor use brought it bk cause you knew it didn't work on a2012 with out rigging it up oh well it's 15percent hung up again on me we let me say this carmer is a ×××××!!!this world isn't but so big trust me remember that so my advice ×××× ××× the better business bureau will be apart of thisbi promise
I believe these folks are racist. I didn't know who to ask for. So I waited for someone to ask me do I need any help. No one never did. But white people was coming in after me and got help immediately. So I finally ask the guy a question. And he didn't seem incline with helping me. So I just left.
I couldn't have broken down in a better place. My drive shaft literally apart on the front end and snapped off on the rear side. 6am in the middle of south Georgia with a Volvo, as an owner op, I saw the number piling up. Long story short, they got their own wrecker out to me, had me to their facility and fixed by the afternoon. Fortunately, the repair was limited to the drive line parts, but there's 40 acres of truck parts, all makes and models. This team knows how to work and will get you DONE! I couldn't be happier with their service and their price!!!
