I'm a mobile auto mechanic and I recommend Cumberland used auto parts because of their strive to meet everyone's needs according to what they have and also according to what they don't have. If they don't have the part you need they will direct you to the parts place that does. They definitely have 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

The transmission went out on our van while we were traveling in GA to visit family. The cost to repair was more than the van was worth so I went through the process of selling a less than functional vehicle while 9 hours away from home. The folks at Cumberland answered the phone, gave us a fair offer, were prompt at pickup, and were pleasant to deal with. When other places wouldn't pick up, wouldn't call back, gave an insulting offer (insult to "injury" around Thanksgiving was irritating at best), or would have taken hours of waiting around, Cumberland helped us make the best of an unfortunate situation.

Scott was very friendly and helpful. He found the part I needed right away. Great pricing! Would definitely recommend! I will be going back. He also will make a suggestion where else it is available if he doesn't have the part you may be looking for.

Called for the part I needed. They had it, pulled it, and placed it in the car for me. Everyone was very welcoming and really nice. They took really good care of us! I will definitely come here again!

I don't ever write reviews but for this I had to. I am a student at Southern Poly and needed to find a broken solid metal part for a class. They were more than accommodating and i felt like they went out of their way to help me out. He actually hopped into the loader and went out to break a lower control arm for me. If I ever needed spare parts for cars, I would definitely go back here. Very good business with very good people.

Upon arrival, call or text the number so someone can assist you right away. The friendly staff, Jeffrey and Scott, helped me find the parts I needed and even helped me remove it from the vehicle. The price was unbeatable and I would definitely go there again.

The nicest people at Cumberland used auto parts! I called from out of state and they had the part that I needed, arrived there just before closing part in hand and the price was RIGHT. I will definitely do business with guys again.

First they delivered the wrong parts then they never sent the right parts after being told to call back the next day to get it taken care of. 1 month and at least 15 phone calls later they never got it straightened out nor did they fulfill their promise to pick up the wrong parts and refund the money.

Great friendly service. Employees in the office were helpful in person and on the phone. Not only did they have the part I was looking for when no one else had it locally. The helped me locate another part that they didn’t have with another company.

Please please please I'm begging you don't buy from this place. I bought a transmission from them and the transmission went out I have called them for over a month and the lady Alice kept saying they will give me a call back when the owner comes in. She or the "OWNER" never returned my call. So I had made a complaint to my state office about this company's behavior. Listen if you are a BLACK WOMAN or MAN please buy your parts from another company because this company is rude and they parts don't work well after their "30 day warranty"

I had a really bad experience with this company the 1st time I met them, I bought 2 engines and a transmission. I gave them the information the vin number on the cars that I needed this items they send me the wrong engine and also the transmission that I had from them it was a bad transmission is been 3 weeks and they still have not been able to replace it. I have drove all the way from Macon to Marietta 3 times and still they haven't been able to provide the transmission, they are very unreliable and I will not be doing business here any more. Scott is a nice guy until you actually have to asked for what you paid for and not the wrong engine and the bad transmission they sold me. I have done business with other companies and this one by far is all about the money and no customer satisfaction.

Will not even try to do business with these people any more.. A complete waste of time! 3 times a charm for me.. telling me they have something when they don't. Called on 3 different occasions and made me waste my time traveling and getting there to tell me they didn't have the part out of the vehicle, make me pay up front and then don't receive a call to tel me anything about when it's ready for pick up! I have to hound them and just for them to say they no longer have the part! Unprofessionals all around! I own a dealership and have not had that happen before with any yard.. These guys are small timers and certainly play the part! stay away if you can! good luck!

If you are an African American, DO NOT GO HERE. All if not most employee's in the establishment are racist. If you are down on your luck go McDonough Used Auto Parts.The representative from my banks family owns it. She sent me there and they were amazing! Now lets get to the horrible racist experience. Previous to me arriving, I placed a call to see if the spindle I was looking for was available,it was. I asked would I be able to purchase it upon my arrival, I was also informed yes. The employee must have thought I was a white woman because when I arrived to the yard to make a purchase and I informed her of what I was there for, her entire attitude changed towards me in fact both of the girls attitude changed.Then I began to be informed that I would have to wait anywhere between 4-6 hours because all of the workers were at lunch. After waiting for a while feeling terribly uncomfortable and seeing numerous roaches, I received my part. During the time of the purchase I was not made aware of their policy if the part does not have a yellow marking it can not be returned. It was not printed on the receipt nor made visible in plain sight in the trailer office.After taking the part home and taking it to my mechanic, the part was no good. I then placed a call, asking if I would be able to return the part. I was informed I could, at no point during the phone call was "their return policy" stated or made reference too. I return to the yard to have the same rude racist women exude the same ill disgusting racist behavior tell me that the part can not be returned because it does not have their marking. I proceeded to explain that there was never a yellow marking on the part. I asked her could it have dissolved during the movement of parts when attempting to see if it worked, the staff informed me NO. Which means that the marking was never on there because they knew the part was bad. They tried to say that I could have took the part and switched it. Which is no way in hell likely because I spend $50 bi weekly keeping my nails maintained, so I would not even want to touch a greasy dirty car part. Thank God, I paid with my card and obtained a copy of my receipt which only made reference electronic returns, which mine was not. I called my bank and the charge was disputed and I received my money. In the end, you want a honest auto part salvage yard to go to, this is not the location. THEY ARE RACIST, THEY SELL BAD AUTO PARTS, MOST OF THE CARS THERE HAVE BEEN STOLEN OFF THE SIDE OF THE ROAD (I'VE CHECKED) STAY AWAY !!!! And in response to the owner; First, I am a college educated African American woman so making baseless accusations is far from what I am doing. On both visits prior to your stolen car auto salvage I had great pleasant experiences via telephone once arrived the demeanor of your employees changed. Not only that, I watched them interact with Caucasian customers and their attitude and demeanor was increasingly more pleasant with them than with me, an African American woman for no apparent reason at all because any establishment I enter I handle myself professionally just in case I have to file a claim with my bank (which I did), file a law suit (yes I am in law school), write a review or anything of that nature. Secondly, out of my whole complaint your only response was to your employees being racist WHICH THEY ARE, & you OWNER were no where to located or contacted by your staff according to them to rectify to adhere to the situation. Which is horrible customer service, but in all reality what should have I expected from a roach infested, lot if stolen cars salvage yard. Your right you don't need my business and aren't going to get it and I will tell anyone I know or see or any other website that will let me leave a review about your horrible racist establishment.

I’ve been calling this place for a couple weeks now for my new job, and i’ve called asking for parts for multiple different cars on different and for whatever reason they just never have anything (???), isn’t this supposed to be a junkyard? More like just a plain yard. Phone lady isn’t the nicest either.

I was looking for a wheel for my son's car. He bent his. Although they did not have the part the little lady who answered the phone spent several minutes locating it through one of her competitors and was then nice enough to even give me the phone number. First time dealing with them. They had the part that I needed at the best price in town. Alicia was very friendly and helpful.

My daughter, an 18 year old KSU student who is living away from home for the first time blew out her tire...and then drove home on it. So not only did I need a tire, I needed a rim as well. I called Cumberland and received quite possibly the best customer service I have ever received. Not only did they order the wheel in because they didn’t have the size we needed, but they also hand delivered the tire and wheel to my daughters house. The peace of mind that gave me, while I am 4.5 hours away in Tallahassee, is unbelievable!

I don't understand some of the reviews on here. I got what I expected to find at a reasonable price. If you want dealership quality parts and a nice waiting room with free coffee, go there. Otherwise this will work.
