Just went in to change spark plugs and staff was excellent. Josh and addy are great and personable.

I have an appointment quote $172 previously for valve cover seal for my mini cooper When I got there this is when the salesman Jasua beemer told me the repair will be $955 Because sometimes it can leak when leaks when they put it in Seems like a gamble repair After arguing ask why the price is skyrocketing. Went to back to talk to the technician and comeback with $870 Later on called me back with $650 to get the job done . Unprofessional, Not CONFIDENT about what they are doing BEWARE!!!!

Great customer service and experience at Bimmer’s Service Center. They swapped my factory midpipe on my G80 BMW M3 with a new non resonated single midpipe and installed a valve controller for me. It’s been about a month driving with it now and no issues, sounds fantastic. They completed the work in just a few hours and were ready for same day pickup. Would highly recommend

Took great care of my BMW. Needed brakes done and they were by far the cheapest ones in the area. Plus, they were willing to install my Brembo parts after I had personally purchased them for a friend to do them. He was never able to get to it so I needed a place that would take care of it. These guys have earned the rest of my business.

We believe the work done was performed well. We should have consulted BMW first to catch a recall that would have covered our thanos timing unit failure.

I have brought my BMW to be serviced here and twice, I had a few problems with my car and was able to pay the money upfront (mind you they make you pay ahead of time before they work in your car.) I paid $3,000 for them to fix a failed thermostat, oil pressure switch, gas cap, and an oil change as well as diagnostic for them to check on “oil leaks” and coolant leaks they said they found. After looking at my car further they stated I had multiple leaks and issues going on with my car, and tried to charge me ANOTHER $4,000. So $7,000 in total of work on my car! What is insane about all of this is- I took it to another shop that was able to fix everything for $1,500 and did a tremendous job. They also said they didn’t find any oil leaks and the coolant leak was from the cap not sealing properly, they fixed it free of charge. Im so glad I looked somewhere else. Please tread carefully with this place and get a second opinion!!!!!!

Got my BMW serviced here for a check engine light. They diagnosed, fixed the problem and replaced the fuel tank vent valve in a timely manner. Very professional place and will be my go-to place for my BMW.

Bimmers is awesome! They did excellent work on my ‘17 740i. I took it to the dealer first and they wanted $4,000 with the warranty. Bimmers worked with the warranty company and it ended up being less that $900. They are competent, quick, professional, communicative, and use only BMW parts. A great experience from beginning to end. I will only take my car here from now on.

Look elsewhere if trying to find a home for your BMW servicing needs. I took my car in for a missing/hesitation on acceleration and sometimes a minor clunk on deceleration. which didn't throw a code. The service tech called and said that I needed an oil change, new spark plugs and coils. I told them absolutely NOT, all of those services including a walnut blasting was done on my car within the last two weeks... All that means to me is that this facility were just willing to throw/change parts on my car all at my expense. This is just another part changing facility. They didn't even have forms to fill out if you're willing to use the after-hours key drop service. The included image is how i had to provide my info. And to add insult to injury, they still charged me a diagnosis fee for their wrong/incorrect diagnosis. Update: Took my car into Super Wheels Automotive Inc. in Smyrna where they did a transfer case service and adaptations reset. All is well now with my car. I'ave found a home for my car's servicing needs now, with some critical thinkers and not some high priced part changers.

Started using them when Mini of Kennesaw closed. My Mini is now out of manufacturers warranty. So far, I've only used them for an oil change and rear brakes. The prices were lower than the dealer and another reputable repair shop. They were professional, courteous and ready when I arrived for both appointments.

*UPDATE after two weeks, see below images, my oil was NOT changed nor was the filter replaced. Yet I was charged for this service.*Customer service terrible. Made a drop off appointment for a simple oil change at 9AM. I was told the service would take around 2 hours. I called to check on the status of my oil change after 3 hours and was told it would be ready within an hour. Another 3 hours pass and my oil change was not even started. I (female) had to have my brother call the shop to get them to start my oil change. After 6 hours my oil was finally changed. I asked one of the front desk attendants if a 6 hour oil change was normal for their business operation and he told me people usually wait all day for an oil change. Ridiculous. **Due to the experience outlined above, I was suspicious if the oil was even changed. Obviously, I don’t want my engine damaged due to not having the oil changed. So, I decided to take my car to a professional mechanic; I explained my experience with the Bimmer establishment and asked if he could check my oil to see if it looked like it had been changed in the last two weeks. The mechanic drained some of the oil out and confirmed it had definitely not been changed, see images below. Bimmer is a shady and unprofessional establishment, if you need BMW or Mini service do NOT use this business. I have previously taken my BMW to Bavarian auto in Woodstock and they perform the work that they charge the customer for. Which cannot be said for Bimmer. Edit #2: I ended up asking the mechanic that checked my oil to go ahead and change it, since Bimmer clearly did not. I added another image of my oil drained into the pan. Again, this is two weeks after Bimmer claimed, and charged me for, changing my oil.

I’ve been driving BMW for years and always took it to the dealership for service. Wanted to try the local place near me. So I Went in for a repair on a headlight and get an oil change, was given a quote around $3500 and was told I had to pay for the parts and service upfront before they service my car. I thought that was a bit strange because historically you always pay for your service after it has been completed. I took my car to BMW in Roswell, and not only did I receive a loaner vehicle, the cost was $300 less. I tried to give my business to the locals but I guess he thought I couldn’t afford to pay, or whatever draw back he had, he lost a potential customer. I’ve been in sales for over 20 years and it’s not all about cost or pricing, it’s about the service you provide with your professionalism and transparency.

I came here because my back bumper was falling off on one side and less than ten minutes after I talked to someone my bumper was secured back on and ready to go. The repair was minor and they charged me nothing! I will be coming back here for any and all services to my car in the future. Everyone there was kind and the waiting area was comfortable, there was even coffee. I am still shocked at how quickly my car was fixed and I am so relieved to not have to worry about the bumper flapping in the wind on the interstate anymore. I highly recommend Bimmer's Service Center to anyone that needs car help!!

I highly recommend these guys they have great point of contact speed, genuine customer care, fast turn times, competing pricing and they saved me over $400 from a competing price. Creighton and his team went the extra mile And did a couple honeydews for me! They inspected my car and told me what to expect for some future tuneups and answered all my questions. Both Creighton and Mike touched base with me and I had my car back in 24 hours. If you own a BMW do yourself a favor and call these guys. Bird

After a total of 3 visits (oil changes on my f82 328i and e93 m3, and some decent under the hood work on the m3) I think I can safely say Tyler and his team have earned my long term business! Their pricing is the real no-brainer here. You get BMW techs at a fraction of the labor plus they are quicker than the dealerships. They charge better prices for the same oem parts. They simply do the job and save you money. No complaints, great job team and thank you for taking care of my cars!!

I can not say enough good things about Tyler and his team. I had my husband take my BMW 550M to them for a check engine light, they got him right in without an appointment and got a diagnostic right away. They were 1000% honest which is hard to find these days. Even worked extra hard for me to get some issues with warranty company straightened out. In less than 48 hours my car is back on the road driving like brand new!! He kept us updated every step of the way, you can tell this place really genuinely cares about customer service. I will not trust anyone else with my car after this experience! You guys have a customer for life!! I will also be referring my customers to you guys!! Thanks Again for everything!!

I have been taking my 2005 330 to Bimmers for years (since my warranty ran out). They are fair and educated. They don't make me get things done I don't want they allow me to be part of the decision process about what to fix and when. They work with the customer and almost 100,000 miles later she still runs great! I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a BMW or Mini!

These guys are awesome! I've been going to them for over six years for both of the BMWs I've had. Their prices are unbeatable and they treat you a hundred times better than the dealership. Plus they're very fast at getting everything done and the experience is always on a more personal level. They are also really good about letting you know what new maintenance will need to be done in the upcoming months and how long you should wait before it becomes a problem. I trust them more than anyone with my car and they're the only place I will take I ever take it to. Highly recommend to anyone in the Atlanta area no matter where you are, it's worth the drive!

Had a very positive experience at Bimmers. Staff is very knowledgeable as most were Master techs from the dealership. Dropped off my car and they called back within the day as promised with a diagnosis. They use mostly dealership parts so cost was similar but their rates are much more reasonable making it a deal for the service you get. Overall a good spot for expert BMW service at reasonable prices, would definetly recommend giving them a try if you are in the market.

Just had my second good experience here. Both were repairs on an e46 BMW. The repair today completely exceeded my expectations. I had no appointment and they took the car in, diagnosed the problem, got the parts, and got the repair done same day. They really got me out of a bind. None of the other shops I have dealt with would have turned this repair around this fast with no appointment.

When I called and made an appointment they were very helpful and great customer service. Once I got there, they took care of me. Did not have to wait long and very friendly. I got a list of things my BMW needs and they were not pushy on getting these things done. I went for an oil change and brake flush. Price is reasonable. While I was waiting another gentleman stopped by with no appointment and he was having an issue with his BMW and they took care of him. I thought that was really nice. I had a couple of questions and they were very knowledable the gentleman that was working on my car went above and beyond. I will definitely continue taking my car there.

I must say that I was impressed with the staff and waiting area. As a family with multiple vehicles service and price is important. Their prices are great, staff was easy to work with, they took the time to look over my car and provide an estimate. Even though I was not able to perform all the repairs at that time I was treated with respect and advised on priorities and what service could wait. Since then I won't go anywhere else. All their technicians are factory trained, use factory BMW parts and warranty their work.

My first impressions of the shop were great. They have a wonderful waiting area, large flat screen T.V., modern leather furniture, and complementary refreshments. The advising staff is extremely knowledgeable and were willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the services I received. They took me back to the shop and while my vehicle was being worked on the technician showed me all of the issues he had found and gave me a brief synapses of what it would take to repair my car. I was extremely satisfied with the work they performed, and the pricing was phenomenal I highly recommend them for all of your BMWs needs you won't be disappointed.
