I HIGHLY recommend Max Auto for pretty much ALL of your vehicle maintenance and repair needs. I've been a customer for several years, and the entire crew (Miss Rebecca, Andrew, Dale, all the mechanics) have always done a fabulous job. They replaced my smashed car door a while back after a large doe rammed her way through the back window, and went above and beyond: Andrew ran out to get a piece of plexiglass to fill the hole in, Dale vacuumed the glass fragments out of the backseat, Rebecca made sure I was ok and did documentation for the insurance. They've even called Enterprise rental on my behalf when the car had to be in the shop for an extended period. Just had the car in for the 100,000 miler (check/replace belts, transmission, etc) and the entire crew provided their usual stellar service.

Rebecca and Andrew embody the true definition of the old school Mom and Pop company. You are not just treated as a customer, you are cared for like family. GREAT SERVICE (all around). I had an oil leak on my truck, panicked & had no idea what to do, I'm an outside sales rep & drive a lot. I received this shop's info as a referral from a stranger so I called, shared my dilemma with the young lady who answered (Rebecca) who listened & told me that they would be more than happy to see what was going on. I drove from Mableton to Kennesaw and they took my truck in right-away. Did the repair with no back and forth, (actually showed me what the issue was) made me feel so much better & at ease. Both Rebecca & Andy are incredible, they make you feel like the neighbor next door whom if you need help they are there...I would HIGHLY recommend their Max Auto Experts to anyone any day. They will definitely be my Go-To for any other services on my Vehicle.

Update 7/12/2025: Still amazing people and only place I trust to work on Ole Blue (my truck) I was a bit concerned as they get bigger it’s hard to get mechanics as good as Andrew but they’re amazing. I ran into multiple issues with my transmission and they handled it beautifully and in a very fair manner. I’ll never go to another place for my car needs. Issues arise and these are the people I trust as they have earned it time and time again. Update: I've been trusting Max Auto for over a year now and they're still amazing. They do just about anything you ask at great rates. It's nice to find a mechanic who actually cares about the people and the cars, not just the revenue. I found my mechanic from here on out, as I do not always have the time, and I highly encourage others to give them a try. Amazing people who will treat you right

In order to get a rebuilt title, my 2004 Honda Pilot 2004 needed some work done in the front end: welding, wipers' water pump, and other adjustments. The job well was done, professionally, on schedule... IT PASSED INSPECTION AND GOT MY REBUILT TITLE. The whole team was awesome and HONEST.

In Nov 23 engine problems took my to MaxAuto Experts. Told code was sparkplug needed replacing. Had all the sparkplug replaced. In Nov 25 engine problems, again, with the same code. Was asked for paperwork and provided a paid receipt for new sparkplugs in Nov 24. Was shown sparkplugs from vehicle with 40,000 miles on them and told sparkplugs WERE NOT REPLACED WITH NEW SPARKPLUGS. This is the quality work provided at MaxAuto Experts.

I took my 1992 Corvette in there with brake issues, that no one else could seem to figure out. Andrew took the time to go through my entire brake system on my car pointed out the probable cause of my issue and found other issues I didn't know I had. He took the time to go through everything they had found wrong explain to me that the rear bearings were going bad on my car and that was more than likely causing my brake pad rubbing issue. Super nice people honest did all that work on my car and didn't even charge me a dime. I would highly recommend them.

** Be Warned - Steer Clear ** I trusted this shop with an engine rebuild of my daughter's car. They fumbled the job from beginning to end and after $7,000 and 4k miles, we are out of a car. A coolant hose that they re-attached after multiple failed attempts at rebuilding the engine correctly leaked which resulted in the new head purchased warping. Their response was, "not our fault". A very arrogant and unaccountable owner. I will never return and don't make the same mistake I did. Remember -it will always be someone else's fault with this shop. No accountability!

I have a 2017 Kia Soul. While getting my oil changed at the Kia dealer, I was told that my tail light bulbs & harness were completely missing as if someone “removed” them from my car. This was new to me as I’ve had my car for almost 5yrs & never noticed! It was also going to cost me close to $500 to replace. I was referred to Max Auto where Rebecca who is super knowledgeable & sweet was able to get me in within the next few days While there, I met Dale. After running a full diagnostic on my car, Dale informed me that it appeared my car had been in an accident & had undergone some rear damage (something I also was unaware of🤦🏾‍♀️). He also mentioned that whoever did the repair work never replaced the tail light! This was something that the Kia dealership didn’t even pickup on I also had to get some new speakers as well. In 2 days all of my parts had arrived & instead of taking 4hrs to complete the job it only took a little over 2! Not to mention I saved more than half on my tail light Being a woman, it’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust which is why I defaulted to going to the dealer, but I am so grateful to have met my new friends at Auto Max🙏🏾 Thanks again guys for your EXCEPTIONAL service!

We were purchasing a new to us truck, and Andrew did a repurchase inspection. They determined the problem/cause of a noise that the dealership hadn’t been able to, but once Andrew told us what needed to be done, the dealer was able to do the repair and fix the issue before we bought it. Highly recommend them, as their name says, they are the Experts!

I can’t say enough good things about Max Auto Experts .Unfortunately, on a Friday mid morning I was told I needed a new alternator. I started calling around to the usual places and was told no way could any of them do it. I thankfully found these people who said they could squeeze me in and fix it before the end of the day. They absolutely are the best people to work with . Family owned and operated, reasonably priced, and convenient location . They went above and beyond to help me. Actually identifying the cause as well as replacing it. Monday morning I dropped it off to replace my valve cover as it was discovered to be an issue when they replaced the alternator. Absolutely will never go anywhere else. They are so thorough and explain everything in detail. I would rate them 5 out of 5!

We love Max Auto Experts! They are honest, timely, friendly, and they follow through with what they say. Their mechanics are excellent and knowledgeable. We have brought two different vehicles in, and have been very satisfied each time. Our 2013 Lincoln MKX, was having an emissions problem. We stopped by a national chain, for a free evaluation of what the car needed. They handed us an estimate that was over $4,000! We brought it to Maxx Auto Experts, with the estimate from the other company. They confirmed that, the last time the car was in, they had replaced two of the items on the list! Our entire bill from Max was less than $200! The Lincoln passed emissions, and we were all set. I highly recommend Maxx Auto Experts.

I recently took my 2011 Toyota to MaxAuto Experts on Cobb Pkwy Kennesaw with a request to diagnose issues with the front suspension and brakes. I received a thorough estimate of parts and labor costs by line item in a timely manner before the work began. The service advisor provided the expected time of completion. Their team “under promised and over delivered.” My vehicle now drives more smoothly than at any time I’ve owned it because of the quality parts used and the skilled mechanics who worked on my car. Moving from out of town and having a older model VW that recently have a new engine put in it and needed some work. I was super nervous about who I would take it to. How much I'd be bumped over the head on cost, and just how well the work would be done. Going in, I knew the work that had to be done was extensive and I had an idea from my out of town mechanic what the work was. Not only were these guys spot on, they were honest and up front. I also waited a while to write the review in case anything went sideways a few weeks afterwards. It's been months and my VW is running good. I highly recommend Max Auto Experts and for as long as I'm in the area, they will be working on my vehicles. Oh... I forgot to mention. They didn't charge me for the diagnostic which most place hit you with 70-80 bucks from the start. Great Family-owned and quality ran shop

Excellent shop. I have a Ford Escape with an issue that no one (not even Ford dealerships) could diagnose. Some shops were all over the map on the diagnosis, but since I know my way around cars - and car shops - I did not trust any of their proposed solutions. One shop owner even told me to sell the car because "it was too old" and that I would continue to have problems with it (it is a 2013)... Max auto Experts took a look at everything in less than a day, and gave me an estimate ranging from the most urgent (fixing the main engine problem, the one that caused the Check Engine Light), to the less urgent (small leaks here and there), so I could do what I could afford. I picked the major items, they did the repairs in a day, and the car has been perfect ever since. Highly recommend!!!

Where do I start.... I found this shop online... I read through the reviews and I was really impress. I took my charger there yesterday to be fixed for wiring issues and it was completed at 8am this morning. The Ford dealership was charging 900 for the work this Beautiful shop cut that price all the way down by 700 dollars. The Owner and his wife are very professional and exreamly nice there kids are also amazing the staff just overall super great. I will diffenlty recommend this shop. Honesty is the key This shop is 100% the place to get your car fixed.

I'm so grateful I found this company and wish I found them sooner! They have been such a relief after my car unexpectedly did not start and needed to be towed to their location. They are honest and kind. I also greatly appreciate their willingness to get to the root of the issue and explain what is going on as well as what may be needed in the future. I have an old van, and my wife and I are trying to keep the thing running as long as it can go. We are weary of sinking a lot of money into it, but needed some repairs done to the AC system. The techs at Max were able to discover the issue very quickly and sent us breakdown of the estimate in an email. The estimate was priced fairly. I liked that the discovered issues were listed separately so that my wife and I were able to decide more easily which repairs were to focus on right now and what to repair later. Payment was easy. I was able to pay directly from my cell phone via an email payment link. A receipt with invoice was immediately emailed back after payment. Overall it was a super simple service and very very fast. My wife and I were very impressed with their speed and their disclosure process of cost. We will definitely be using their services again, and I would highly recommend their services to others.

I just recently bought a car from car max. And upon driving it home i noticed there were several issues. One of them being water pouring out of the passenger side. I took it back to Carmax and they could not even see my car until late next month. Mind you I had bought it and brought it back an hour later! So I had them tow it to Max auto experts! The service here was phenomenal! They were always in contact with me. They also identified the problems and fixed then all up in one day! The service was great and the honesty was amazing! I will be bringing my car here in the future if it ever needs repairs. My family as well will be bringing there cars here for service repairs in the future! Thank you guys so much!

Amazing people and staff, their quality of work exceeded my expectations and their level of knowledge shows why they will be around for a long time. After having my car misdiagnosed from another company before taking it here I came in a bit nervous and left out at ease with a clear understanding of what was going on with my vehicle. The energy and customer service was amazing, and their honesty and rates prove that they are passionate about what they do and their customers. Definitely have found a new home for my vehicles moving forward.

Dale and Andrew are amazing!! They inspected a potential Jeep we were looking to buy and they were so professional and thorough. They examined everything and explained things so we could understand. The shop is clean with up to date tools. This could not have been a better experience!! My new found Auto shop Full service- excellent customer care. Definitely recommend!!

I was referred to Max Auto Experts off Cobb parkway in Kennesaw Ga. I wanted a local mechanic who was not only trusted and respected in the industry but knew the ins and outs of my truck. I wanted a new gear ratio installed on the front and rear axles. All parts taken apart and modified to my build. Custom work for sure . Max A uto Experts did an amazing job, great price and was done on time!! I would recommend to all. 5 stars !! :)

This place is the best! We had a very serious problem with our Mercedes S400. The dealership diagnosed it and quoted us $11k or 32k to replace the entire battery system. All other certified Mercedes services refused to even touch it. Andrew had no questions! We brought the car in and he fixed it without any problems or complications. The price was beyond amazing, the level of expertise - top notch! Super nice people and seriously professional. 5 stars for sure!

If you are looking for a mechanic shop that is professional and respectful, exhibits integrity and honesty with their customers, patient and kind in answering questions or concerns, and offers reasonable prices I would strongly recommend them! We have used them for oil changes and general maintenance for our older cars and they have not pushed anything on us if we were unsure or uncomfortable. When we began searching for a newer car we asked Andrew for his professional opinion and experience with our top choices and he graciously took time to share and answer our questions. Then when we bought a new vehicle they performed an inspection for major issues and defects at no charge! Andrew and Rebecca truly care about their customers and want them to make informed decisions about their vehicles. Strongly recommend!

Since relocated here in Atlanta, it has been a struggle trying to find a good mechanic. I came to Max Auto Experts and they were very professional and fast. I first came for a second opinion then to get my brakes done.. They had given me an estimated time frame as to when my brakes would be done but was surprisingly finished way before that time. I highly recommend this auto repair shop if you are looking for a mechanic that knows what they are doing, is professional, has excellent customer service and quick! I am happy to have found a shop that I can trust!

Genuine, Professional and Caring! These three characteristics are hard to come by but NOT at Max Auto. I was referred to this car repair shop after having my battery tested at a local Auto Zone. I was new to the area, needed a second opinion and was sent here. So glad they were still opened when I showed up! Even though they were technically closed, Rebecca greeted me and another customer with such a warm and friendly welcome, offered a seat, something to drink and was all around very hospitable AND the shop was very clean, which is very important to me. Her husband Andrew was just as nice and their kids were so well behaved while this husband and wife team conducted business. I was pleasantly surprised that I was NOT charged a diagnostic fee! Had I taken it to the dealership (Mercedes) I would have been charged $160 just for them to look at it! So...needless to say this was already a BIG PLUS! BUT...To sweeten the deal, Andrew only charged me a fraction of the cost for THREE major services, compared to what Mercedes would have charged me to repair ONE of those services, so I was extremely pleased! I can go on about the wonderful service here, BUT...I won’t. I will however, say that I was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional customer service, timely response, affordable prices and the cherry on top is that they are good, kind-hearted, family-centered, customer-oriented people who genuinely care! I’ve already started sending my family and friends and would HIGHLY recommend!!! 😃
