Excellent service. Great pricing. No price gouging. Once my truck was towed out of the ditch the driver made sure it was running and safe to drive before pulling away. Will always use and recommend Logan in the future.
My insurance requested towing for my fiancés truck at 9:30 am and Logan’s towing accepted and we were notified that someone would be there in the next 20 minutes. An hour passed and we called to confirm they were coming and they told us they didn’t know why it says that because they haven’t dispatched anyone and couldn’t give us a time on when they would. The reviews about the rude customer service are correct. I contacted my insurance and they said that this is wrong because in order for it to even show that a company was dispatched they would’ve had to accept it and that they were going to be reporting the company. Half a day later while waiting for another company at 1:30pm Logan’s towing pulled up and tried to get our truck even though it had been canceled through my insurance and a different company dispatched. Serious lack of communication between the company it seems since the drivers don’t even know when to or when not to get a vehicle.
Josh, the dispatcher, was very helpful and sensitive to my situation. I was stranded in a brand new vehicle on the 4th of July. Josh gave me a realistic time and called me back because he found another driver that arrive sooner. Kyle, the driver, was on-time, pleasant, and very helpful. My situation wasn’t good but these guys were able to make it a little more tolerable. Thank you. A little kindness can go a long way.
Waited 2 hours plus in the heat and they kept extending the time. Called the dispatcher and the guy was so rude. Acted like a tough guy while we’re stuck on the side of the road. We ended up canceling flagged them with our insurance roadside company and they sent someone else that came in 25 mins!
I didn’t get the drivers name, but he was excellent. I had been stranded on side of road for almost 5 hours from another local company that decided to cancel the service without letting me or my roadside assistance service know. When I got in touch with Logan’s towing they first said around 45 minutes. He was on site and had my vehicle on rollback and ready to go before 45 minutes. I will recommend this company to anyone in the area.

The Athens police recovered my Motorcyle from a crook named William Bentley in Watkinsville. The police called Logans. I was not informed of towing storage fees or upfront costs. I would have made my own arrangements. They wanted 600 dollars. We settled on 4 hundred. I was initially treated like the criminal who had a vehicle impounded.
After having issues with another towing company that never picked my vehicle up and wouldn't answer my calls, I asked my insurance company to use someone else. They contacted Logan's and arranged for them to pick it up. I called them and got an answer, and he forwarded my information to the driver who called me within 5 minutes to let me know he was on the way. They got there within 20 minutes and had the car on the truck in another 5. Extremely happy with the fast and professional service and will use them in the future.
Simply outstanding customer service! Yes - you read that correctly! Mike from Logan’s came out for a simple tow for an electric vehicle. He went out of his way to safeguard our SUV and troubleshoot the issue. Logan’s minimized the duration of awful for this stranded driver! 5 Stars!
This business should be ashamed of themselves. In my opinion they overcharge college students for towing. It seems they charge way more than the other towing companies in town. I certainly will only be using and recommending the other towing companies in town. Sometimes folks can charge this extra when someone doesn’t have a choice and must pay and they win for the moment but I hope in the long term customers will realize there are other options that I believe are more compassionate and fair with college students and don’t try to take their money.
I would give 0 stars if possible. Called for a tow truck at 2:57pm, he showed up at 10:20pm after saying he would be there at 3:40. Before picking us up he drove to Locust Grove, 1.5 hours each way, without notifying us of the delay. He was rude and tried to make us feel guilty that he was working late. To his credit, it was a difficult tow job and he succeeded in delivering the car without damaging the front bumper which was falling off.
I WISH I could leave no stars! Completely irresponsible! Dropped my boyfriend's car off at the wrong lot! Wouldnt give verification of the place he dropped the car. Got into a screaming match with my boyfriend then blocked him. Had his dad? (Owner) call the next morning without taking accountability of the problem and our car stayed unprotected at a random lot! Horrible customer service No accountability How they're in business is BEYOND ME! HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES OR NEW MANAGEMENT because this towing company is TRASHHHH
I really hate giving one star to anyone, but we waited for 5 hours in the cold and dark, just to find out they hadn't even accepted our request because there was apparently no one there? We tried calling several times at that point, and got no response. Triple A tried calling and got no response. The voice-mail was not even set up. Never heard a word
Lucas, of Logan’s, came to our house when our car wouldn’t crank, even after I attempted jumping it. Lucas was very nice and easily started our car with a high- powered charger. Great overall experience.
This is second time we've used their services. The first time was for removing a stolen car left in the middle of our driveway - they were fast, efficient, and so nice. The second was for a dead battery. The young man who came out to jump start the car was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me great advice and I followed it and turned out the car did need a new battery in addition to a new alternator. I will continue to use Logan's Towing. I've never had any other towing service that responds so quickly, even when you live out on the outskirts of town. They are fantastic.
Do not use this incompetent irresponsible company!!! The Driver engages in business that does'nt have anything to do with him,also he damaged my motor (valve cover)..due to overstraping. At first the owner acknowlege the damage and said "we will take care of it"...24 hrs later he says he has to talk to the shop where the motor was picked up. 2 minutes later he says his not responsible and engages in a shouting match (which i didn't participate). I will get this resolve one way or another. Notice he only responds to the good reviews it tells a lot about the company!!!!
This company is top notch! After many calls and many hours waiting for AAA they came out and towed my car immediately. Very professional and fantastic customer service! I would definitely recommend them!

Called at 8am on a Sunday and Charlie was here within the hour to get my stuck vehicle out of the mud in my unpaved driveway. He was very knowledgeable and professional and thought outside the box to get me out of my jam. Highly recommended.

They came and got my MINI Cooper this morning and took it all the way from Athens to the dealer in Buford, compliments of BMW. I did the ride along so I could drive my car home after servicing, and I must say they were not only entirely professional and competent (thank you sir - most appreciated), but I had a great talk about a variety of topics with my driver, and the time flew by. Nobody wants to be towed, but in life stuff happens, and if you are stuck - these are the folks to call!!
Showed absolutely no interest in getting me towed and getting me home. Showed up 4 hrs later with a truck too small to tow my Sprinter, then told me the bigger truck suddenly broke down. I think it was an excuse because the drivers didn't want to go 259 miles. I wish they were honest with me from the first call. No apologies from the owner.
