Awesome experience with the driver, real cool and didn’t have an attitude. We broke down but they were quick to respond and got me taken care of. I had called like 10 others before calling them and all the others either left me hanging or said they couldn’t.
Please do not use this company. Paid $175 for a tire change on Christmas Day only have lug nuts stripped. So now I have to pay even more money to have this repaired. PLEASE call somebody else.
I had a great experience with KBS Towing! They answered immediately and were able to get someone out to tow my car after it stalled on I-85. Corey arrived quickly and was very professional -- they were also able to tow my car 20+ miles so it would be at my preferred auto shop. Definitely recommend their services!
I locked my keys in the car when I was staying at commerce inn 3 years ago my wife wrote a review and said it wasn't them. Actually it was the guy showed up with his side chick in a mustang black at that and busted the side window then he gave us his insurance company to file a claim then all of a sudden his insurance came out and said that they couldn't fix it bc we filed under his regular insurance instead of his company insurance. Then we called and his wife answered the phone and told us that she was sorry for the damage and we told her what happened that's when she told us she wasn't withhim when he showed up

Do not use this towing service!!!! I repeat do not use this towing service!!!! This is not fake!!! Showed up with a rental truck from Home Depot and and 50 year old tow dolly!!! Told them to go home and went back the next morning and met with a actual tow company!!!
Excellent service! I was broke down blocking traffic on a Sunday and called when our paid towing through my insurance said it would be over 2 hours or the next day! He answered right away, was friendly and came right away. I highly recommend them if you need any towing or road assistance.
Very unprofessional. A really bad experience. After they got me out of the mud, I had to follow them home to get an invoice then they were not able to take my credit card. I had to go to an ATM and get my credit card company to allow me to take out the $380 they were charging me. Beware.
Friendly people who go out of their way to provide good quality service. Very helpful. Honest and hard working which you dont find much anymore. I would highly recommend doing business with them. Our tire got a huge piece of metal stuck in it and they helped us and made sure we were safely back on the road.
Corey was my service man called from Geico roadside service , not only was he a gentleman he went out of his way to see that I was safely fueled and safe to go on the road. Thank you KNS for his service !!! I definitely will recommend this service to others 👍
He came out later than he said. He wanted it off the books and ended up braking our window. He wanted us to file a claim under his personal insurance not the business. Well the claim was denied and now they won't return our calls or texts. Don't use this so called business!!!!!!!
I broke down yesterday on 85 luckily I was able to get it back off the road cause if I was waiting on them I’d be up a creek without a paddle. I Called yesterday at 5pm to have my car towed from my moms house to the shop. Here it is 9 am the next day and I’m still waiting they won’t even answer the phone!!
People are super friendly, didn't have to wait long. Reasonably priced services and an all around painless experience. Would definitely recommend this place!
Stay away from this business at all cost. I'm having to take legal action against Corey and he knows why. Been reported to the BBB where he already has a D rating.
Update: I'm not editing anything right now. Your response is absolutely not telling the truth. No you didn't charge me anything for storage which I have said numerous time I appreciate it. But don't act like this is the first time you found out I was unhappy. My wife and myself Had made a total of 3 trips back down to Carnesville, Ga to pick that car up due to the lack of communication with you. From the time the clutch was installed, I waited for the part numbers I needed to buy for almost a month, which I have all the email traffic for. Yes I had things come up throughout the time that I had to take care of, but I still kept in contact informing you of everything that was going on. I kept you informed every month either through email or text.
When I brought the parts and still couldn't get in touch with you, I again drove down on the 18th of May to pick my car up. We talked and agreed to let you finish it up, which you told me face to face on the 18th, once I send the last parts to you, it would be ready within a week. I came home that Sat, received the last part by FEDEX, and then sent the remaining parts out to you that following Monday by UPS, which you were informed of and replied back via text. On Wed, the 23rd of May, you responded back to me asking did the bimmer parts make it to your address and you replied yeah. I replied" Ok good. Get my baby out of the bushes with 2 laughing emojis. This was the last time I actually heard from you, except for on the 1st of June, when i sent another text asking did you have a chance to put the parts on yet. I received a text back at 12:27 that afternoon saying you had to go out of town for a family matter and should be be back before Monday. That was the last contact I have had from you until I saw this response. I was informed yesterday that you would contact me soon, so lets stop with the review contact and call me because every number I had for you was not working for me or anybody else involved that were trying to reach you. I'm not sure who this is that wrote this response, but this is not how this was at all. It wasn't about a time crunch, but not getting communicating back. You speak of a hit below the belt and I know it! you just now responding since 05/23/2018? Call me since the numbers I have either don't ring at all again or voice mail is full, or no left message was ever returned.
