So thankful to this company. Usually when I’ve tried to get a tow in my rural area it’s been a huge hassle but I had never called these guys. Not only was it simple for me to schedule they were able to let me know the price instantly. The driver actually ended up being able to get my vehicle to crank and was so incredibly kind and just a huge blessing. Will 100% be using them any time I need a tow in the area. Highly professional and incredibly kind, would recommend.

My wife’s car was overheating on her way home late at night. Lucky this place was only a few miles away. Dropped it off and put keys in drop box. Called the next morning to explain what happened. Of course there very busy as all shops are.. I was communicated within a few hours. next morning they said there going to try and fit me in.. fixed us up and all is good within 48 hours. This is a stand up company and the price was great for the service. Note… they have no idea I have a fleet of work vans and they just got my services from here in out! Outstanding business and very professional….

Hobbys towing was a life saver! My entire family (elderly parents, husband, toddler) were in a car wreck nearby. They showed up quickly and took care of everything. I would recommend them to anyone!

UPDATE: Son has taken over shop for retired parents and is just as honest and thorough as they were. BUENISIMO. Heard about Callaway's when I first moved here 15 years ago. Their reputation for honesty and being good folks is very well deserved. They helped keep my 2013 Vibe alive well past its prime.

OMG…super satisfied with Hobby’s Towing and Recovery. I spoke with the owner (sorry I forgot his name) He pulled over to take my call, when I explained to him about my warranty and I will need them to call him, he said give him 20 minutes he would be back at the shop. My warranty company called him. Everything was handled and my car was towed within 30 minutes. Also great customer service from the actual gentleman that came to tow my car. Sorry I’m horrible with names. I will definitely recommend Hobby’s Towing and Recovery again and again ?

Absolutely amazing. They came to get my car when I ended up drowned out on a forest service road. AAA refused to come, and so did every other service I called. Hobby’s was recommended, and as soon as it was called in, they were on it. They got to it fast, got it out, and dropped it off for an incredibly reasonable price. The driver (I’m so sorry, I’m terrible with names) was amazing, told me the best way to proceed from here, and to call them back if things don’t work out. Moving forward, I won’t call anyone else if my family or I have further car troubles nearby.

Hobby Towing and Recovery was contacted by FHP after my Toyato Camry became stuck after parking off the side of the road. They were quickly on the scene and up front about their prices. They assisted with freeing the vehicle from its position in the wood line, which allowed me to operate the vehicle resulting in a decreased fee.

I had them replace the engine mounts on my Ridgeline. The lady up front was wonderful. The mechanic, Mark, not so much. He replaced the engine mounts and didn't properly snap in the plastic cover on top of the engine. Then the truck ran rough and vibrated. Then an emissions fault light came up on the dash. I had it diagnosed at two other places. There is a vacuum leak and possibly a bad O2 sensor. These components must be removed to replace the engine mounts. Mark takes no blame. He also wanted for me to wait to bring it back in. I will never bring a vehicle there again.

First and foremost I wanted to take the time to say thank you for fixing our vehicle. You guys are very knowledgeable very nice loving caring people I appreciate that. Great service! Tried AAA first and they couldn’t pick us up for 2 hours! Hobbys Towing was there within 1/2 hour. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Calloway helped me out of a jam while I was on vacation and totally unfamiliar with the area. The check engine light was on, which could be a serious matter. The closest Honda dealership was 35 miles away and couldn't guarantee to see me in time to get me sorted out by the end of our vacation, but Calloway saw me straight away, diagnosed the problem as a sensor failure that was not critical, and resolved my problem. They didn't even charge me. Can't thank them enough for their quick and authoritative support. A real life-saver!

I have been taking my vehicles to Callaway's for years and wouldn't ever want to go to any other business. They are a family business and are fair in their assessments of what is needed and will not tell you that you need something you don't! Fair and honest people. Still taking my vehicle to Callaway's. I can't even say enough good things about this family business and how much they care about their customers. I really appreciate them!

Broken down on vacation and Hobby’s Towing brought my car here. They knew we were OM vacation and took care of the car quickly and affordable. Much less than I expected. Incredibly pleased with the quickness and price, not to mention the customer service. Hard to find good people working in honest shops sometimes. This is the shop to do business with. Hands down

He did a good job towing my truck, and he was honest and showed up on time. He even billed my repair shop, Callaways Automotive, on Shadeville Rd. Hwy 61 in Crawfordville, Florida. They are great and very honest and professional, and they even give you options, that are often more economical. I drive an F250 Superduty Long bed diesel truck, and they always fix my diesel trucks right. I appreciate them and their services.

These folks are the BEST. I was clear across the country on a wildfire when my car broke down on my mom. They gave it prompt attention, gave me peace of mind and their rates are incredibly reasonable. They NEVER push unnecessary extra work on charges on you. Ladies, trust me, they also NEVER mansplain anything and they are a top-notch shop who treats everyone with respect.

Very honest and knowledgeable. Took my f350 diesel there and they diagnosed a tough problem with great accuracy. I feel like a lot of shops will just guess and throw parts at the vehicle, but not here.

I've been to Callaway's twice now. Good work, price was very reasonable, they seemed quite honest. I didn't feel my truck was in worse shape after I left, which is important! Had that happen a couple times at other places in Crawfordville but maybe it was coincidence. I will definitely be back in the future. Maybe it was by chance but I was able to get very quick turn around also! 5 stars ?

I am so glad I found this repair shop for my F-350 truck. I had a problem with it, and was really impressed with the service I got. They really check out my truck and got it back on the road. The only drawback to them is may take a couple days for them to get to it, as they appear to be in high demand, which I cannot hold that against them. They are honest about everything it seems which is hard to find in auto repair anymore. But they will they you up front that there are people ahead of you and it will be a couple days before they can get on it. I found them to be very fair on their pricing also.

The best, most honest mechanics I have ever worked with. They take care of all three of our vehicles. Their service is so good it will restore your faith in mechanics everywhere.
