I had an online order for a battery and the assistant manager who had a Star Wars tattoo on his forearm was 100% so helpful. He even came outside and installed my battery. He was very knowledgeable because I needed a radiator flush and he helped me with everything. Super friendly and knowledgeable

Marc is awesome he went above and beyond. I had an injury and couldn't change my light bulb. Marc offered to do it for me. Took him 2 minutes and didn't charge me a thing.i dont know what he's making but it isn't enough. Pepboys said they would do it for 160 bucks what a joke. Im injured not stupid. Thank you O'Reilly. And thank you Marc you are a great American sir.

Do NOT call this location asking questions about parts & pricing. The young man that answered evidently doesn’t like being asked questions because he rudely hung up on me multiple times. I was simply asking him to speak slower & clearly. For reference, I am NOT elderly, I speak & understand English very well as a primary language. Poor customer service skills results in poor sales! I’ll go elsewhere.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. The asst manager Kevin is excellent. He is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Store is extremely clean and organized. Highly recommend. Kevin is a great ambassador for the company!

This store has the best staff a round. Everyone from the store manager down knows their stuff and they are very helpful. I have closer auto parts stores near me and I still prefer to go there.

So, I have to say, in order for me to leave positive feedback. I had to jump through hoops. You as a company, this is not ok. But; you also should know that your employees pick up your slack. James, at the Orange City location, was awesome. He helped when he did not have to, cared when most would not, and saw it through. It terrifies me that it is this hard to praise an employee. Now it unfortunately makes me wonder how hard it is to complain. But I leave the 5 stars. Thank you James, I'm home and I am only here because of you.

LOVE O'Reilly. I wouldn't go to another parts store. I've been to them in several states and was never disappointed. Went to the one in Orange City, FL this week. Great Service and Great People!

Had to get a battery replaced and Nick the assistant manager helped us a lot! He was very friendly and went out of his way to help us locate our warranty. Great customer service!

I had a battery problem that was a huge deal to put it mildly. Another local parts store had assured me they could take care if it. Upon my arrival, they decided they could not. I called O'Reilly in Debary and Paul answered and advised to come over and they would help. Long story short, Paul and Dan went above and beyond to get me going. Greg was also a very welcoming employee. I cannot thank them enough. They have my business moving forward. Thanks guys. God bless each of you.

Anything bad anybody says about Ms. Wendy and all them at this O’Reillys is just plain lies. They are good people and will help in any way possible. Whoever stated Ms. Wendy was being rude just wanted to put her out of business. Was there yesterday when someone was hollering at her and all she did was try to defuse the situation.

Went in this morning for a part I needed. And I just had some basic questions to ask. Wendy was there and just extremely rude for no apparent reason. I went on the Google Reviews to see if there had been other complaints about her. And I'm not surprised to see other bad reviews about her as well. There's no reason to be a supervisor or manager and have such a hostile attitude towards people that come to your store to buy stuff. Also, why is she still being rude to customers if bad reviews about her are going to their corporate sharing this is a continuous problem? She needs to be demoted and retrained on how to deal with customers. Or she needs to work in the back where she doesn't deal with customers in my opinion. I will definitely not be going back to that location.

O'Reilly's- everytime I've gone in there has so far had every part i needed in stock. While too often other parts stores say they can order it. I can order it too, for less and it comes to my door. Also staff is always competent and kind and for that I thank you.

Ordered a "remanufactured" part from this location. It was clearly not "remanufactured" in any way. The part was filthy inside, looked like a 5 year-old spray painted it, and was the incorrect part number after waiting several days for it. The little homeless-looking manager tried to pretend remanufactured parts are supposed to be filthy inside, and seemed to get really emotional and huffy with the return. Not sure how a parts store can be so dumb. The sad-looking part with completely different numbers is laughably what they tried to sell me.

Just left advanced auto parts because they were absolutely no help and told me the wrong thing to replace on my car. Drove over to Oreillys and Jack immediately came out to look at my car and knew exactly what we needed! Save your time and money because everything we looked at was at least $5 at O’reillys. Thanks again for your outstanding customer service, Jack deserves a raise!

Stopped in here to buy a lawn mower battery in march 21, 2023. The new battery had two date stickers on it, 4-22 and 11-22. Installed the battery and it’s dead.

Staff is super helpful and they provide such fast service. They had the car battery I needed on hand. My boyfriend received his military discount and we were able to use our gift card that we received as a gift from a previous purchase. Love the savings! Will be back to use another gift card from another purchase and to return the core battery. :)

I don't shop here often cause its out of the way for me. However every time I've come by, its because competing stores can only offer to order them while in stock at O'Reileys. I'm realistic and understand not every part can be in stock all the time. However with other stores it seems more and more often that basic parts are not available. Further, staff is always friendly, and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work!

Water pump died and serpentine belt shredded on a road trip from PA. Limped my SUV to this O'Reilly parking lot at 3am and hoped they'd have parts and the special wrench to loosed the nut on the fan clutch in stock. Paul made sure I had everything I needed and also sent out a cart of random tools (at no charge!). Along the way, I fixed or did maintenance on a few other things to prevent any other problems. Paul and Wendy (the store manager) went out of their way to help! They asked questions to be sure I wasn't forgetting anything and gave suggestions without making me feel insulted because I'm a woman. They offered access to the store restroom and a place to sit and cool off. Staff came out to see if I needed anything and reminded me to stay hydrated or take a break to get out of the miserable heat and humidity. This store manager leads a fantastic team and made me feel they truly cared I got the job done right and got home safely!
