After an accident we can our vehicle towed by this company. They were fast, professional and very friendly. They explained our options and fees. They made the process of paying and signing the title effortless. Their tow yard wasn't far from I-4, it was clean with rocks to cover the ground. Overall they were great
When cleaning up after an accident, the tow truck operator put broken pieces of a mirror on my UNDAMAGED hood. I told him not to put them on my car and he did anyway stating an insurance adjuster would need them. Not true. I work in auto body for years and did adjustments and never needed to see broken parts. HE THEN WENT TO THE SHERIFF TO TALE ON ME. I could have been a bit nicer when I said not to put the parts on my car and I tried to apologize for my tone in and he doubled down by being rude and disrespectful. When your car is in an accident and you need help from kind ppl don’t call this company. They don’t listen and aren’t kind. I have a video of how rude the driver was from my dash cam so say you didn’t scratch my hood, please.
Safe. Our car stayed overnight from an accident with all college stuff/ military gear.. everything was there when we retrieved the items. Destiny was super helpful, caring and accommodating and even recommended a towing company and a place to eat in the area.
Today I had to get my car towed and used Johnny’s Towing they are under their new ownership, and I couldn’t be more impressed. They arrived earlier than expected, and their pricing was more than reasonable. The team was honest and gave off nothing but good vibes. This is a mom-and-pop company that is family-owned and oriented. I 100% recommend them to anyone in need of towing services. Fantastic experience!
Not the ole Jonny’s, but a better Johnny’s. Great new owners. Spoke to Destiny on the phone to have my car towed from Orange city to Daytona Beach and they were right on time. extremely friendly experienced driver!
