Both the tow truck driver and the receptionist were very kind and quick to respond. Estimated pickup was 75 minutes, car was picked up in a lot quicker.
My car caught fire and me my fiance our child and my fiancé's sister almost died. Truck had to be towed 3 miles tops to their yard. Was a Turbo lq9 Tahoe. These mfs have my truck and charged me 650 bucks just for the tow there and now it's 30 bucks a day . Scam scam scam stay away from this 0lace seriously guys they just want my motor and transmission all ducking such

As an urgent and rushed google search after my car was damaged at Walmart, C&S was my light at the end of the tunnel. From the quick answer on the phone call, to sending out a tow truck operator almost immediately, I was in complete disbelief. I’ve always been told that it could be hours before the truck arrived. Not even 20 minutes later, Joshua arrived to save the day. Great customer service, quick and efficient work, I knew my car was in great hands. At the end of the trip the price was even more surprising, they even had a card option. Truly one of the best tow experiences in my life. Hopefully I don’t have to use their services again, HOWEVER, I will definitely keep their information handy to share with others. Thank you Joshua and thank you C&S!
This company would not tow my car because it was “low” after AAA selected them as my tow truck. They said the only way they would tow it was if I gave the cash and not using AAA. Seems like a very sneaky and sketchy company.
I called AAA and they sent another truck and they towed my car no problem.
I was stranded on the side of I4, waiting for Florida Highway Patrol & finally got sick of waiting. I called C&S, and they arrived in 15 minutes. He was professional, helpful, and very nice! Highly recommend
We've had bad experiences in the past with towing companies including AAA. But when I called this company, not only did they answer the phone but, they gave a fair price was very kind and the driver was there within 30 minutes! We called after hours between 11:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. and there was no overcharge due to the late hour like some towing companies will add. Me and my family appreciate you for helping us get my brother home safely! And the care that the driver took with making sure that our vehicle was secure showed that he took pride in his work. I went to my sisters house for 10 minutes. I parked in a future tenant parking space. When I came out my car was hooked to a tow truck. I payed the 64 dollars to have him release the boot from the car. But he back it onto the tow truck anyway. After paying the 64$ cash he was suppose take the boot off. His intention was to take it to the tow yard to get more money from me . When my parents came he let the car down off the back of the truck. When he decided to to let my car down he dropped the front end twice and cracked my bumper. There were witnesses and he still told his boss he didn't drop the car. We video taped how he was letting the car down and the owner still refused to admit to wrong doing.I went to the owner multiple times after the incident and he told me to do whatever I wanted to do because they weren’t gonna fix it. I called everyday and he told me that the bumper was already cracked. My bumper was not crack I had recently purchased the vehicle and it had no damages. We called the police and they said it was a civil matter. We also requested to see video footage of a camera located at the apartment. After viewing it was determined that a tree limb was blocking the view.
I had to have C&S towing through my Onstar app.

I had one of my large mobile cranes blow a clutch in a gas station parking area. Scotty and his dad showed up on short notice with their large tow truck and towed it to a repair shop. These guys are professional and very knowledgeable with what they do!
My car was have trouble and died on me in a parking lot. I called and it was super easy to book. They were very friendly and the price wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be too. Thank you very much to our tower Joshua who was really awesome and helped me out in a touch situation especially when the parking lot filled up and we have to maneuver the car around a bit. He even backed my car into my driveway. Very sweet and straightforward dude!!! Would recommend 100%!!!
Several months ago my Ram went into "slug mode" leaving me in Deland. AAA sent me a C&S tow. The young guy (heavy set) was a gem to work with. Got there fast, polite, and got my rig to Daytona asap. He dropped off my truck and put the keys in the shop slot so I didn't have to drive over that night. Good outfit, great kid!
Called other companies. They wanted over $200 for a mile with at least an hour wait. Callled C&S they were $100 and got there within 20 mins bc I was in the road. Had to get it towed the next day and this time further and still $100. I would recommend them to anyone I can.
10/10 wall to wall. Do not ever doubt what this company is capable of. C&S can absolutely do what other companies can not. Had a 34' RV that needed to be moved through a very small fence off of an extremely busy main road (44) and into a very tight space between a fence and the house. There wasn't another company that'd do it, and I wouldn't trust any other company either because C&S did a truly fantastic job for a very reasonable price. I've had multiple cars towed by them and have always been pleased but wasn't sure about something this large- they definitely did it! Great company and even better people, everyone there is just amazing. Keep up the good work!

Felt this was predatory towing practices. I didn’t see the small sign in the huge parking lot and left my car over the weekend. Had a for sale with my number. Went to check and it had been towed. Asked why they didn’t at least call or text they’d how? I said by the two signs in the window. I don’t know I feel like if customer service was import they would have notified me so I would know. I know they are doing their job but in today’s economy we should all be decent humans. They were not friendly at all. Only one person even acknowledged me when I walked in to the office to pay. If you know me I am a smiler and always friendly so super awkward and office reeked of smoke of all kinds. Would not recommend for any type of service.
My car broke on a Saturday morning in a parking garage. Went to Google and started calling for a tow, only to find full voice mails and unanswered phones. Then working through the list of services, I came to C&S Towing. I had a professional encounter with the person on the phone, arranged for the tow truck and waited. The truck arrived within the promised time and the driver was curious and knowledgable about how to access my car within the limited space of the garage. My car was transported safely to the dealer and all was well. I never needed a tow before, but if I do again in the future, C&S Towing is in my phone.
