Had a great time at the car show. I also had my car there. Loved it.

This was the finest and most dedicated Advance Auto store I have ever visited and had the pleasure to be helped by.😁👍🏻🇺🇲 And I'm not just saying that . I've been an Advanced Auto customer since 1980 something and have even had family members working at one store way back. At this store Joshua , Duran, Katie, and Dean worked very hard to help me when I was broken down and couldn't get going. Their knowledge of engines is incomparable because they are expertise at diagnosing and solving problems. It isn't that they just sell you a part and get you on the way. It isn't that they just look in a computer screen and see what they have. This is how an auto parts store should be , just like this store with these friendly people and I do not see that at all the other stores in Florida where people are indifferent and not focused and are careless in many cases. I have been to some terrible Advance Auto stores in Florida over the years😒 It's that they all, each and every one of these fine people go the extra distance to help you fix your vehicle when you are out of options and can't get to the solution by myself, they are here to assist with a wide variety of expert based knowledge. For instance Katie helped me go through the diagnostics over the phone while Dean ran a part out to me when I was stuck. The next day that part didn't fix it up and Joshuah and Duran teamed up to rethink the issue and go through all the procedures and the elemental parts to find the solution with the right part so that I didn't waste all my money buying every possible part in my diagnosis of the issue. By the end of the day this team at Advance Auto was the right part to get my vehicle up and running again and they did it with courtesy respect and dedication to the customer , me! This is the finest group of Advanced Auto team I have ever in my life been privileged to have help assist me in an auto repair when I was really in need and stuck of the help. The very best! Norm

Do not support this store. They sell you bad batteries and then they give you a hard time returning the bad battery even with a receipt. Parts came with missing hardware had to take 3 trips there just to get the right parts that were missing. They are the most rude group of employees I have ever met and I will never be back again.

Stop in to have the battery checked on the car needed a new battery had one foot in and transactional taken care of and less than 30 minutes the gentleman that did it what's a awesome

The 2 men working at closing last night (1/23/2021) were exceptional and exemplified the true meaning of customer service. They went above and beyond and even loaded the items in the car. Thank you for showing g what makes this country great!!!

Went in for trailer lights. Had waterproof lights for $10.99 each. Worked perfectly and easy to install. Lens comes off for easy access to bulb. Don't mess with WalMart, single lights not available at our store.

After vowing never to select Orielly auto for their poor selection of the cheapest chinese manufactured parts they can resale, and knowing Napa stores typically have a high priced limited selection available, I will say my customer experience today at this particular store was Excellent! Capital E excellent! New to the area and glad to know I have found my parts store for all my automotive needs! Big thank you to Duran and Advanced auto parts of perry, for treating their walk in customers like genuine people, and not just another number👍 🇺🇸

It's been a few months but I came to them having error codes and a dead battery. They spent alot of time with me to get my car going and ordered the part I needed. So instead of buying a $250 started someone else had told me I needed I replaced power relay and was back on the road. This place is the best for small quick repairs and I want to say thank you again. Hope the pizzas I brought back was thank you enough.

Stopped in for oil and power steering fluid to top off the car while on a serious road trip. Neat and clean. Staff was as too busy on his cell phone to be attentive.

The staff at the Perry outlet were very helpful and patient with my difficult requests, took the time to thoroughly research my options, make their recommendations, and the experience resulted in finding a product that should meet my expectations. If the product does not meet my expectations, they indicated there would be no problem with returning it, if unused and in it's delivered packaging, for a full refund. In my case, the person assisting me was likely one of the youngest persons on staff, but was still conversant with the products and went out of his way to help!
